Pipe Flanges • Weld neck flange : It provide reinforcement in application requiring high pressure. It also helps in low cycle fatigue.
• Slip on Flange : It is essentially a ring that is placed over the pipe end, with the flange face extending from the end of the pipe by enough distance to apply a weld bead on the inside diameter.
• Blind Pipe Flange : It is used whenever a line must be capped of at a flange
Valves • Needle Valves : It have a small port and a threaded, needle-shaped plunger allowing precise regulation of flow.
• Oil Field Ball Valves : They are a form of a quarter turn valve that uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball (“floating ball”) to control flow.
• Butterfly Valves: They are used for isolating and regulating flow. The closing mechanism is a disc that allows for quick shut off, much like a ball valve.
