FLANGES

• Steel Flange • Steel pipe flanges are specified as per ANSI B16.5. Pipe flanges are commonly used for industrial, commercial, and institutional application. Steel pipe flanges are available in variety of styles and pressure classes. Most commonly used flanges are weld neck flange, slip on flange, blind flange, socket weld flange, threaded flange and lap joint flange. • Metal flanges are classified from 150 to 2500. In addition to specifying pressure class, certain flanges such as weld neck flange & socket weld flange also require specifying the pipe schedule. This ensures the pipe bore will match the bore of the weld neck or socket weld flange. • Trupply offers wide variety of metal flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel alloy. We can also provide special flanges such as long weld neck flange, special material request and high-yield pipe flanges.

SOCKET WELD FLANGE | SS316

• Product Features: • Socket Weld Flanges were initially developed for use on small-size high pressure piping. The connection is made as the pipe sits inside of the cupped inlet or "Socket" of the flange. A fillet weld at the outside of the flange binds the two pieces and ensures a seal. • Material: • SS316 - A molybdenum stainless steel that provides excellent tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths at elevated temperatures

DRESSER JOININGS

• Dresser Coupling, Dresser Expansion Joint, Dresser Dismantling Joint and Dresser Style 65 and Style 90 Couplings are most popular forms of joining two pieces of pipes. Dresser Flange Adapter allows standard flange connection on one end and slip on type coupling connection on the other end. Dresser Expansion Joint is common on big pipes to allow for axial movement.

STYLE 38 | DRESSER COUPLING

• Product Features: • Style 38 Dresser Coupling provide flexible, leak-proof connections that last the life of the pipe. No costly threading, beveling or exact fitting and alignment is required. Proven by years of service, installation is safe and sure. • Material: • Followers: AISI C1012 or ASME SA36 (Ductile or Malleable Iron thru 1.9”) Middle Ring: ASTM A513, ASTM A635 or ASME SA675 GR60 Bolts: AWWA C 111/ANSI A21.1 (Furnished E-Coated steel as standard)

FITTINGS

• Pipe Fittings are used to connect different apparatus, equipment and to change direction of flow in a piping system. • Pipe fittings are generally classified as "welded" or "pressure" fittings. Welded fittings are welded on to the piping system where as pressure fitting uses National Pipe Thread (NPT) to connect to the pipe. • Pressure fittings are NOT available in sizes larger than 4" NPS. Though they are more common up to 2" NPS. Pressure fittings are classified as 3000#, 6000# or 9000# (most common). They are available in forged steel, merchant steel and malleable iron. • Butt Weld fittings are available in hot formed (A234 WPB), High Yield Carbon Steel, Stainless and Nickel Alloys.

SHORT RADIUS 90° ELBOW

• Product Features: • Short Radius 90° Elbows make a 90 degree change of direction in the run of the pipe. The radius of the bend in this elbow is "short radius", or in other words, equal to that of the nominal size. Additional Fitting Information • Material: • A234 WPB - The standard specification for piping fittings of wrought carbon steel and alloy steel for moderate and high temperature
