Introduction Why is imporuant dexelop oral and written skills? Key Word: Communication

People who are able to use their oral and written skills are able to communicate. But what can we do to use these skills? ‌ is not just seeing and repeating, for producting is necessary to use many strategies to recognize structures, rules, as punctuation, sings connectors,.. use different writing styles components and functions about of the world of writing and according to this world of words we can use our oral ability in a correct form in order to become the Best speakers and writers in the acquisition to second language!.


I was born on May 15 in 1993 in Bogotá, where I currently live with my mom my dad and my brother; when I was 4, I started to study in the Virrey José Solís school; at 10 years I finished my primary and in 2009 as get graduated from high school. In 2010 I started the career Business Administration at the Panamericana university, but I realized that was not my vocation; so, I made a drawing course and then began to study the Bachelor of English at La Gran Colombia University, I am currently in eighth semester, at the gateway to graduate.


IDIOMS

What is an Idiom?

Is a combination of words of different meaning but together means one thing, as an expression. We use these expressions in daily life.


EXAMPLE On top of the world: is to that everything is going well for you.

“When I finished my career I felt as on top of the world”. .


over the moon: it means that that person is so happy (very happy, overjoyed)

“Camille was over the moon with the pet she received for her birthday�.


in seventh heaven in a very good mood or to be extremely happy.

“When my dad asked my mom to marry him, she was in seventh heaven�


Down in the dumps : to be acting in a depressed way

She's down in the dumps because her father died.


Out of sorts: means slightly unhappy, upset and depressed Hi Fred wow, you look a bit out of sorts today
