It’s a joy for me to write to you the next part of the exciting new revelation that I started in the previous issue.

God’s Spirit is Our Helper 1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “He that is joined to the Lord is one spirit with the Lord.” If you read Matthew 26:40, Jesus says in the garden of Gethsemane, “My disciples, pray with me!”. But they slept away. So Jesus had to travail all alone. Once, my father had a vision of Gethsemane. When Jesus was praying alone and travailing alone, my father saw Satan coming and standing by the side of Jesus. When we travail alone, Satan comes and stands beside us. Jesus said in Matthew 26:38, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful unto death; ” and His blood came out as sweat, (Luke 22:42-44). And He was surrounded by the hour of darkness (Luke 23:53). Jesus went through that agony, because none of His friends were there to pray with Him. Jesus was lonely, an angel came from heaven, the angel tried to comfort Jesus, but Jesus never took that comfort. Because the angel does not have a soul, yes, only when a person has a soul, that soul and our soul combines together and we are able to walk together. Angels can minister but not help us. They can bring a message from God. Our soul, our hearts are more important. Then, the Holy Spirit came and strengthened Him (Hebrews 9:14). The Bible says that he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17). He came upon Jesus. And through the comfort of the Holy Spirit, Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice. He is an eternal spirit. He is with you. In John 14:20 the Bible says, “ at that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you”. You will be together with the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit will intercede through you. Romans 8:26 says, “ He groans through you”. He prays through you when you are so lonely and weak; when darkness surrounds you; when only questions come. When Angel died, we asked “Why Lord?”. That question was so much troubling us that we could not pray any more. We only said, “Why? Why? Why did you kill Angel?”. But two months later, on 29th July 1986, during the family prayer, the Holy Spirit rose up within us. And He began to speak through our own mouth. We be-

gan to speak in new tongues. We and the Holy Spirit became united. He began to speak in new tongues through our tongues (Mark 16:17).

Yes! My friend! He is there within you. He rises up when you are broken hearted. He will anoint you with His power and fill you with His strength. Then you will be able to trample the serpents and the scorpions; you will be able to rise up and conquer. That’s how we rose up and built the Karunya University. Yes, my friend, the Holy Spirit is our helper to do that. Every project and plan that God has given you, for your family and your ministry will be fulfilled through you from today. The Holy Spirit will be your helper. You will be able to pray in new tongues and as you speak new tongues, which you have never spoken before, God will take you in new dimensions and in new paths to do new things for your family and God. The Holy Spirit will be your helper!

A partner for your life God will make that life-partner to be your helper. He will blend your hearts together. Let us read Genesis 2:21-24, It says ,”And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. And Adam said: “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man. Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”

Further 1 Corinthians 7:14 says, “For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are

holy.” An unbelieving wife is sanctified by the believing husband. Unbelieving husband is sanctified by the believing wife. Both are united together to be a helper to each other. In a particular home, the husband was an alcohol. He was torturing the wife. Yet she held on to faith and believed God. Once she was watching the Jesus Calls Programme. The husband who never liked this programme was there in that room. In the programme, as my wife and I began to pray holding hands, she called her husband and he came. Then she held his hand and said, “Sit down” and He sat down. She asked him, “Can we both hold our hands and pray”. He didn’t know what was happening and he said “Yes!”. Both held their hands. And she began to cry. And as we were praying in the programme , for husbands and wives to become united, he began to scream. He screamed saying, “I am seeing a person with white robes coming into our house. I see Jesus. He is coming into our house. He is coming into our house. He is coming into our house.” That day he was transformed. Then God gave him a job. Today they are following Jesus as a family.

When the husband and wife are united, Jesus comes. He will be a helper to the family. He will blend the heart of every husband and wife with their spouses. And when you and your spouse agree together, whatever you ask God, Heaven will provide according to the unfailing promise of God Matthew 18:19, 20 which says, “ If two of you agree regarding anything on this earth, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven”. Friend! the helper will bring an agreement between you and your spouse in your home. When you two agree in prayer and speak in tongues as Jesus Calls



the Spirit gives you utterance, God’s blessings will come upon your home. Let not your heart be troubled.

A Helper for you to minister unto Him Even in the ministry it is not good for you to be alone. Luke 10:1,2 says that Jesus sent His disciples two by two. Each were to be a help to the other. That’s exactly what happened to Jonathan in 1 Samuel 14:6, 7. God gave Jonathan an armor- bearer. Jonathan did not have a big army but he had an armor-bearer. Friend! Never say, “Brother! I don’t have an army to pray with me”. All you need is only an armor-bearer. Look at what the armor- bearer says to Jonathan. Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the LORD will work for us. For nothing restrains the LORD from saving by many or by few.” So his armor bearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart. Go then; here I am with you, according to your heart.” The armor-bearer says, “Whatever your heart wants to do, do it and I will come with you wherever you go”. Friend! God will give you such helpers and armor –bearers who will share your burden and offer you strong support in your ministry. When Jonathan and such an armor-bearer went anywhere the earth shook and God fought for them. The enemy nation fell just by the unity of two people. Yes! God gave him a helper and He will give you too. He will give you someone who will help you and stand with you. You will go as a Jesus Calls Associate Evangelist. You will bring the power of God to the nations and the nations will be shaken

with the love of Christ. Demons will tremble and leave. What a great joy to have such saints of God who are like armour-bearers in the ministry. Friend! God’s Word comes to you saying, “God will give you a helper to protect your soul and also bring you a hundred times blessing”. In 2008, after my father left, the Lord said, “Now you have to minister as a family in the Prayer Festivals”. Yes, the Lord said, you, your wife, your mother and your children should minister in the Prayer Festivals. Accordingly we started ministering together. My children were leading the worship, my wife preached one evening, my mother one evening and I preached one evening. The Lord said, “When you obey me in this, I will give you the grace to call the names of the people in an unique way”. After that I began to call the names of the people even before the messages began. Testimonies started coming before the messages. At the Chennai meeting in 2008, when I came to pray along with the volunteers, the day before the meeting, the Lord said, “even as the people are coming at the gate, the demons will begin to tremble at the gate. Have the prayer intercessors there to drive the devils”

Friend! God will give you too that grace. You will do great ministries as a family. God will blend the heart of the husband, wife and children together. He blends the hearts of the staff in your business and working place. He will give you armour-bearers . From today, God says, “You being alone is no good. From now on I will create a helper – the right people to work with you”. So start praying saying, “Lord! Give me a helper- a godly helper to protect my soul and for us to touch the nation together.

Godly Children as Helpers God creates godly children (Malachi 2:14, 15). When we buried Angel, the Holy Spirit made my father to hear God’s voice as the coffin was going into the pit. The voice of God in the heaven said, “Dhinakaran, when your grandchildren are born, they will be born with talents”. That time I was not even married. Three years later I was married and God’s word was fulfilled. Today all the three children are of such a great help in the kingdom of God. They are anointed with the Holy Spirit and are full of talents. When the first boy died for my parents, the Lord said to my father, “I will give you a son”. Then I was born. The Lord said, “He will be my beloved. I will love him.” And exactly, according to that, I was born in September. In October, my father had a vision of Jesus Christ for the first time. Then Jesus saved me in 1980. But till 2008, I was only helping my father. At many occasions my father could not go to preach, because he could not get leave from the bank in which he was working and so I had to go and preach. I just went to help my father; not because I had a great call to go and minister. I just went to help my father. When my father was working in the bank, the vision of Karunya was given. And he became sick. Angel died. And I went to Karunya and took care of the constructions and establishing of Karunya. I did this just to help my father. Then I started doing the radio programmes, just to support my father. I began to preach on television. That is how I worked for my father – as a God-given helper. Only in 2008, God promoted me. wife, who never knew us, came into that home where we stayed. They only heard that God was using us. But as soon as the pastor came, he looked at me seated there and said, “ With someone in your family; in the lineage you belong to, God had made a covenant that he would be with you all the time. And it is because of that covenant God is with you and is doing these great wonders”. I wept. He never knew the covenant that God made with my father on the 20th July 1967 in Heaven. I wept. In that covenant the Lord said, “Dhinakaran, will you serve me?” My father said, “Lord, if you will promise me, that you will come with me where ever I go, then I will serve you.” And the Lord wrote in a parchment – a golden parchment with golden ink, “ I Jesus Christ, promise to go with my son Dhinakaran where ever he goes”. He made my father to sign that covenant and that covenant still stands. Friend! God’s Word and God’s covenant stands from generations to generations. It stands for you and your children and your grandchildren.

Let me quote Isaiah 59:21 to you: “As for Me,” says the LORD, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, “from this time and forevermore.”

Friend! This is the covenant God has made with us. His word and His spirit will be upon your children and your children’s children. It will keep you and them; help you and them to fulfil His mission. That is the anointing that will come upon your children and grandchildren as you serve Him faithfully. My wishes to you and each dear one in your family. 

he month of December is always an exciting month because the season of Christ mas is dawning into the hearts of people all over the world. The happiness and joy of Christmas is in already in the air. When my daughter Sweety was a kid, she would start getting excited even at the birth of November. She would keep on saying, “Mom! Christmas is approaching next month and I will be getting new dresses!”

I believe God will fill your heart with joy during this month of Christmas because it is to make us happy. He paid the highest sacrifice – His only begotten son. He sent His son to this earth just to make your life and my life happy (John 3:16). The bible describes the birth of the Son of God like this: For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6) Look at the several names that are given to the Son of God: Wonderful, Counsellor, Jesus Calls



Mighty God, Ever Lasting Father and Prince of Peace.’ One of those names that draw my attention is the name, ‘Everlasting Father!’ Yes! He is everlasting and therefore His presence abides with us forever. He sent His only begotten son to this earth that He can remain with us always and forever.

He says, “You are an eternal God”. He says that God existed even before creating the foundation of this world. Yes! God continues to be ‘an everlasting Father’ to us. Christmas is the day when God sent His son, Jesus Christ to be born on this earth in our image so that through Him He may abide with us forever. (Matthew 28:20). What are the reasons God sent His only begotten son to the earth?

Eternal Love The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. (Jeremiah 31:3) God sent His son Jesus Christ to this world so that through Him He might show us His ‘everlasting love’ and ‘loving kindness’. He has always been a God who loved us even before He created us. He has always been a God of loving kindness from eternity. He is a God who draws us near to Him with His loving kindness.

It was had beautifully created the trees, plants, mountains, oceans and the atmosphere. If only He had not created the atmosphere we would not have been able to walk on the earth – we will fall down. It was nice to hear the scientists themselves say out of their own words that ,“It is God who has created all these wonders.” When I beheld the size, vastness and beauty for this huge galaxy I wondered how graceful it is that such a King God is concerned about us and loves us who are nothing but dust and garbage. God would not have created all those things if he had not loved us? He has created all these planets for us. Our hearts melted to think of the love of God. We had tears in our eyes.

Yes! My friend! It is His desire that we live life happily. The Bible says that His love is greater than the love of our dearest friends. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. (John 15:13) He came down as Jesus Christ just for our sakes. Our God is a God of love - unending love. Yes! God is love. (1 John 4:8,16) But as many as received Jesus Calls



Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name (John 1:12) He loves everyone who believes Him and accepts Him in their hearts, . He makes them His own sons and daughters. He is our eternal father. We need to believe and keep believing that the eternal God is with us; in us and is always alive forever. No one are His grand children. He does not a have grandma or grandpa. He calls us His sons and daughters”. We get terribly disappointed when we look up to man for help. When we put our belief on people saying, “This person will help me in my need; this person will comfort me; this person will stand by me or this person will support me, we only get disappointed. But God’s love is immeasurable. It is more intense than the love of a friend. He loves us when we are in sorrow; He loves us when we are in our sick bed. Friend! You may be crying saying, “I am standing alone with so much of burdens and commitments on me” what can I do?” But cheer up my friend! There is an eternal father to love you with eternal love. The eternal father is with you. He will wipe away your sorrows during this season of Christmas and fill you with joy. Many years ago I read a News in a magazine. There were two sisters who had only one year of difference between them. They both loved each other very dearly and intimately. Each will wear the other’s clothes and so close were

they to each other. They both reached their marriageable ages and now both of them had a worry in their hearts whether their love for each other would diminish when they get married. Days went by and they fixed the wedding date for the elder girl. The younger sister looked at the elder one and asked, “Sister! Will you continue to love me the same way even after you get married?” But the elder one replied saying, “I don’t know”. That night both of them were so depressed that they decided to commit suicide and die together so that they can be together as spirits forever. And they both consumed poison and were found dead the next morning in their rooms. The parents saw them dead but hugging each other. They broke down and wept bitterly. Not one who saw them hugging each other were able to stop tears in their eyes.

This is human love my friend. How much ever we think of loving another person we cannot love them forever. There is a limit and there is an end for human love. Human beings cannot love eternally. Human love is not an everlasting love. But God says, “I have loved you with an everlasting love” Sometimes aged people would feel that all the others have abandoned them, and they are all alone but dearly beloved ,please understand that God is always with you. Look at what the Bible says in Isaiah 46:4: Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you!

I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you. Yes! God loves us even when we are old in age. He loves us even until the day we leave the earth. God not only loves us but also enables us to show that love to the other dear ones in our family.

Eternal Power Jeremiah 20:11 says: “But the Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten”. God sent His only beloved son to the earth so that we would receive His eternal power. Yes! The power of His words and the way in which He had created the universe and the galaxies demonstrate His eternal power (Romans 1:20) so we cannot say we are insufficient; we cannot say we lack something, because our eternal God is willing to give us His eternal power that will make us meet all our needs abundantly. We have such a powerful God with us. Yes! Our God is looking from heaven waiting to give us His eternal power to His children on the earth. The Bible says that ‘the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9) When we seek God with a diligent heart, God gives us His eternal power. Especially Women can Jesus Calls



expect a shower of God’s power and anointing upon them because women alone can be the pillar of a house and run the family efficiently. It is they who have the responsibility to run a house and therefore women need more power (1 John 2:27) Yes! God will give us eternal power. How to bring-up the children? How to lead the husband into salvation? How to conduct the ministry? These are the responsibilities of the woman and God will give them wisdom and eternal power to do it. Woman! when the anointing of God descends upon you even His wisdom also will descend upon you at the same time. So pray unto God saying, “Lord! Give me the Spirit of wisdom” and then the Lord will bless you with divine wisdom (Isaiah 11:2; Colossian 2:3) Everyday, I cry unto the Lord saying, “Lord! I do not know anything. It is you who has to do everything for me. Please grant me your wisdom.” And God would grant me His wisdom and it is with that wisdom I survive everyday. The same God will bless you too with His wisdom. He is a God who will not reject you or abandon you. He will hear your prayer and grant you wisdom and power. Beloved! You could be saying, “How wonderful it would be if God gives us His power”, but even as you are saying it and even before you could complete saying it, God will shower His power on you (Isaiah 65:24) You might be praying for so many needs and desires. God will

surely hear your prayers and answer them in your life. May be you are suffering with sickness and you are not able to walk. However complex and incurable your disease could be, the Lord will heal you and set you free. It is for this reason He came to this earth – so that He may show His power. He is a mighty God who is standing by your side.

Eternal Life I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20) The Bible says that we have eternal life through the Son of God. He is giving His eternal life into us because He wants to live with us forever and He also wants us to live well in Him on this earth. Yes! He gives us eternal life. Apostle Paul says, “Its no longer I; but Christ that dwells in me” Yes! God gives us eternal life so that we could dwell in Him and God can dwell in us. (Acts 17:28). When the problems of this world attacks us we become tired and exhausted but God gives us His eternal life and encourages us to live. Beloved friend! Jesus says, “I am the way; the truth and the life” (John 14:6). He gave His life on the Cross so that He could give life to us. He was bruised for our transgressions. (Isaiah 53:5) ‘Life’ keeps seeping into us from his five wounds.

When we went to Canada we beheld the Niagara Falls. The sound of water was too noisy because the waters were falling from a very high attitude. It would be very fearful to even go near it. Enormous volume of water keeps pouring down night and day. The Niagara falls splits into 5 rivers. It would be a thrilling experience to see the way the water divides into the 5 rivers. There is no scarcity of water in Canada due to Niagara. This is the way our Saviour’s blood was also shed from five places of His body to wash away our sins. It flowed from His crown to His feet. He shed all His blood so that we could receive eternal life. He resurrected from death and came alive for our sake – to give us His eternal life. He says, “I was dead by Lo! I am alive forever” (Revelation 1:18). He came down as man just to give us eternal life. That is why we are enjoying the privilege of His presence with us always. Once there was a popular singer who had all the luxury she wanted. But one day her husband abandoned her and left her for his own good life. Only then the singer began to understand life and it’s realities. She had all the luxuries she wanted but did not have love. She was yearning with all her heart for someone who could love her. It was at this situation her adopted son said to her, “Mom! Let me take you and make you stay with me. I will take care of you”. One day in the church the preacher was preaching on Isaiah 53:5. He was preaching how Jesus gave us His Jesus Calls

life by shedding His blood on the Cross from 5 major wounds. The Lady who was touched by this message declared, “If at all I live; it’s only for this God.” She dedicated herself wholly to serve the Lord. A huge peace filled her heart. In a few days from then her adopted son too died in a car accident but she did not give-up on serving the Lord. She stood in the same church and said, “It was Christ who gave me life. It is He who has given me the strength to bear and endure the death of my son. Her testimony brought tremendous glory to God.

Beloved! God has given us eternal life is order to comfort us; to answer our prayers and to set us free from our bondages. Remember the Bible says, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17) Friend! Hold on to God tightly and firmly. He who gave us His only begotten son is sure to also give us His entire blessings to us (Romans 8:32). He who created the whole universe is the one who wants us to have eternal life. He came down to the earth as a human to abide in us as an eternal Father. Let us therefore be strengthened by this hope. His eternal love and His eternal power will lead us in the path of eternal life. Place your faith on the eternal God. Then the eternal God will bless us and fill us with eternal blessings. LET ME WISH YOU A HAPPY CHRISTMAS WITH A JOYFUL HEART. May the joy of the truth that God sent His only begotten son to the earth for our sake, fill you and each dear one in your family. The prophets have acclaimed Our Lord - ‘the revelation of God’s love’, as the ‘Prince of Peace’ (Isaiah 9:6, Micah 5:5). The angels also proclaimed the same truth (Luke 2:14). I believe that this Christmas will be a festival of peace, not only for you but to everyone who has helped you and are helping you.

Healing without surgery My husband is working in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. In September, when he was walking on the road, he was hit by a vehicle and was thrown off and fell on a stone. He had serious head injury and lost his conscience. He was admitted in a hospital in Bengaluru. When I reached there, doctors said that he needed an immediate surgery. 4 years in Karunya has been an unforgettable part in the journey of my life, in which I went through various ups and downs, and learnt a lot of things. God has blessed and favoured me academically and only by His grace I could hold the first place in my department. God has been faithful to me throughout and until the end of my course and blessed me with two placements, out of which one is an international placement in Germany with a very good salary package. Apart from this, God helped me in clearing my GATE exam with a gate percentile of 89.5%. Now, when I look back, I find myself cared and guided by God's word which has always been my strength and guidance. Rohan Welwin Eric (2012–2016 B.Tech. y friends, God specifi cally directed me to write about something very powerful for this Christmas month. Its not a simple thing; it’s such a powerful help for us in our time of need. I am going to write to you about the Wisdom of God. God wants us to give us His Wisdom and empower us to use it to solve the problems of our everyday life. God gives wisdom to make you shine in this world, just to fulfill the following verse: “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and

perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world.” (Philippians 2:15) So you can now boldly confess that you are a wise person. Say to yourself, “I am not a fool. I am a wise man/woman.” By the time you complete reading this message you will be convinced that you are a wise person. That’s what God has come to do for us – to make us wise. God wants to pour out His Wisdom into every one of our lives.

In Jeremiah 33:3 He says: “Call to me I will answer you; and show you great and unsearchable things that even you do not know” That’s the wisdom of God. First, He says, “Call unto Me”. You don’t need a number to call Him. All that you need to do is to just open your heart and call out to him and He will answer you and show you great and unsearchable things that you do not know. Many times we think we know what to ask; we think we know what to do, but He says, “I will show you much greater things that are necessary for your life”. Sometimes, what we think might not be

the thing that would help us or save us, but He knows great and unsearchable things. Thank God for that promise. I want to share with you three things about this wisdom. Firstly, Why does God want us to have this wisdom? What is the special need for this wisdom?

Wisdom that opens our eyes Wisdom opens our eyes and leads us in the right and peaceful way My friends, without the wisdom of God, we are spiritually blind in this world. Even though we see with our physical eyes, we don't see the blessings that God has set for us. Oh! The peaceful ways that God has set for us. Our eyes are spiritually closed and blinded according to 2 Corinthians 4:4 “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” The devil blinds our eyes so that we don't see the light of Christ. We don't see the real way; the truthful way that we ought to walk; the peaceful way that we ought to go. Even before we were born, God has designed for each one of us, a peaceful way; the right way and a blessed way to walk. It is such an enjoyable path but there comes the devil to blind our eyes, so that we don't see that way. He blinds us and makes us operate on our own strength; rely upon our own strength and finally what happens? We find the harsh reality of what our strength can do; we find the harsh reality of what

our own wisdom can do and where our wisdom can take us. We end up in a weak position; we end up in a destroyed situation. Because we know that man’s strength is limited and man’s wisdom is only capable of very less, we end up curled in a corner crying for God’s help. That’s how the devil spiritually blinds our eyes. Look at Adam, a man who was filled with authority over all the things in the world – the authority given by God. He said, “Adam, you take care of the entire garden; you take care of the animals; you take care of the plants; you take care of the fishes. I leave them all to you. You are the ruler in this garden, filled with the glory of God”. Adam was running the show with all authority. But we know what happened? When the devil tempted him and said. “Adam, rely upon your own strength and your own wisdom. Eat this fruit and you can become a god. You can become all powerful and you don't have to rely upon this God. You can become much more powerful”. See! This is how he misleads us. He blinds our eyes. Adam took the fruit and ate. What happened? Did he become a god? Did he go to heaven ? Was he seated on a throne in majesty and glory? Adam went to the bushes and hid himself, shaking in a fear and hiding from God who filled him with all glory. Instead of authority the devil made him hide in fear. That’s the harsh reality of what happens when we live a worldly life; when we live a life following the ways of the devil, forsaking the wisdom of God and forsaking the glory of God. to do what God meant for us to do. He sucks the passion out of us so that we become very lazy, lethargic and without any enthusiasm to do anything in life. Yeah! There is no passion to work in the place where God has placed us and there is no passion to study our school and college subjects. We become lazy. We say, “ Let me just get through this path and get over with it; let me just finish this and throw it away; no passion to be the best; no passion to shine, but God wants us to shine. He created us to shine. But instead our thought has become so lazy and lethargic and we try to find all the easiest short cuts and all the crooked things so that we can quickly come up in life. We try to find and search all the crooked ways of the devil because he offers his short cuts and his quick solutions. His ways are not necessarily the righteous solutions; they are not necessarily the holy solutions. He offers crooked ways through lying because he is the father of lies (John 8:44) and according to John 10:10 he comes only to steal, kill and to destroy. These are the ways of the devil. When our eyes are blinded we lose the passions which God places in our hearts through His Spirit. We become lazy and try to find ways of cheating; ways of stealing; ways of killing and ways of lying our way through life. Instead of enjoying the love of family, we say,” Let me through it all and let me have my way”. Thus you will live a life of selfishness. You need to see that all these attitudes are from the nature of the devil and it comes in and changes us in the wrong way. We try to reach our target; we try to grab our target and we think, “ This is the way, I finally got it; I

almost got it”, but we end up getting smashed; we end up getting wrecked ; we end up getting curled in the corner and finally getting fed up, we find the harsh reality. We walk behind the devil and tread the path he shows us. He says, “Come, this is the path, you are almost there; you are almost near the winning line; you are almost at the success point; you are almost having all the riches. Come behind me! I will show you the path where you will find the greatest blessings”. But then he takes us to a place and removes our blindfolds and we only find the burning flames of hell in front of us. We are filled with fear, filled with torment, there is no joy, no peace, no rest; only gnashing of teeth and only depression. Yes, he blinds our eyes, we think we are almost there but we only end up hiding in the bushes. God wants us to have a place of authority in this world, reigning with authority over all things. Adam listened to God and he was walking through the garden with that authority. He could do anything and everything because he was in charge of that world. God wants us too to live in the same way. He desires that we also lived like Adam. When we follow Jesus;

when we walk with Him; when we listen to Him everyday; when we talk to him and enjoy life, wherever we go, we will have authority to bring down God’s plan in that place. We will rule over that place. Yes! We will rule over our problems; we will rule over our lives; we will have authority to rule over everything; we will have authority to rule over them. Friend! instead of enjoying such a glorious life, instead we are under the feet of the devil, hiding in fear and spiritual blindness. He is laughing at us today my friends - the devil laughs at us today. But God is saying,” Enough that my children have been blinded by the devil; enough that they cannot see My plans any longer; enough that they follow the stupid ways. I want to show them My peaceful ways - the plans that I have to prosper them, not to harm them but to give them a hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). Yes! He says, “My children only listen to me. Call to me and I will show you great and unsearchable things that even you do not know”. When we do this, it will be a amazing! God is angry with the works of the devil today in our lives. He is going to destroy all those works and save us from future hurt. Look at how

He expresses that: “For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” (Zechariah 2:5) Yes, God is going to be a wall of fire around us. I love the way He says it . He says, “I myself will be a wall of fire around my children and in the centre you will find My glory”. Now once again we can walk in His glory and with all authority over all the things in this world like Adam did. He is going to be a wall of fire all around us. And according to Zechariah 2:8,9 He says, “Whoever touches you touches the apple of my eyes”. The Lord will surely raise His hands against him when the devil tries to touch you. Its going to burn for him because the Lord is going to be a wall of fire around you. Friend! No more devil in your life. The Lord is going to make sure that this 12th month is the end of all of his actions in your life. He is going to end the rule of the devil, remove every blindness and like Paul, He is going to shine His light on you so that your eyes will be opened to Him and then you can walk with Him. 800 years before, looking through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, Prophet Isaiah had seen that baby Jesus would come in to this world. He saw the Almighty God in flesh, in the form of a little child. The Bible says He is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance (Isaiah 28:29). God commanded Moses to bring more than 600 thousands men and their families from Egypt to the land of Canaan. God was with them and gave them counsel at every stage. Every time Moses cried unto God, God gave him a word of wisdom or counsel. Every time the Israelites had water problem. They were parched without water. After three days of journey, they found the water but it was bitter. That time Moses cried out to God and He gave him a word of counsel to cut off a particular tree and put it in the bitter water. They did accordingly and the water was made sweet (Exodus 15:25). One word of counsel from the Lord saved the lives of lakhs of people.

The Chief Minister of a particular state was personally well known to me. Years back, he became seriously ill and the doctors were battling to save his life. He was given oxygen. A specialist from Japan was brought to check his treatments. Finally, it was found that because of excess oxygen, the Chief Minister was not able to breathe. So the doctor advised to reduce the oxygen amount. His advice was followed and the Chief Minister survived. One word of counsel saved the life of a State’s Chief Minister.

The Bible says that ‘Man shall live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God’ (Matthew 4:4). Our God gives wonderful counsels. In our day to day life, we also need God’s counsel. The Bible says, ‘Where there is no counsel the people perish’. And ‘where there is no counsel the plan would perish’ (Proverbs 11:14; 15:22). That’s why there are so many counselors – counselors for marriage, family and for other fields – in the nation. Years ago in a zoo in London, an elephant became greatly disturbed and nobody could control it. It refused to obey anyone’s order and threw off everyone, who dared to approach it. People did not know what to do. That time, one of the visitors of the zoo volunteered to go to the elephant and talk to it. He went near and the elephant looked at him. The man began to talk to it and it kept quiet. He took a few steps closer to the elephant and whispered something in its ears. The elephant was happy and began to shake its head; it shook its legs and wagged its tail. Finally the man came out. The surprised people asked him how it was possible for him to calm the elephant. He said, “You’ve brought this elephant from India. It doesn’t like the English spo-

ken by you. So it was angry. I spoke to it in Hindi. So it has become very happy”

This is how God gives His special counsel to each and every man. If the six lakhs of men with families are calculated, it is probable that Moses might have led nearly 20 lakhs of people. He provided counsels for all the 20 lakhs of people through Moses. The Lord, who gave them counsels thus, would surely give you counsels. He will counsel you and grant you words of wisdom. He will help you. He came in to this world in the form of a man in order to give counsel to everyone. One day some people went to the Lord Jesus and asked Him, “Is it right to pay tax to the Roman Emperor?” He asked them to bring Him a coin. When they brought it, He asked them, “Whose image and inscription does it have?". They said “Caesar’s”. He said, “"Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's”. Those who asked Him questions left the place (Luke 20:22-25). But He readily gave counsels to those who came to Him seeking counsel and led them.

Counsel to Live: ‘…go and sin no more." (John 8:11). They brought to Him a sinful woman who was caught red handed in adultery. He said to her, ‘Go and sin no more’. (John 8:11). He found a man in the temple, and said to him, “Sin no more” (John 5:14). A father brings his son who has a mute spirit which throws him into the fire and into the water to deJesus Calls

stroy him. The father falls at the feet of Jesus and cries. The Lord says, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." The father says, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!" (Mark 9:22-24). The man begs for the compassion of Jesus saying, ‘Have compassion on us and help us." Saying that if he believed in His compassion, everything would be possible, Jesus delivers the little boy from the clutches of the spirit. Brother, sister, you can receive God’s miracle purely on the measure of your belief and faith on the Lord’s compassion and grace. Many people came to Jesus with lot of worries. Jesus said to them, “Do not worry what you will eat, what you will drink, what you will wear. Your heavenly father knows that you need these things. You first seek the kingdom of God and God’s righteousness. All these things shall be added unto you” That was His counsel to the people who worried about everyday life. My dear brothers and sisters, God’s counsel shall give you victory; it shall prevail. So let us first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness and enjoy receiving His blessings.

Counsel for the life hereafter: "In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:2,3). On hearing that the Lord Jesus would be taken up to heaven, His disciples were upset and disappointed. When He said, ‘'Where I

am going, you cannot come,' they asked Him where He was going (John 13:33-36). Jesus said, ‘"In My Father's house are many mansions; I go to prepare a place for you” Yes, He undertakes our future too. He gives us counsel for the life hereafter too. The thief hanging on the Cross beside Jesus, cried out to Jesus, `God remember me’. Jesus says, “Today you will be in paradise with Me” (Luke 23:42,43). He spoke these words to him wisely and strongly. Yes, dear brother and sister, the Lord Jesus came to this world to give us counsel. If you love Him dearly, there is no need for you to worry about anything. He would be with you always and give you counsel every minute of your life.

Counsel for peace “…He shall bear the glory, And shall sit and rule on His throne; So He shall be a priest on His throne, And the counsel of peace shall be between them both."' (Zechariah 6:13). If you understand this important counsel of God, you will never be discouraged. This is a counsel of peace. Jesus came to give us counsel of peace with God. There is a throne in heaven in which the mighty God is seated. He looks like sardius stone or jasper (Revelation 4:3). Songs of Solomon 5:16 says ‘He is altogether beautiful’. He is the King of Kings, Lord of Lord and an everlasting King (Jeremiah 10:10; I Timothy 6:15). He is supernatural. Yet, He came down into this world as a priest. He took upon Himself every infirmity, every sickness and every transgression of every person. Everyone’s grief was placed upon

Him. He took upon Himself all our curses. He tasted the bitterness of death for everyone of us (I Peter 2:24; Matthew 8:17; Isaiah 53:4,5, Galatians 3:13; Hebrews 2:9). He took upon Himself all the sins, in the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed with great agony. His sweat fell like great drops of blood (Luke 22:42-44). This is because He came down to do the work of a Chief Priest. Unable to bear the agony of every sin and every other curse, He cried out to God, the King sitting on the throne, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” (Matthew 27:46). He, the King of kings in heaven, came down to this earth in the form of man and cried out, shedding blood on the cross. The following verse depicts the agony of the Lord Jesus, ‘Reproach has broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none’ (Psalm 69:20). Yes, the living God took the form of a man. Even when He was seated in heaven as the God of gods, He was also the Son of a carpenter. He said, ‘I came down from heaven. I am also in heaven as the King of Kings. I am here on the earth as the Priest” (John 3:13). In Hebrews 9:1-12 the Bible describes about the tabernacle built by Moses for God. It has two parts - The Holy place and the most Holy place. The chief priest would go to the holy place every day. He will do all the things He had to do. But once in a year He will go into the most holy place with the blood of goat and calf. He will take this blood, pour it before the mercy seat Jesus Calls

of the Most High God and plead for the people saying, “O, God! See this blood! Forgive the sins of your people. Please give peace to Your people; give them the counsel of peace”. When the Lord Jesus Christ rose up from the dead, He entered in to the Most Holy place as a High Priest (Hebrews 9:12). He was sitting there as the King but for our sake He took the form of a man and presented Himself as a priest before the King saying, ‘I was bruised for My people; I was killed for My people; Behold, this is the blood that I shed for them. Give My people the counsel of peace. Don’t pour out Your wrath upon them. Keep the door open so that they would be able to come anytime. Let them always have peace”. Thus He finished His mission. Today on the throne of God, the same God sits as the king, as the mighty emperor. He is also the Chief Priest, for our sake. So we have nothing to worry. Jesus, who came down to this earth as the counsellor, wants to give us counsel all the time. That’s why before leaving the world, He said that He would send us the Spirit of counsel. He does not want you to be alone in this world. Rather, He always wants to be with you. He says that we should always be filled with the Holy Spirit who gives us wisdom and understanding. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you would be a powerful person. Afflictions may be there in different forms of problems, sufferings, sorrows, oppositions, sickness etc., The power of satan may come against you as witchcraft. But since the Holy Spirit who gives wisdom and understanding is with you, you would always be victorious. Jesus, who has been given to us as the Son is a Counsellor! He would give us counsel to make us live; He would give counsel for the life hereafter. He would manifest the counsel of peace. He would fill us with the Spirit and make us get  His spiritual counsels.

In accordance to the mandate given by God to Dr. Paul Dhinakaran, the Israel Prayer Tower was dedicated for the glory of God, on November 4, 2013. On the occasion of the third anniversary, a special Prayer Meet was conducted in which Dr. Paul Dhinakaran expounded on the purpose for the establishment of this Prayer Tower. Pastors and ministers of God in Israel attended this Prayer. Chain prayer is offered for the world and the blessing of Jerusalem, from this Prayer Tower which has direct view of the whole city of Jerusalem and Mount Olive, where the Lord would appear.

ecember is the month when women begin to think of making delicious eatables for children, buying dresses and accessories for them and so on. Some of the newly married poor girls who celebrate their first Christmas would worry how their parents would manage the extra expenses and why they were born as a girl. Oh, the miseries of their mothers! Terrible to even imagine!

Though such problems are there, nobody fails to celebrate Christmas. Somehow we manage to make eatables at least by getting money on credit and enjoy sharing them with others. We too love tasting these items! However, before tasting them, it would be better if we taste certain things of which the Bible speaks. If you taste these things well, the hand of God would miraculously protect you from all the problems that rise against you and a way to celebrate this Christmas with real joy would be born. ‘Oh, taste and see that the

LORD is good’ (Psalm 34:8).

Taste His love

Psalmist David, who wrote this, had tasted the Lord’s love and His qualities right from his childhood. That’s why the Lord guided him by His hand, till his old age (Psalm 37:25; 71:9,18).

Dear ones, this worldly life is indeed full of afflictions, sorrows, and pains. Unable to tackle these problems, we cry out in agony saying, ‘There is none in this world to help me and guide me”.

One of the virtues that ought to be seen in women is love. A young girl gets married and enters into new surroundings, when she goes to her husband’s family. Of course she would be slightly confused by the different characteristics of the new people in his household. The reason, both the husband and wife would have so far lived in different atmosphere, with different nature. But, when she shows love to each person in the family and adjusts with them, with the help of God and with His love, tasted in the heart, there would be true divine peace and love in that family. When the love of Christ has been poured into the bride’s heart, she would be a bridge to clear any misunderstanding among the others and help them taste that the Lord is good.

Yes, every one of us, who are born in this world, has to pass through such experiences. David too passed through such paths and it was then he chose God as his help and tasted His sweet nature. If we too taste the characteristics of the God of gods, He will help us to finish our lives happily just as how He helped David to complete his life joyously. In case, we have not yet tasted the good qualities of the Lord Jesus in our lives, let us meditate on them in these days of His birth and taste them. Jesus Calls

A dear mother known to me, shared her testimony thus: She got married very young and stepped into her in-laws’ place. They lived as joint family. Her husband had three brothers who were of totally different character. Similar were the brothers’ wives too. Like every other family, here also there were quarrels, divisions, hurts etc., But this mother, who had tasted God’s love, made herself a bridge of love between each member of the family and led them by her good work of love which she had received from Christ. Today, this family is in a good status and stands as a testimony for God, filled with His love.

Today, there is strife, rifts, and various kinds of problems in joint families. But if the good quality of Christ’s love is poured into everybody’s heart, especially into the women of the family, there would be much joy and peace in that family. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven’ (Matthew 5:16) ‘Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you’ (Isaiah 60:1). Dear sister, is this light seen in your life? If not, commit yourself in God’s presence; The Lord God would make you taste His love just as that mother did; the glory of the Lord would rise upon you; through you, He will fill your family and society with His love and make all of you shine!

Taste His comfort ‘…who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ’ (II Corinthians 1:4,5). When we help the helpless, feed them and be of comfort to them, with the comfort given by God, we would get the adornment called ‘good works’. There was a mother, who was filled with God’s love and who had tasted the comfort of God. Many women used to share with her their burdens, difficulties, grief and wants in life. Whenever this mother heard them, she would pray with burden for them and do whatever help she could do for them. Her daughter was watching these good works of this mother. She said, ‘Mom, you pray for all those who come seeking you; you give away all the things that you have bought for you. Why do you do this?” The mother pointed out to her the verse, ‘He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, And He will pay back what he has given’ (Proverbs 19:17). She further said, “When we give what we can, to the poor and the needy and be of comfort to them, the Lord is pleased with us. He would write this good work in His account in heaven. He would bless us in this world. One day, when you too become a wife and run a family, you should do such good works and comfort the Jesus Calls

The mother’s exemplary life influenced the daughter to do good works and she became a comfort and support to the helpless and the poor people. Hence, the Lord blessed her both in her family as well as in the society.

My dear parents, your children are observing you. When your lives are examples to them, your family life would be beautiful. You would be respected by your children. This beauty would stay in your family, generation after generation. So let us take pity on the poor. Let us pray to the Lord. He will deliver us, who walk in His ways and taste His love and give comfort to others, from all evil and make us taste His comfort still more so that we would be of comfort to many more families. He will bless our descendants.

Taste His goodness ‘The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing’ (Psalm 34:10). ‘Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!’ (Psalm 31:19). I read this in the biography of a woman, who sought God diligently and died, doing His ministry faithfully: In the days when she was doing ministry, God filled her with His power and

anointing of the Holy Spirit and used her mightily. Once, when she stood up to preach on the dais, she was surprised to see some women, seated at the back of the huge crowd, falling down and praying with tears. This power of God gradually covered the entire crowd and on hearing the noise, the men, who were outside, came running to help them. They too were touched by the mighty power of the Holy Spirit and fell down and began to pray with tears. Finally, that sister had to pray for them and leave the place without giving any message. The final moments in the life of this sister, who was thus filled with God’s power, were wonderful. When her life was about to depart, while others were looking at her, suddenly a divine light appeared on her face and made her whole body bright. This light filled the whole room in which she was lying. When this light departed, her life too left this world.

Yes, the lives of God’s people, who had tasted His love and comfort and who had sought Him dili-

gently have always been wonderful. The Bible says that God Himself prospered all the labours of their hand. Even today, He would do the same thing for the people who want to taste Him and give benefits for them. ‘…since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him’ (Isaiah 64:4). Accordingly, it is God’s desire to give benefits to those who seek Him faithfully and who do good works and make them happy. A sister known to me would always to run to help anyone who is in need or sorrow and try to make them happy. Also, she would visit the sick in the hospital and the houses where people languished in problems. She would spend money beyond her capacity and help others. Suddenly this sister took ill and was bed ridden. There was nobody to look after her. Her children were working in other places and

hence she was alone. At this forlorn state, people who received help from her, heard about her condition and willingly came forward to help her. The reason for this was her good works which she did earlier, without any expectation of reward. The reason for her good works was that she had tasted that the Lord is good.

Dear ones, do not confine yourself to your own family, husband and children. Inquire about others’ need and help them according to your capacity. When you do things which you can, the love of God would be seen in you. My dear sister, in these remaining days which God has graciously given us, let us taste His love still more, receive His comfort, seek Him faithfully, without being concerned about the worldly tribulations and enjoy the perfect benefits that He would give. Let us be firm in the holy calling by which He has called us and live for Him! May the Lord fill you with new grace in these days of Christ’s birth and help you to taste His good qualities! 

By the immense grace of God, the Esther Prayer Groups’ Meet for Coimbatore and surrounding areas was held on October 22, 2016 from 10.30 AM in the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower. It was wonderful to see 642 sisters from 87 groups attending this Meet with great thirst and enthusiasm. Particularly it was thrilling to see even small children of the Junior Esther Groups attending this Meet for three hours with great desire and interest. Similarly, it was a joy to see the young girls of the Youth Esther Prayer Group, especially from Karunya, doing many services with burden and humility, till the end. Sisters of a few Esther Prayer Groups shared with zeal about the expansion works of the Esther Prayer Group. The message shared by dear mother Stella Dhinakaran on how we should work to build the lives of women, with the help of the Holy Spirit, just as how Nehemiah rose up and acted with zeal to build the walls of Jerusalem, revived every one. Question: How to be a good mother-in-law/ daughter-in-law in the family, pleasing to the Lord?

Last month, by the grace of God, we mediated on how the joint life of a mother-in-law and daughterin-law would be of one minded, in Christ. This blessed life should increase in you daily, by His grace. You should not have this experience just for a day and leave it. Both of you as mother-in-law and daughter –in-law (finding some convenient time) should wait in the presence of God either personally or jointly. When you thus wait, the Lord will fill your hearts with His Holy Spirit as seen in Acts 2nd chapter. Having this divine experience is highly necessary.

Who is the Holy Spirit? ‘Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty’ (II Corinthians 3:17). When you experience this in your life step by step and act accordingly, the Lord’s divine joy, peace and everything else would come upon you perfectly. So, whenever you have time, both of you should jointly wait at the presence of God. When you thus wait with thirst, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, all good works given

by Christ would be seen in us. Dear ones, you too should follow Christ’s way and jointly receive the Lord’s glorious blessings through His anointing. When you thus get united with the Lord, He would grant you glorious things. Not only that, He would give you Christ’s mind. He would grant both of you oneness of mind in all matters. When this oneness of mind comes into you, the Lord’s peace could be seen perfectly in every matter in your family. Then you would consider each other with respect and the Lord would be pleased with you. You should not believe anyone who intervenes between you both and be united with each other just as how the Lord is united with you and you should have divine fellowship.

How would the Lord be pleased? According to Romans 5:5, the love of Christ would be poured into your life by the Holy Spirit. Both of you would arise and shine for Him. You would be amazed to enjoy the glory of this life! Throw away all the things, worries and thoughts about the world and the Jesus Calls

The Holy Spirit Himself will strength your spirit, soul and body and specifically guide you in the way you should go. He will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and prosper you like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail (Isaiah 58:11). The Lord would join your lives too just as He did for Naomi and Ruth and use you both for the comfort and consolation of many other people. Instead of this divine life, if you love the world and have the wrong idea, ‘I’m the greatest’ or ‘What I say is correct’, hatred would develop in you. Demonic works would bring many problems into your family and it would be ruined by division, bitterness and enmity. I feel in my spirit that you should receive yet another important thing in life. The Bible says that ‘the LORD has set apart for Himself him who is godly’ (Psalm 4:3). So, both of you, as mother-in-law and daughter-in-law should seek the

Lord in all reverence and devotion. Because of you, the Lord will always be present in your family and change your lives into a blessing for others. Also the Lord will give you the grace to shine like the brightness of the firmament, And to turn many to righteousness and be like the stars forever and ever’ (Daniel 12:3). Everybody would be amazed to see you because of the divine love, wisdom and grace in you. You would always rejoice in these.

Yes, we, the women, should finish our works hurriedly and indulge in the service of comforting the people who live in tears, by going here and there. When we take interest to get involved with any such service of God, and do it, our mind would seek those things which are above and pleasing to Christ, and not mean things’. Our mind would not seek after things of the devil but would desire a holy life.

By nature, she never used to be bothered by the hurtful words thrown at her and used to help her daughter-in-law, a lot. She hardly paid any heed to others’ advice to lessen her work burden. Soon after her retirement, she spent more time in preaching the gospel, in church activities, Adult education, and in helping the poor and the destitute. Added to these, she had to pack lunch for everyone including her daughter-in-law. All that Esther longed for was to hear at least a few endearing words from her daughter-in-law. But her daughter-in-law was annoyed that Esther was going out. It was her grievance that nobody was at home to receive the courier, gas cylinder or even her relatives. That day, she was telling someone over the phone, “My parents want to come and stay with me for a week. But I can’t take leave. Should she go out for some work or the other, every day? She doesn’t want anybody to come

The pastor departed giving her a vague reply, ‘It’s not a big deal”. Nobody could understand his evasive reply. The Community Hall overflowed with people. Esther and her family were seated on the front row.
