Warm greetings my precious friend. God has glorious blessings in store for you this month. Through the blessings you receive, million others will be blessed too. God’s glory is attached to every blessing He gives. Therefore, you will enjoy all the blessings and riches in peace. Do you know to whom God gives these glorious riches? The answer is found in Proverbs 11:25, which is God’s promise for this month.
“The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.” (Proverbs 11:25) Watering is important! Watering is defined as giving and also sacrificing for others. Yes, a person who does this faithfully and generously will be made rich by God.
GREATEST GENEROSITY EVER Do you know the most generous person? It is none else than God - the epitome of generosity. John 3:16 says it all. God loved us so much that He gave us His only begotten Son, so that we shall not perish but have eternal life.

“God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, (Romans 5:8) Christ died for us.” Christ Jesus, who is God in flesh, died for us. He sacrificed His holy blood on the cross and gave us redemption from sin. Is not this the greatest generosity? In accordance to this month’s promise, we are going to meditate on generosity. The paramount of generosity is that it enriches your life and that of others. Let us look into three of the important aspects of generosity.
GENEROUS WITH THE POOR When Jesus sojourned on the earth, He was passing through Jericho. There was a wealthy, chief tax collector man named Zacchaeus, who wanted to see Jesus. Because of his short stature and the crowds that thronged Jesus, he climbed up a tree so he could see Jesus as He passed by. On reaching the spot, Jesus looked up the tree and said,
“Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly. Zacchaeus stood up and said “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount.” (Luke 19:5-8) When you give your heart to Jesus, you have to give away everything that is not of Jesus. However, do not stop with that. Just like Zacchaeus, give generously to the poor. This is what the Bible says about giving to the poor:
“A person who is generous to the poor lends to the LORD.He will repay him in full.” (Proverbs 19:17) True is it not? He, who waters, will himself be watered!
GENEROUS WITH THE SERVANTS OF GOD When you receive God’s blessings and glorious riches, you begin to give for God’s word to go to others. You give for the servants of God to be blessed. Look at the life of Mary and Martha. When Jesus visited Bethany, Martha ran and invited Him to her home. She rested Him, gave Him food, place to sleep and took care of Him. She took care of not only Jesus but also the disciples and everyone who came to listen to Jesus. David sets an example for generosity towards God and the servants of God. David not only wanted to build a Temple for God, he also said, “My riches are not needed by you Lord, but it is needed for the saints who bring your word.” David wanted to ensure the saints of God were provided for with everything. Every time, David returned from battle, he would send some of the plunder to the elders of Judah. “Here is a gift for you www.jesuscalls.org - September 2021

from the plunder of the Lord’s enemies,” he said (I Samuel 30:26). Looking at David’s generous heart, God’s word came to David as such:
“The Lord declares to you that the Lord himself will establish a house for you.” (II Samuel 7:11) In 1995, when we went through much debt in the ministry, the Lord spoke to us saying ‘give one-tenth of what you receive in Jesus Calls to other ministries and servants of God to build their churches and ministries and as you give away this one-tenth from Jesus Calls, I will bless you.’ We obeyed God and started do it and during my father’s time, we had enough money to repay the huge loans we had taken to build the university. After my father passed away, we started giving as much as we could, and by God’s grace all the debts in the ministry has been removed. We had enough money to meet all the needs every month, not a penny more or a penny less. God has kept us out of debt. My friend, God will do it for you. As you care for the servants of God, He will bless your generous heart. God will bring you out of debt, build your home and prosper you. Even though he had given to the elders, David had riches in his home. He rested peacefully at a good old age with his rule firmly established. God will bless in like manner every person who gives generously to the servants of God.
GENEROUS TOWARDS GOD’S MINISTRIES In the Bible, we read about a little boy who gave his five small barley loaves and two small

fish to Jesus. Jesus blessed and gave them for the crowd that followed Him to eat. I am sure you know what happened. After about five thousand men had eaten as much as they wanted, there were twelve baskets full left over. This is exactly what you as the partner of Jesus Calls Prayer Mission are doing. Every rupee sown into the ministry through Young Partners’ Prayer Mission, Family Blessing Prayer Mission, Job Blessing Prayer Mission , and other Prayer Missions is blessed by God and multiplied to bring blessing to millions of souls. I am a Young Partner. At first, I was lagging behind in my studies. My parents enrolled me in the Young Partners’ Blessing Mission in this stage. I started to improve in my studies. I wrote my 12th standard in the year 2015. But I could not study properly before the exams. The reason was that some fear was pressing me. I was afraid that I would get low marks. Secured job amidst lockdown I was searching for job for quite some time. I always prayed to get a good job. I failed many times in competitive exams, yet I did not lose hope and continued my preparation. As I entered the year 2020, I was very determined to secure a job by the end of the year, but the Covid19 pandemic hit the nation followed by a nation-wide lockdown. That was a depressing time for me because all the exams were postponed and everything was very uncertain. I was worried whether I would get a job that year or not. My brother enrolled me in the ‘Jesus Calls Job Blessing Prayer Mission’ and I knew that I am prayed for every day. However, amidst all these issues, exams followed and the Lord kept me healthy and I appeared in all my exams. In October 2020, unexpectedly 2nd phase of the bank exam was held. I appeared for that exam and in December 2020, the results were out. I checked the result late, but it was a very joyous moment for me, because I had cleared the exam and had almost got the job in bank. Amazingly even after lockdown and the ongoing stress, the Lord has blessed me and enabled me to secure job in year 2020 itself. Enjoying God’s best I am 36 years old and I was working in a MNC as a software engineer but unfortunately I lost my job in January 2021. After losing my job I got depressed and was worried about my family as I was the only earning member in my family. I uploaded my resume in job portals and was waiting for interview calls but initially I didn't get any calls for 3 weeks. Freed from the forces of darkness I attended the Fasting Prayer at Prayer Tower that was held on 30th March 2021 for the state election. Delivered from kidney stone June 17, 2021 my husband Mr. Rajasekaran had severe back pain and through scan was found to have an 11mm stone in the kidney. Doctors wanted to take X-ray after two days. We admitted him in the hospital. Bethesda has been a great blessing for us and so I felt in my spirit to call the Prayer Centre before the X-ray. For all our problems, we visit Bethesda and so we called Bethesda Prayer Centre for prayers before going for the X-ray. The prayer intercessor prayed earnestly and assured me that God has already done a miracle and that the test result would be normal. When the X-ray was taken, to the doctor’s surprise there was no stone found in the kidney. The 11mm stone just disappeared. After returning home, my husband had pain again but we believed God for the miracle and just as we believed the stone came out. Since then, he has been free from pain and illness. HERE’S A SPECIAL PRAYER FOR TEACHERS Dear Lord Jesus, I thank You for calling me to be a teacher in this world. Help me to be a good teacher like You. Lord, You always taught the people with authority. Enable me also to teach my students as You did. Give me Your wisdom in an abundant measure and through Your Holy Spirit teach me all things, so that the students may understand what I teach and gain interest on the subject, developing a passion to learn and master it. Let all my students pass in all the subjects I teach and march out in flying colors. Help me not to show favoritism to any child. Let them experience Your blessing in their life on account of me. Guard every student from all plots of the enemy. I surrender each child into Your hands from which no one can snatch them out. Blessing of Government Job I got a job in a private school. I was also preparing for a Government job. I cleared the entrance, but to my dismay for some reason, I could not get the job. Gift of child I am a government school teacher. I got married to Lily in the year 2015. After a year, she conceived and the whole family rejoiced for this good news. When she was rushed to the hospital, she gave birth to a still born child, a baby boy. The whole family was shattered. There was much complication in her health and it was difficult for her to conceive once again. One year passed by and in the year of 2018, we came to the Jesus Calls Prayer Festival in Dumka with great joy and expectation, as a family. On the 1st day of the meeting, while Dr. Paul Dhinakaran was praying for childless couples to be blessed with children, he said “Lilly, God touched you right now, be healed”. She felt a kind of current shock in her body. Very soon she conceived again. In November 2018, she gave birth to a beautiful girl child. She is two years old now. Visakhapatnam Prayer Tower, AP Healed from Covid-19 On May 4th 2021, I was admitted in the hospital due to Covid-19 during the lockdown. After two days of hospitalization, suddenly my condition worsened and the doctors told that I would be shifted to ICU. I felt very nervous and tensed, so I immediately contacted the Jesus Calls MVP Prayer Tower at Vizag for prayer. The prayer intercessor prayed fervently that God should heal me and then a divine presence and hope came into my heart. God really did a miracle, for within two hours my oxygen levels increased and doctors told me that I would not require ICU. Now I have safely returned home. Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran Memorial Prayer Tower, Chennai Supernatural healing of medically incurable condition On 6th December 2020, the eyeball in my left eye got stuck in the centre and it did not move to the left side. Mokokchung Prayer Tower, Nagaland Deliverance from the spirit of fear Few days back, I was watching a scary WhatsApp status and later when I thought about it, fear gripped me and I was filled with anxiety. I tried my best to distract myself, but I couldn’t come out of it. I prayed renouncing my sin but the fear did not leave me. I felt temporarily relieved when I watched some gospel video but again I would be tormented by fear. Even when I tried to read the Bible, negative thoughts would flood my mind. I had no peace. That’s when I came across the Mokokchung Prayer Tower’s online prayer meeting. The prayer intercessors prayed for me and said I'd be healed in the Name of Jesus and gave me two Bible verses to hold on to. It was my happiest day because my doubts were cleared that exact moment. JC House Prayer Tower, Chennai Delivered from 20 years of addiction My son was an alcohol addict for 20 years. This left no peace in the family. Tirunelveli Prayer Tower, Tamil Nadu God’s rescue in danger I regularly attend all the prayer meetings in the Tirunelveli Prayer Tower. I used to write my prayer requests and receive the prayers of prayer intercessors. I belong to a family that does not know about Jesus. By coming to the Tirunelveli Prayer Tower, I grew spiritually. One day when I switched off the water heater after my bath, I was thrown away due to the passage of current. At that moment I called on the name of the Lord aloud shouting ‘Jesus’ and immediately I felt two men taking hold of me and carefully placing me on the ground. God had sent His angels and rescued me according to Psalm 50:15, "Call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor Me.” All glory be to the Lord for saving my life from danger.

Trivandrum Prayer Tower, Kerala No shortage of blessings I am an ambassador of Jesus Calls. I would like to share a testimony of the blessings received through the Jesus Calls ministry. We were praying for the gift of a child for my eldest son Dr. Arun and his wife Dr. Reshma. We had enrolled them in the Young Partners’ Prayer Mission, Child Anticipation also. On 1st April 2020, they were blessed with a healthy normal boy child. My son Dr. Arun became Covid positive on 23rd July 2020 after interacting with Covid patients. He was admitted in the hospital and was in quarantine. All the remaining family members were asked to undergo the Covid test by the Health Authorities due to the interaction with our son. We had requested for prayers to the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower, Trivandrum. Our test results were negative. After 8-10 days, my son was again tested and was found to be Covid negative. Family was the first institution that God created on the earth. His creation was complete after the first couple was made. “God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.” (Genesis 1:31) Yes, God still considers every family as His very good creation. God chose Abraham and through him brought forth Israel and through Israel came Jesus. God tells Abraham that it will be through his offspring that God blesses all the families of the earth (Gen 22:17-18). The line of Abraham’s offspring continues from Isaac to Jacob whose sons became an entire nation-Israel (Exodus 4:22-23). Concerning Israel He says, “Then Moses went up to God, and the Lord called to him from the mountain and said, “This is what you are to say to the descendants of Jacob and what you are to tell the people of Israel: Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” (Exodus 19:3,5,6) The Israelites were chosen to be God’s royal kingdom and royal family, but they failed to keep His covenant. Just as promised, Jesus the Savior was born and He obeyed God fully and kept His covenant. For we read, “And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” (Philippians 2:8) Jesus established a new covenant through His blood saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.” Until then, the blood - rnfhjÇ ïthŠrÈ‹

line of Israel gave people the right to be called God’s possession, but now through the blood of Jesus, all of us have come into God’s family. For the Bible says, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.” (I Peter 2:9) Do you know what blessings are yours when you become part of God’s family? You will be amazed because you’re not just part of any family, rather God’s royal family! After I got married, my mother said, ‘the Lord has chosen my daughter, so she is entering into the royal family of God. Therefore she will be like a queen in that family.’ "Kings will be your foster fathers and their queens your nursing mothers.” (Isaiah 49:23) Yes my friend, when you enter into the royal family of God, you become kings and queens. Scripture says, “You will drink the milk of nations and be nursed at royal breasts (Isaiah 60:16).” This is the kind of royal treatment and honor you will be given. Jesus is called the King of kings because God's children are kings. Because you belong to the royal family, there will be nothing but royalty in all aspects of your life. When we first entered into Canada guided by the Lord, I was very anxious thinking what we would do because we did not have a house
there and we were with nothing in our hands. I was much worried about how we would lead our family life. On that day, the Lord showed me the verse that is in Genesis 45:18. In this verse, Pharaoh - the king of Egypt says to Joseph: “Bring your father and your families to me. I will give you the best of the land of Egypt and you can enjoy the fat of the land.” Even today, you may be saying that you have nothing in your hands and are financially struggling. May be you don’t have your own land or own house. May be you don’t have children yet or your children are yet to find a good job or the right partner. However, because the Lord has chosen you as His own royal child and treasured possession, every goodness will have to come to you dear friend. You and your children will enjoy the blessings of being the daughters and sons of God the King. Your Father who is the King of kings will meet all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Prayer: My loving heavenly Father, thank You for the promise of kingly blessings. I am so happy that I am Your treasured possession and that I belong to Your royal family. I give You thanks because You will not let me lack anything in my life and I will be blessed by You. “Teach me to do Your will…” (Psalm 143:10) On reading the above-referred Psalm, we can infer that David is wrestling in prayer with the Lord, having been distressed by dejection and sorrow. Those of you who are fumbling with dejection and sorrow may kindly examine how David got delivered from that state and received a joyful life. You may thus enjoy receiving a life filled with divine blessings!
“I delight to do Your will, O my God.” (Psalm 40:8) The life of the Lord Jesus is a very good example for such kind of divine life: "And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him." (John 8:29) According to this Scripture, don’t we read that Jesus Christ did only the things that pleased God in his life? As we read in I Peter 2:21, Christ has left us an example, that we should follow His steps. We should be careful to keep the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart, acceptable in God’s sight (Psalm 19:14). After the death of Moses, the Lord God said to Joshua, ‘"This Book of the Law you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way 26

prosperous, and then you will have good success” (Joshua 1:8). Yes, dear ones, if you are diligent in reading the Bible day and night, the Lord would be pleased with you. Doesn’t the Bible also say, ‘Blessed is the man who, in His law meditates day and night?’ (Psalm 1:1, 2). Next, according to Proverbs 16:7, if your ways are pleasing to the Lord, He would make even your enemies to be at peace with you. If you live a divine life of giving out the sweet aroma in Christ as seen in Ezekiel 20:41, He will be pleased with you. Also, if you are fruitful in every good work, increasing in the knowledge of God and live a divine life of bearing fruit for Him and ‘walk as the vessel pleasing to the Lord’, He would be delighted over you. Think about this! You should follow such divine ways and enjoy receiving such blessed life.
Faith pleases God ‘…for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)
What is Faith? “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.” (Hebrews 11:1,2) Similarly, we need to have firm faith on the Lord. ‘And this is the victory that has overcome
the world; our faith’ (I John 5:4). So, be firm in your faith and live victoriously, overcoming all the trials and tribulations brought by the devil (I Peter 5:9). “…therefore, brethren, in all our affliction and distress we were comforted concerning you by your faith.” (I Thessalonians 3:7) Accordingly, your firm faith will comfort and console many people who pass through trials and tribulations in their lives. ‘Faith’ is a glorious thing. It is one of the spiritual fruits. The Bible clearly explains that we should grow up daily in all things into Him till we become ‘perfect men to the stature of the fullness of Christ’ (Ephesians 4:13,15). Everybody, who thus does the things pleasing to the Lord and who is careful to walk in His ways, will follow His life, be pleasing to Him and will live as ‘trees that bear good fruits.’ When they thus live like the Lord, the fruit of the spirit in Him would be seen in their lives as well. About this the Bible teaches us, ‘…because as He is, so are we in this world’ (I John 4:17). Just as how the Lord Jesus lived a ‘fruit bearing life’, the lives of His disciples were filled with fruits. Don’t we read about this in the Book of Acts? About this the Lord Jesus beautifully says, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” (John 14:12) You, who read this, should grow in faith day by day, excel in it and glorify His name. Do not love the world and the things of the world.
Holiness pleases God You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood (I Peter 2:5).
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” (I Peter 2:9)
According to this scripture, how do we become a ‘royal priesthood’ chosen by God? “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (I John 1:7) Yes, dear ones, how is the love of God manifested on us? “In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins,” (I John 4:9,10) "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) The sacred blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross does not stop with washing and cleansing us but also makes us into the Holy Household of God as said in the Bible. We are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets. Jesus Christ is the Chief corner stone for this. “whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together‘…in for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.” (Ephesians 2:21,22) According to these Scriptures, the Lord changes our lives into His temple and dwelling place. Also, the Lord Jesus blessed His disciples with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, which He had (Acts 10:38; Acts 2nd chapter). ‘On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.” (John 5:39) According to these Scriptures and as per I Corinthians 12:13, plead to the Lord with thirst and desire for the ‘living waters.’ In our family we asked the Lord with thirst that the power of the Holy Spirit should fill every one - right from Bro. Dhinakaran to little granddaughter Stella Ramola. "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" (Luke 11:13) Truly as we read in Acts 1:8, all of us, as a family, received the power of the Holy Spirit and are doing His ministry joyfully. Even I, who am 83 years old, am filled with divine strength and the Lord is helping me to fulfil His ministry cheerfully and incessantly. Yes, it is the will of God and His pleasure that you too should have this divine life. Hence, dear ones, let us plead to Him in reverence, “Teach me and guide me to do only the things that are pleasing to You.” The effective, fervent prayer of a
righteous man avails much.” (James 5:16) As Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist said, "Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord." (Luke 1:45) the Lord will grant you a ‘blessed life’ because of your firm faith on Him. Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?" (John 11:40) Thus, the Lord will fill you with the anointing of the Spirit, make ‘His lamp shine upon your head’ (Job 29:3) and change your life into burning and shining lamp for the glory of His name. So, as the Bible says, ‘seek those things which are above; not the things on the earth’ (Colossians 3:1,2) and fulfil God’s will. When you thus live a divine life pleasing to the Lord, His divine peace and joy will increase in you instead of the sorrows and problems that assail you in these days. Hence, confess all your shortcomings to the Lord and be fervent in the spirit, get filled with the Lord’s divine presence and glorify His name by living a life, pleasing to Him.

“Peace to this house.” (Luke 10:5) This is one of the instructions given by our the Lord Jesus Christ to the seventy others, other than His disciples, whom He sent two by two into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. These days, because of this evil pandemic Corona, we are forced to live, confined at home. At this juncture, every family might be undergoing different kind of situation. As per the Lord’s above instruction, what are the divine ways that we need to follow to create an atmosphere of ‘divine peace’?
Peace through the cross “The Lord will give strength to His people and bless them with peace.” (Psalm 29:11) According to the above Scripture, it is certain that the Lord Jesus will grant peace to His people, as He has promised. “Who (He) gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.” (Titus 2:14). According to this Scripture, the Lord Jesus Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice on the
cross, in order to wash the sins, transgressions, unrighteousness, and filth in our lives with His bloodshed by being beaten and bruised on the cross and to redeem us as His people and fill us with godly zeal. In this world, many are those who are filled with sins like fornication and adultery and with fleshly desires such as materialism etc. None of these people can inherit the Kingdom of God. Hence, in order that such people should enjoy a sanctified divine life, the Lord Jesus was incarnate as Man on this earth. This was the divine will of the God of gods. The Bible says that Jesus Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree ( 1 Peter 2:24). When the man called Saul, formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man, received the experience similar to Jesus who was nailed to the cross, as seen in Galatians 2:20, he became a son of Jesus and a vessel of grace. Recently I heard about the testimony of a woman, who had never tasted the love of Jesus Christ but who received light from terrible darkness when Jesus showed her the vision of crucifixion. She had shared how the Lord was leading her to make many others arise and shine by receiving the new life of salvation earned by Him on the cross. Peace through God’s presence Let the peace of God rule in your hearts (Colossians 3:15)
be always filled with God’s presence. If you are faithful and honest in seeking God incessantly through family prayer, fasting prayer, personal prayer and prayer of praise, surely He will fill you with His divine peace and joy in such a measure that there will not be room enough to hold it. The Lord will be pleased with everyone’s life. How would your life become then?
Since everyone is kept confined at home, these days, lots of misunderstanding arises among families. This results in unwanted and vain talks and lack of peace. Perhaps, you too are pained by such situations where there is no peace but only bitterness and rifts brought by the devil. How to receive divine peace in such situations? We come to know of this through the following Scripture,
"And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him." (John 8:29)
As the Lord Jesus said this joyfully, you too can live a pleasing life to the Lord according to His will, get filled with His divine Divine peace, peace and enjoy a successful Christian which the world life. Peace through prayer life “…for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.” (Romans 14:17,19)
These days, we know that many people have passed away because of many reasons including Corona. Hence, it is essential that we understand the ways of God and walk by them to reach the Kingdom of God, when we die. Our life should be ‘righteous’ before God. "May the Lord repay every man for his righteousness and his faithfulness” (I Samuel 26:23). What should be done to walk in the ways of righteousness?

ello, my young friends! God has helped us to step into another brand new month. September is one of the most pleasant months of the year. This is when the monsoon usually ends and there is plenty of sunshine and enjoyably warm weather. With the year’s harvest gathered, its bounty is celebrated. The word ‘bounty’ brings us to God’s word for the youth this month. Are you excited to know what the promise is? I am glad to share it with you. 32

Isn’t this an encouraging word from God? Yes it is, my friends! Isaac faced famine, much similar to the present precarious and uncertain situation we are in. Nonetheless, there is nothing to be frightened about. Do you know why? It is because of the Person making this promise - It is God Himself! This is what the Bible says about God in Joshua 21:45, “Not one of all the Lord’s good promises failed; everyone was fulfilled.”
Because the Lord was with him…. Let us see what happened in the life of Isaac after God promised to be with him and bless him. Trusting in God, Isaac stayed in Gerar and planted
in the land. With famine all around, was Isaac able to get any produce? “Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the LORD blessed him. The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy. He had so many flocks and herds and servants that the Philistines envied him.” (Genesis 26: 12-14) Praise God! This is the result when God is with a person and blesses him. Even during a famine, the harvest was hundredfold. The circumstances you are in today maybe very much the same. The pandemic could have caused a huge loss in your business, or you or your dear ones were hospitalized incurring outstanding bills, or you have lost your job or unable to pay for your studies and so on. Whatever your situation might be, you can take courage in the promise that ‘God will be with you and will bless you.’
God’s Unbroken Promises Certainly my friend, God never lies. When He makes a promise, you can be bold that He will fulfill it. The Bible very clearly states that God would not leave you until He has done what He promised you (Genesis 28:15).

There is some more goodness when God blesses you. God opens the windows of Heaven to pour out His blessings! See this example from the life of Isaac: “Isaac became rich and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.” (Genesis 26:13) Place your complete trust on God and His promise for this month. You will see God fulfilling it, but be sure to be prepared for blessings in abundance. The Lord’s blessings are going to come to you as a heavy downpour. My friend, make room for more! Prayer: My loving heavenly Father, thank You for the promise word You have given me this month. I am placing my burdens, worries, circumstances and needs at Your feet. Lord, You are true to Your promises and therefore, I know You are going to be with me and bless me. I give You all the praise. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
