In the beginning of this year 2022, God encouraged us with the promise word from 1 Peter 5:10,

We see the fulfillment of this promise in the life of Ruth. God restored her, made her strong, established her and elevated her to great heights. This same blessing is coming upon you. Just as God did not forget Ruth, God has not forgotten you. He will fulfill this promise in your life too.

Let us see how Ruth’s life was restored. Ruth worked with God. In Ruth 1:14-18, you can see how Ruth clung to Naomi (her mother-in-law). When Naomi told her to return to her people, this is what Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.” (Ruth 1:16)

Holding on to God Ruth held on to the God of her mother-inlaw and because of that she could hold on to her mother-in-law. Naomi was God’s chosen vessel. She belonged to Israel, and so Ruth held on to her. Beloved, you are an integral part of the Jesus Calls Ministry because you believe God called Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran to do His will. Every time you partner with this ministry, you are holding on to the Lord, who gave this ministry. My father used to talk about Bob Davis, the campaign manager of Oral Roberts. Bob Davis held afternoon meetings to prepare the people to receive miracles in the evening meeting conducted by Oral Roberts. Oral Roberts was used mightily by God to make the people experience the healing of Jesus. However, even during the preparation meeting when Bob Davis ministered, mighty miracles would happen and many people suggested Bob to start Bob Davis Ministry and not serve under Oral Roberts Ministry. Nevertheless, Bob Davis told those people “I would continue with Oral Roberts so that I can win more souls for Jesus Christ because I know that God is using me as I am under the grace of God which is upon him.” He went on further to say that his calling was to prepare the people for them to receive God’s 4

blessings and anointing that was upon the ministry. Though Ruth was a Moabite woman, she chose the God of Israel, held on to Him and His people. Today, as you cling on to Jesus Calls Ministry as a partner, God will fulfill the promise given to the ministry and He will restore, establish, strengthen and elevate you.

Steadfast Working It was during barley harvest season that Ruth and Naomi arrived in Bethlehem. Ruth never complained that she was in a foreign land among people who spoke an unknown language and had different customs. She completely surrendered to Naomi’s leadership, who knew everybody there. Ruth chose to work steadfast and not sit idle at home thinking that she would enjoy the food and care her motherin-law would give. Ruth the Moabite said to Naomi, “Let me go to the fields and pick up the leftover grain behind anyone in whose eyes I find favor.” (Ruth 2:2) This is God's rule for your life too! “Lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands.” (1 Thessalonians 4:11) “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” (Ecclesiastes 9:10) About 11 years ago, when we were in another country, I was reading John 9:4 in which Jesus says “I must do the works of Him that sent Me, while it is day; the night comes, when no man can work.” Now, we are really in the night time that Jesus spoke about. When I was reading this portion, I began to weep. Jesus cried in Luke 10:2 “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” My friend, you have to answer the call of Jesus Christ because the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Millions of people are calling the Prayer Tower and millions of souls are connecting with the ministry through social media. There are millions of brokenhearted people but laborers are few.

Divine Favor “So she went out, entered a field and began to glean behind the harvesters. As it turned out, she was working in a field belonging to Boaz, who was from the clan of Elimelek.” (Ruth 2:3)

Ruth worked steadily. You should be steady in the work and responsibility that the Lord has given you. She not only claimed God’s promise but also worked steadily because of the love she had for her mother-in-law.

The God of Ruth is visiting you also to restore, establish, strengthen and elevate you to high places. When Ruth went out, God gave her favor in the eyes of everyone with whom she gleaned barely, the manager and the owner. From now on, God will give you favor in the eyes of all those in authority, and God will put righteous people in power.

Jesus healed a man who had been paralyzed for thirty-eight years. Jews were very angry because Jesus had healed on a Sabbath and questioned Him. Jesus said “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working” (John 5:17).

Exemplary Report

When you do your part, God does His part. Ruth worked and God did the rest for her. God sent the right blessing to her.

“The overseer replied, “She is the Moabite who came back from Moab with Naomi. She said, ‘Please let me glean and gather among the sheaves behind the harvesters.’ She came into the field and has remained here from morning till now, except for a short rest in the shelter.” (Ruth 2:6-7) When Ruth went to the field and was working, the owner of the field came right on time and he saw her, and he was the man who believed in God and greeted and blessed his harvesters. He valued those who worked in his field, recognized the grace that was upon his workers, and blessed them. God brought Ruth to such a person. You will have association with such a people. For your sake God will transform people with different nature. When they connect with you, they will become people with God’s nature. The manager of the field gave a wonderful report about Ruth to Boaz, the owner of the field.

Team up with God

Boaz said to Ruth, “My daughter, listen to me. Don’t go and glean in another field and don’t go away from here. Stay here with the women who work for me. Watch the field where the men are harvesting, and follow along after the women. I have told the men not to lay a hand on you. And whenever you are thirsty, go and get a drink from the water jars the men have filled.” (Ruth 2:8,9) The Lord calls you as His child. He will never forget you; He knows you by your name. God will not allow any wicked man or any evil power to touch you anymore. When you are thirsty, God has the water ready to quench your thirst. Boaz replied, “I’ve been told all about what you have done for your motherin-law since the death of your husband—how you left your father and

You are accountable to God as His child. People around you are looking and evaluating your work and life and give a report about you.

Recognized and Rewarded

Ruth went and hid herself behind the girls and was gleaning in the field, but Boaz could see her and recognized her good work before everybody. God is going to reward you openly for the good deeds you have done in secret, because the Bible says reward is from the Lord.

Beloved, this is how your heart should be. The more the Lord blesses you, humble yourself much more. As the Bible says, you have to say:

When Boaz appreciated Ruth, she responded by humbling herself.

Blemish-Free Bride

At this, she bowed down with her face to the ground. She asked him, “Why have I found such favor in your eyes that you notice me—a foreigner?” “May I continue to find favor in your eyes, my lord,” she said. You have put me at ease by speaking kindly to your servant— though I do not have the standing of one of your servants.” (Ruth 2:10, 13) At mealtime Boaz said to her, “Come over here. Have some bread and dip it in the wine vinegar.” When she sat down with the harvesters, he offered her some roasted grain. She ate all she wanted and had some left over. As she got up to glean, Boaz gave orders to his

“We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.” (Luke 17:10) Finally, Boaz took Ruth as his bride. “Boaz said: Ruth the Moabite, I have bought to be my wife” (Ruth 4:10). This is what is required of you too, to become the bride of Christ not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27). I am sure you are going to hear the voice of God from now on calling you ‘His child.’ He Himself will take you as His bride. fter a gap of almost two years, the Bethesda Blessing Meeting was conducted on the 20th of March 2022 and again on 10th April 2022. Thousands attended the meeting coming from different parts of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Punjab. Students from Karunya led the people into a time of worship. On 20th March 2022 event, Dr. Stella Dhinakaran shared God’s word powerfully and offered prayers for salvation, anointing and healing of the people. Many committed their lives and received the healing touch of God. Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran and Dr. Shilpa Dhinakaran ministered and at the end prayed personally for the individuals. On 10th April 2022 event, Sis. Stella Ramola’s singing and worship time filled the gathering with God’s presence. Bro. Unbelievable wonders When I was in my 12th class my parents died in an accident. My relatives usurped all my proprieties and deserted me. I took up a part time job and did my diploma studies. In 2013, I filed a case against the one who took my house. In 2021, with just Rs.350 left with me, I was roaming about the whole day. I thought of going to stay in an ashram at Coimbatore where I usually stay. But I was not permitted due to the pandemic situation. Perplexed, not knowing what to do, at that moment I saw a bus routed to Karunya. It was October 2021. I thought, “for one last chance let me visit Bethesda.” But as I entered, the Lord’s message had already started. The very first word I listened was, “Your father, mother and your relatives would have deserted you. You would have come here as nothing; but when you go back you will be transformed 100%.” I stayed in Karunya for a week for prayers. My life turned from then on. I received a favorable verdict in the case and now I have come out of all confusions and also got back the house documents. I am blessed. Glory to God.

“I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door, which no one can shut. For you have only a little strength, yet you have kept My word and have not denied My name…” (Revelation 3:8) Dear friend, the above verse holds God’s promise for this month. God promises to give you an open door in every aspect of your life. He grants you this blessing as you have stood for Him though you have little strength. Yes, He knows how faithful you have been to His word and His name. The Bible affirms in Acts 14:22, “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God.” May be you are facing challenges in which you have to stand apart in order to be His testimony, yet, don’t be discouraged my friend, because God will reward you for everything you do for His sake. Joseph was in prison due to injustice; Daniel was thrown into the lions’ den due to jealousy; David faced many enemies; Even his wife and children rose against him.The disciples of Jesus and the apostles encountered persecution for preaching the Word of God and exalting the Name of Lord Jesus high above all (Psalm 138:2). Therefore, in the midst of persecution in the world, continue to testify to the name of Jesus and walk by His teachings. Jesus said, “You will be hated by everyone because of Me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.” (Matthew 10:22) “Everyone will hate you because of Me, but not a hair of your head will perish.” (Luke 21:17,18) I am sure the above verses will comfort you immensely. People might try to put you down in your business or in your family life by instigating witchcraft and evil things against you, but continue to run for Jesus. Even though you walk through the fire, you will not be burned and you shall overcome your problems without having even the smell of smoke in your life. Neither waters can sweep over you nor waves of pestilence destroy you. That’s why St. Paul says,

“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.” (1 Corinthians 9:24) So press on to win the prize. St. Paul endured much for the name of Jesus. He said, “I will not look behind. I will press on forward.” The Lord bestows this strength on you dear friend. He will strengthen you to run the race. Your strength might be little, but God does not despise that. Exalt the name of Jesus and the priceless gift, which is the Word of God by keeping His commands. “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever” (1Corinthians 9:25). Be encouraged to stand firm till the end and you will be saved. Even if you find your dear ones in the family or friends mock your faith, stand for God till the end in order for your soul and the souls of your loved ones to be kept from the great trials ahead. Though there might be chaos, financial crisis, famine, wars and pestilences in the world; doors of opportunities, doors of deliverance and protection will be open to you as you stand for God. You will be like Zion, unshaken. Whatever suffering you are going through right now, they shall be light and

momentary troubles bringing an eternal glory that far outweighs them all (2 Corinthians 4:17). Stand up for Me against world opinion and I'll stand up for you before My Father in heaven. (Matthew 10:32) - MSG Version Yes, as you stand firm for the Name of Jesus and His Word, He will save you from the great tribulation that is yet to come. You and your loved ones shall see the Lord in His coming. So, do not get discouraged by today’s troubles, rather be grateful and faithful to our Lord Jesus all the time. May the Lord give you strength to stand firm for Him and bless you! Prayer: Loving Father,I come to You in Jesus’ Name. Pour out Your anointing on me. Help me not to look back and not to look at the world but to look at the cross, looking forward in winning the prize. Give me strength to not deny Your name or Your Word and keep me and my family secure in Your protection. I am weak, but You are strong to keep me and my family from the perils of this world. n 12th October 1970, the first public meeting took place in the COBB Hall at Voorhees College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Right from that day in all these past 52 years, the Lord has enabled more than 10 crores to be blessed. Here’s how a beloved sister has been blessed through one such Prayer Festival: I got married in the year 2010 and was leading a happy life. God blessed us in all aspects. I conceived twice, but had miscarriages. Those days I used to call the Telephone Prayer Tower and miraculously in 2015, we were blessed with Anmol. In 2018, I suddenly fell sick and was admitted in the hospital. But to my surprise, it was found that I was 4 months pregnant. Though it was good news, the report was a shock to us as the doctor who examined said that the child has not grown properly and advised to go for an abortion. Because I had already lost two children earlier, I did not want to accept this advice. During this time, in October 2018, when the child was 6 months in my womb, and the weight of the child was only 700 grams, we came to the Jesus Calls Prayer Festival, Rourkela. With great difficulty we reached the venue. On the 1st day of the meeting, by the power of the Holy Spirit, Dr. Paul Dhinakaran called my name saying, “There is a sister called Julie here. You are saying, ‘I am carrying a child in my womb; the doctors are saying that there is complication in that child. Should I abort this child.’ But now Jesus heals the child in your womb, Julie. Let the child be healed in Jesus’ name. Lord Jesus, let Julie give birth to the child in a sweet way; a fully grown child with perfect organs in Jesus name.” I was shocked to hear this prayer filled with prophetic revelation, because I have never told Dr. Paul Dhinakaran about my problem. I rushed to the stage to testify, and Dr. Paul Dhinakaran laid his hand and prayed for me. In February 2019, I gave birth to a healthy beautiful boy child, who weighed three kgs. Touch of the Supernatural I was suffering from urinary tract infection from 2018 to 2019 mid August. I had many times consulted several urologists, but I did not recover from that infection. I almost spent Rs.40,000 for such treatments. Every day I was in tears. Often, I could not even take a full glass of water. Many times, I thought I should quit preparing for competitive exams. This was my critical situation. I wrote letters to Dr. Paul Dhinakaran requesting him to pray for my healing. I would receive replies with encouraging words. The Lord heard the prayers and the pain slowly reduced. It was at that time, I attended the Jesus Prayer Festival in November 2019 at Vizag, where I met Dr. Paul Dhinakaran and shared my problems. He immediately prayed for me with much burden. After the meetings, I was completely healed. Witnessing God’s healing in the land of the living In May 2021, my brother went through spells of dizziness and kept losing his balance. Initially, the doctor thought it was due to his diabetes. Gradually, his condition became grave where he could not retain his balance and had excruciating pain. After a series of tests, the prognosis was that his nerves under his spine were severely bent because of too much pressure on his vertebrae resulting in the brain not receiving proper signals. The only option given was surgery. We were all devastated with the news of our only brother. Many years ago, he underwent quadruple heart surgery and occasionally he used to get chest pain. With the ongoing complications, my brother refused to go through the process, but his surgery was scheduled for October 2021. Prior to his surgery,

I called the Prayer Tower in Toronto and requested for prayers. The Friday before the surgery, the Jesus Calls prayer intercessors called out his name in prayer and prayed for him. We could not fly to be with our brother due to COVID protocols. The surgery was successful and we as a family thank God. Now he is recovering well. God met all the hospital expenses too. I take this opportunity to thank God for giving His vision/ mission to Dr. D.G.S Dhinakaran and passing on the legacy to his son Dr. Paul Dhinakaran and the legacy will continue until the Lord’s return. God’s Provision For many years we were living in a rental house. We desired to have a own house. Due to financial constraints, we could not build a house. Almost every day, I started going to Bethesda Prayer Centre. The prayer intercessors prayed for me with burden and also I poured my tears at the vision centre. Promises of God I desired to attend the New Year Blessing Meeting on 1st January 2022 at Jesus Calls, Vanagaram. But I was very sick at that time. My family members questioned me of how I would attend the meeting with such weakness. Somehow, I made it to the meeting arranging a cab. Dr. Paul Dhinakaran declared the promise verse for the year, “…will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, He will set you firmly in place and build you up. (1 Peter 5:10)” and prayed in that meeting. I held on to the verse, confessed my shortcomings and was powerfully restored according to the verse. Miraculously, I got healed instantly. Once, my grandson had swelling in his eyes. I called the Telephone Prayer Tower and prayed. He too received a miracle when I claimed that promise verse for him. In February 2022, my daughter was diagnosed with kidney problem. Doctor said that she would not survive. In this condition, the treatment was started. We were also asked to be ready for kidney transplant. I called the Telephone Prayer Tower again and claimed the promise verse saying that God will restore her, make her stronger and set her firmly. Have you ever felt not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough or not strong enough to achieve your dreams? This is a very common issue in our society. We compare ourselves to others based on our looks, our attire, our education, our job, our relationship, and our faith with others. Insecurity means not being sure of ourselves, having self-doubt and lacking self-confidence.

We all would’ve faced this at some point in our lives. When left unaddressed or unhealed, insecurity spirals into jealousy, possessiveness, greed, comparison and can ultimately destroy a person. The Bible says, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly perverse and corrupt. Who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17:9) A deceitful heart can be our demise. We see it become reality in the life of Saul.

SYMPTOMS OF INSECURITY:

FIRST KING OF ISRAEL

This feels like: • Losing confidence and becoming jealous when someone else does better on a test or project, • If we say or do something different from others, wondering if they may make fun of us, • Being afraid of getting judged based on looks, height, background or never finding someone to marry when waiting for a life partner, • Finding fault in oneself when best friend spends more time with a new friend, • Comparing others blessings to your own and wondering why they’ve been blessed more.

Saul, a handsome young man was anointed by Prophet Samuel. Saul was the first-ever king of Israel for until then, Israelites were led by judges. Saul was tall, handsome, humble, and intelligent. Therefore, everyone was pleased to have him as king (1 Samuel 9).

RISE AND FALL OF SAUL When Saul was king, the Israelites were threatened by the ammonites, but under Saul’s leadership, the Israelites defeated the ammonites (1 Samuel 11: 11). *Impatience It was God’s law that only priests and prophets

should offer sacrifices to the Lord. Once during Saul’s reign, the Philistines waged war against the Israelites. Samuel - the prophet had asked Saul to wait till he comes to offer the sacrifice in a manner of supplication before going into battle. However, Prophet Samuel did not come even after waiting for seven days and Saul was anxious that Israel would lose the war and offered the sacrifice in haste. This was a great offense in the Lord’s sight and therefore God spoke through Samuel saying “You have not kept the command the Lord your God gave you; if you had,He would have established your kingdom over Israel for all time. But now your kingdom will not endure; the Lord has sought out a man after His own heart and appointed him ruler of His people, because you have not kept the Lord’s command.” (1 Samuel 13:13-14) Oof! I would not want to get on God’s bad side. Imagine God being angry with you because you didn’t follow His command. God’s wrath is dangerous and would lead your life to destruction. He values those who obey Him and keep His command. As a result of insecurity, many times we do things which you should not and end up facing unpleasant consequences. Let’s see what Saul had to face next. Disobedience The Amalekites waylaid the Israelites when they came up from Egypt. Therefore, the Lord wanted to punish them for the distress they caused His children – the Israelites. God wanted to give Saul another chance and commanded him to completely destroy everything that belonged to them, but Saul disobeyed – once again. The man really hadn’t learnt from his past. Saul and his army spared the king of the Amalekites and kept for themselves everything that was best of the sheep, calves and lambs. This very much grieved God and He said “I regret that I have made Saul king, because he has turned away from Me and has not carried out My instructions.” Samuel reprimanded him, “You have rejected the word of the Lord and the Lord has rejected you as king over Israel!” Following which, the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord tormented him. God is a gentleman. He would never forcefully stay when we push Him away. Our insecurities and agenda push Him away. It’s better to follow His way to victory with Him by our side than to follow our own understanding which would lead to destruction leaving you alone. Intersection When Saul was being tormented by the evil spirit, he told his servants, “Find me a good musician and bring

him to me.” Saul’s servants brought David to Saul. David - The man God had anointed to be the next king of Israel. Saul loved him greatly because every time David played his harp, the evil spirits would leave him and he felt so much peace. Saul later made David his armor bearer. Whatever mission Saul sent him on, David was very successful and earned a high rank in the army. This pleased all the troops and Saul’s officers as well. Not only was David well-liked but was also promoted.

THOUSANDS VERSUS TEN THOUSANDS During the course of time, Philistines came in battle against the Israelites. They sent out their giant Goliath and challenged Israel for a one-on-one fight. The army of Israel was dismayed and greatly afraid. David had come to the battle field and saw Goliath defying the God of the armies of Israel and became very furious. David volunteered to face Goliath one-on-one. Saul gave him his armor, but David said that he would go without the armor. David went to fight with Goliath taking his shepherd’s staff, five smooth stones in his shepherd's bag, and his sling. God gave David victory with sling shot of a single stone. Israelites celebrated David’s massive victory with a song saying “Saul has slain his thousands, and David his tens of thousands.” This angered Saul to the point that he felt threatened by David and from that moment on tried his best to kill David. However, it never materialized because God was with David. Once again, the Philistines fought against Israel on Mount Gilboa and the Israelites fled before them. The Philistines were in hot pursuit of Saul and his sons, and killed his sons. As the battle became fierce, Saul was fatally wounded by the archers and told one of his army men to slay him so that he would not be killed by the Philistines. pathetic end. This is what insecurity does to a person.All because he wanted validation from people that he was greater than David.

A MAN AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART David communicated everything with God and gained God’s favor. Secure in God, David was the stark contrast to Saul. He was in constant touch with God and found his security in Him. He did everything only if God approved of it. Therefore, David reigned victorious. 1 Samuel 18:14 says: “David continued to be successful in all his activities because the Lord was with him.” When you trust God and look to Him for your every activity, God makes you victorious. Yes, He makes you realize your true worth and you do not expect appreciation from men. You are able to give all the glory to God for every achievement

in your life. With God as your guide and counselor, you become confident and your insecurities fly away. This is what the Bible says, “He Who lives in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4) God becomes your greatest strength, knowing that your reward and validation is from Him. Go on and be confident! God is your strength, guide and friend. Prayer: My loving Heavenly Father, thank You for talking to me this month. My dearly beloved in Christ, It gives me much joy to write to you this month. Has not God graciously enabled us to enter into May 2022? God has a wonderful promise for you. You can find it in Romans 8:37: “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” Yes beloved, Christ died on the cross and has set you free from the law of sin and death. The Spirit of God dwells in you and helps you in your weakness. Though you may face tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, or danger nothing can separate you from the love of Christ. God promises to make you more than a conqueror through His love for you.

SOWN FOR GOD’S GLORY: “Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed; but if it dies, it produces many seeds.” (John 12:24) The prime turning point in the ministry happened in the month of May. Soon after God spoke to my father, Dr. D. G. S. Dhinakaran, about establishing Karunya University, we lost my beloved sister Angel in a fatal car accident on May 21, 1986. THE CHANNEL THAT LIGHTS UP LIFE Few months back my friend brought some things from her house and asked me to keep them safe in my house. The Lord is able to bless you and multiply you. Tell the Lord from the depth of your heart, “Lord, I praise You for giving this abundant blessing in my life.” Then you shall receive this blessing fully. In the days of Noah, there was a great flood which caused a big destruction. But the Lord saved Noah and his family in an ark. Once the water dried up, Noah and his family came out of the ark and found the earth empty. It was then God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply’ (Genesis 9:1). In the same way, the Lord God called Abraham when he was alone, blessed and increased him (Isaiah 51:2). In yet another portion in the Bible, we read Jacob telling Joseph that the Lord Almighty would multiply him and make him a multitude of people (Genesis 48:3,4). Dearly beloved, today, you too may be in an empty state with many needs and wants in life. But the Lord tells, “You shall multiply and increase.” When He says something, it shall happen so. You are going to experience how He would fulfill this in your life, right from today and will thank Him. Let us see in what ways you would increase.

Truth in the Inward Being “Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being.” (Psalm 51:6) The Lord wants us to have truth in our heart. He, who chose Abraham, found his heart to be true and fulfilled His words in his life (Nehemiah 9:7,8). The Lord looks at each and everything that concerns us. He clearly knows our talks, 26

conduct, thinking, etc. We cannot hide anything from Him. He is the One, who knows everything. David says, “You delight in truth in the inward being” (Psalm 51:6). The Bible also says, “He, who calls you is faithful” (1 Thessalonians 5:24). “Christ also suffered for us leaving us an example that you should follow His footsteps” (1Peter 2:21). How did He walk faithfully? What were the things that He fulfilled?’ Understanding this, we need to follow them. He faithfully accomplished the will of God, uttered “It is finished” at the end and ascended into heaven. However, these days, we see that godly men have ceased (Psalm 12:1). When we speak to some people, they would tell certain lies and manage things, but the Lord is watching us. Hence, we, His children, should examine ourselves asking, “Is my heart and my deeds truthful? Am I truthful before everyone?” When we are thus truthful, the Lord will give us abundant blessings according to the Scripture, “A faithful man will abound with blessings…’ (Proverbs 28:20) I have experienced this in my life, on several occasions. Sometimes, when I was attacked by any physical weakness, I used to praise the Lord telling, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.” Then I have felt divine strength coming into me. When you are pleasing to the Lord and are faithful to Him, He will fill you with abounding blessings, on seeing your truthfulness. King Hezekiah faced a grave problem. King Assyria, his enemy arrogantly challenged him

saying, “I am great; you cannot do anything.” However, King Hezekiah held on to the God of gods firmly and pleaded to Him saying, “Remember Lord how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart and have done what was good in Your sight.” He thus prayed to God and He sent His angels and fought for him. Yes, dear ones, when we are truthful and loyal in whatever things we do, God will help us miraculously and fill us with His abundant blessings.

You shall be Established “But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3) The Lord wants to bless you, establish you and increase you. He will establish you in Him and then you will receive a divine life of living in close union with Him. Brother Dhinakaran began his bank job as an ordinary clerk. As a young man of 26 years, he was faithful and loyal in his job right from the beginning. He never used to come back home unless and until he finished the works allotted for him. After his work, he would do street preaching or he would go with other pastors to do the Lord’s ministry in different places. It was not known at what time he would return home. That’s why, even before we got married, he informed me “I would go for ministry after my job and after that I would not know at what time I would return home at night. You should not get intimidated by this.” Only after getting my consent on this condition, our marriage was fixed. Since he was faithful in his job, the Lord gave him promotion after promotion even at his young age, blessed him and increased him. Generally, an officer can work in the same place only for three or five years after which he will be transferred. My dear ones, perhaps you are worried thinking, “I’ve been working in this job faithfully for all these years. But still I have not got any promotion.” Don’t be worried. There is a God who sees you (Genesis 16:13). Seeing your faithfulness, He will lift you up. There would not be any need for you to stand before any man. Look up to the Lord alone since He knows what your needs are (Matthew 6:8). When you are faithful before Him in all matters, He will give you everything in abundance, at His due time and increase you.

The Lord’s Work “Therefore my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 15:58) The Lord desires that we should always abound in His works. Whatever problems we may face and to whichever lowest level we are put down, the Lord is able to increase us in His works. For this, you should be steadfast and immovable in faith. What are the things that ought to be in our life if our faith has to be steadfast in us? First of all, we should have a life that has accepted the Lord Jesus as the Saviour. “As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.” (Colossians 2:6,7) This is the foundation for Christian life. I was a nominal Christian till I was 16 years old. I used to go to church regularly; pray at home. Yet I did not have the divine experience of having accepted the Lord as my Saviour and being one with Christ. my studies and one day I was troubled by lot of worries and longed for the love of my parents. It was then the Lord came seeking me. He appeared in the room where I was staying and filled me with His divine love. My life turned upside down, immediately. About this the Bible says, “House built on the Rock” (Matthew 7:24,25). When we are built on the rock, nothing can move us. When the Lord is with us, He will comfort us, strengthen us and establish our faith. We should be rooted in the Lord. When we hold on to Him just as how the roots firmly hold on to the soil, nobody and nothing can shake us. “He, who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone for I always do those things that please Him.” (John 8:29) Since the Lord Jesus did those things that pleased the Father, who had sent Him, He could strongly say, “My Father is always with Me.” Yes, when we live a pleasing life to God, He will always be with us. That’s why the Lord Jesus lived an exemplary life before us. He did all those things that are pleasing to God and hence the Father never left Him alone. Jesus said, “I and My Father are one” (John 10:30). Perhaps you may feel lonely on many occasions. You may worry saying, “I don’t have anyone to help me; there is none to change my critical situation; I am all alone…” But the Lord tells you firmly, “I am with you always.” When the Lord is with us, loneliness cannot be there. When we lost our dear 17-year-old daughter Angel in a car accident, we were shattered. Just imagine how our condition would have been that time! But when we, as a family, gathered and prayed to the Lord with praises, He filled us with His strength and encouraged us saying, “I will be with you; I will strengthen The Lord you.” Christ has been our hope of glory and will increase guiding us. We read you in due about this in the time Scripture thus, 28

“…this mystery …which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.’ (Colossians 1:27) My dear children, who have known the Lord and have accepted Him as your Saviour, He will be always with you as the ‘hope of glory.’ There will not be any more ‘lonely’ life for you. He will give you the perfect hope that He will help you and carry you, sustain you and rescue you. When you are distressed by all kinds of evil and difficulties, He will grant you miraculous deliverance and guard you from all evil. The next important thing that we ought to do is that we should praise the Lord from the depth of our heart. Then the Lord, who is enthroned in praises, will increase in you (Psalm 22:3). The Bible says, “Whoever offers praise glorifies Me” (Psalm 50: 23). When you are tired, learn to tell Him with a grateful heart, “Lord I praise You.” Then His presence will immediately come in your midst and strengthen you according to the following Scripture verse, “Give unto the Lord, O you mighty ones; give unto the Lord glory and strength…The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.” (Psalm 29:1,11) What happens when we give glory to the Lord? He will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace. You may be facing many problems but when you praise Him with your whole heart even in the midst of the problems, He will fill you with His divine peace. So, it is very, very important that we praise the Lord always. I was working as a teacher before my marriage. There, the teachers used to quarrel with one another quite often. Since the school was very close to my house, I used to go by walk during which time I used to keep thanking and praising God for all the good things He had done in my life. As a result, the Lord protected me from all the problems in the school and helped me to finish my job there peacefully, for three years. This is how the Lord will give peace to His people and bless them. Whenever you

face any problem or trouble, kneel down in the presence of the Lord, thank Him and keep praising Him.

Love of Christ “And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.” (1 Thessalonians 3:12,13) The main feature of the Jesus Calls Ministry is ‘love’. In our daily life, when the love of Christ fills us, it increases our godliness and our fellowship with the Lord, even without our knowledge. How to receive this love in us? “Now hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” (Romans 5:5) The love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. How did this love come into the Jesus Calls Ministry? God chose Brother Dhinakaran to manifest His love in the ministry. Likewise, through his personal Bible reading and through a few pastors, God made him understand the necessity of receiving this loving Holy Spirit. He waited for this for seven long years. At this juncture, one day, he came back home from office at around 9.30 pm, totally exhausted. That time, the family prayer was going on and Brother Dhinakaran, though very tired, joined the prayer. The Lord chose that time to anoint him in an immeasurable way. He filled him with His divine love and gave him the privilege of beholding Him face to face, for three hours. His life was totally changed from then on. It was after this, I had the thirst to have this experience and received it. The anointing of the Lord is an experience that should be received by every Christian man and woman. For this, thirst and desire are enough. Then He will fill you. The Lord Jesus was an example for us, even in this regard.

“God anointed The Lord Jesus of Nazareth will anoint you with the Holy with Holy Spirit Spirit and with and Power power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil for God was with Him.” (Acts 10:38) Who is this Holy Spirit? The Bible says, “The Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17). The Lord coming into us, is this divine experience. When we have this experience in our life, divine love fills us. The disciples did not have this experience. When they were with Jesus, they were fighting among themselves as to who was greater. We too, in our flesh, get jealous of one another over several matters. But when the Holy Spirit fills us, we are transformed into the image of God (2 Corinthians 3:18). When the Lord filled His disciples with anointing and glory, they also received the image of God. Saul became Paul. Even about Peter, who denied Him swearing, “I do not know Jesus” we read that people were healed when his shadow fell on them (Acts 5th chapter). Yes, when this love fills you, you too shall increase in the Lord’s works and in His power. He will glorify His name through whatever things you do. “Therefore whatever you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31) “And whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men…” (Colossians 3:23) When you do the work that the Lord has given you, with love and for His glory, it would be of great blessing. The Lord will guide you wonderfully. Hence, commit yourself fully at His feet saying, “Lord, I love You; come and dwell in my heart; let Your love manifest through me; fill me with Your anointing.” He, who called you, is faithful. Accordingly I got a call from my In the beginning of this year 2022, my husband became critically ill and the medical tests showed that he was affected with Covid-19 and pneumonia. Since he is a heart patient, this was a great distress to us. He was in a very bad state. He could not eat anything for more than 2 months and could not talk much. He was in a confused state. He had to be admitted in the hospital four times, after this virus attack and underwent treatment. At this juncture, I requested both Sister Stella Dhinakaran and Dr. Paul Dhinakaran to pray for my husband. They too prayed with burden for him. Also the members of the Esther Prayer Groups in India and Canada and the prayer intercessors in the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower prayed for my husband in their daily prayers. husband early in the morning and he said that he had seen Jesus and that he felt His touch. God sent His word and healed him (Psalm 107:20). I thank God with all my heart for healing my husband. Prayer Brings Victory I am the leader of a Esther Prayer Group. Sis. Sumathy of our group has been suffering from knee pain for the past 4 months because of which she found it difficult to walk. She took many treatments but in vain. We prayed for her with

Mighty Miracle I am conducting the Junior Esther Prayer Group. Sister Bhuvana of our group suffered from a growth in the throat. She could not eat anything since she had severe pain while eating. Miraculous Healing I am a partner of the Jesus Calls ministry and involved in the ministry too. Every year I used to go for a routine health check-up. Last year, I was shocked by the result of my blood report. The doctor said that I had Myeloproliferative disorder and that I should go for treatment. As schools have started to reopen, students from low-income groups are facing new challenges in attending school. Those whose parents have lost jobs during the pandemic are struggling to afford their children’s school fees & buy stationery supplies. SEESHA’s educational initiatives provide needy children access to quality education, support their holistic development & help them break out of poverty. Some of these significant projects are as below: SEESHA Child Development/Life Centres - Since November 2021, our free tuition centres have resumed operations following the lockdown, to * Instil the joy of learning back into children * Address the learning gap caused by the long break * Prevent children from dropping out of school, which in turn lowers the risk of abuse, labour, and early marriage SEESHA Scholarship Program supports first-generation learners & deserving students from low-income families through scholarships to continue their school/college education. SEESHA School Kits are distributed annually to students studying at SEESHA Life Centres and to children from downtrodden communities. Each school kit includes a school bag, a notebook, pens, and other stationery items. A proper set of this stationery enables them to efficiently embark on their journey of learning, attend school on a regular basis & accumulate knowledge. am a Jesus Calls Ambassador & a Family Blessing Plan partner. I live in West Bengal. When everything was going well in our family, suddenly darkness covered my father Swapan Roy’s life, as his health was affected. He developed gum problem in his mouth and was writhing in pain for 3 months. Seeing this we were depressed. When we consulted the doctors in our local hospital, they said it could be cancer and asked us to go to a bigger hospital. At that juncture, we came to a famous and reputed hospital in Chennai on February 1st 2022 for my father's treatment. Here too, the doctor felt it could be cancer. Finally, the surgery was fixed for February 8th. Meanwhile, I remembered that many years ago I had prayed to God that I would go to Bethesda Prayer Centre and fulfill the vows made for my family. Now, as we had come to Chennai from West Bengal for my father's treatment, it seemed that if I had the chance, I would go to Bethesda, fulfill my vows, and pray for my father to receive a miraculous healing. Somehow, we reached Bethesda on 4th February. We found Bethesda to be a beautiful & tranquil place. My wife and I prayed with tears at the Bethesda Prayer Centre & Vision Centre, staying there from 4th to 6th, mostly praying with fasting. Prayer intercessors at Bethesda Prayer Centre prayed with great faith on those 3 days so that my father's biopsy report will come negative for cancer. One of the prayer intercessors said, “Bethesda Prayer Centre is the dwelling place of Jesus; Jesus who is alive walks in Bethesda & He hears all the prayers which are offered to HIM at this Prayer Centre.” Our request was sent to Dr. Paul Dhinakaran for prayers and we received a reply from him by email. Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran also prayed for my father. On 8th February, my father underwent surgery. Next day, Bro. Samuel Dhinakaran called over the phone and prayed for my father’s biopsy report to be normal and that there should not be any trace of cancer. Truly, God heard our cry and wiped away all our tears. On 15th February, the doctor informed us that my father’s biopsy report is negative. Thanks to the Dhinakaran family and all the Jesus Calls prayer intercessors who prayed for us with burden.
