Being part of the National Support Team (NST) is an incredibly challenging and rewarding experience. – I’ve been NST 5 times since I joined AIESEC and each one of them have given me so much. Specially worth mentioning is my role as NST IGCDP Project Manager of the first ever national project of Venezuela. I was managing 11 OCPs across the country, the strategy and timeline of implementation of the whole project and the account with Microsoft, our main partner. I had a lot of professional and personal development, specially by the end when I saw the impact in all of the participants.

Because of that experience I started to discover my path in life and is part of the reasons why I’m here today. I know how powerful a properly planned and managed NST experience is (I’ve lived it) and that’s why I’m opening this experiences for you! P.D: These are some photos of my project back then in 2013 - Jesus
