Since 1977 Jet Aviation has been crafting beautifully customized business aircraft interiors. Each of our projects is one of a kind; a hand-made reflection of an individual aesthetic or idea.

We are the most experienced center in the world, with some 70 Airbus Corporate Jet and Boeing Business Jet wide- and narrow-body projects to our name. We have evolved with the industry and offer an unparalleled experience combining the demands of safety and certification with the flexibility of a bespoke design.

Jet Aviation in Basel has been an authorized ACJ completions center since 2000, and authorized BBJ center since 1997. Strong long-term partnerships with aircraft manufacturers, ensure that we remain at the forefront of the industry and up-to-date with the challenges and opportunities that come with each new generation of aircraft.

With almost all aspects of the completion process under one roof, our teams work with one another and the customer with industry leading efficiency to meet ambitious schedules and provide the maximum flexibility.

From mock-up inspections to quality gates, milestones to day-to-day, transparent internal and external communication, from the first to the final signature, means understanding at every stage.

A commitment to safety

Our close relationships with global certifying bodies means that we are not only up-to-date on relevant safety requirements, but ahead of them. In 2021, we received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) from EASA for the unique methodology and analysis we use in certifying interior installations on Boeing 787 aircraft.

This was the first STC of this type to be granted to a completion center and was testament to our close collaboration with certification bodies, and our commitment to continuing to innovate to provide a better service for our customers within aviation safety regulations.

Our Design Studio has 40 years of experience in bespoke VVIP aircraft interiors. Working independently and in partnership with external designers, we support a concept with end-to-end design services, feasibility studies and in-house design management, validating and checking each aspect all the way through redelivery. From the first inspiration, to the final installation, we are there to ensure that every detail is designed with our customer in mind.

The invisible made tangible

Underneath beautifully finished furnishings lie the latest innovations in engineering. A cabin that is both light, yet quiet. Temperature, humidity, air quality, all perfectly balanced. This is what flight should feel like.

45 years of experience and close working relationships with all major OEMs means our in-house engineering department is fully qualified to work with a range of large wide- and narrow-body private and business aircraft, including new-generation fuselages, and fullyequipped to create a cabin that feels like home, with the style, technology and comfort to match.

The sound of silence

As we strive towards creating the ultimate customer experience, our engineering and production teams are committed to pushing the boundaries of what is considered possible in VVIP completions. Our recent redeliveries have been completely unique, bespoke aircraft – but with one thing in common. An industry leading balance between sound and weight.

Drawing on sound-measuring technology from General Dynamics sister-company, Gulfstream, our engineering team is able to accurately ascertain the cabin sound of a green aircraft for completion. We take this data to create a model of the exact bespoke interior to determine how different materials will affect these sound levels, and how we can most accurately and efficiently apply sound proofing, to fully optimize both sound and weight.

Production artisans work closely with on-site Design, Engineering and Installation teams to ensure that every detail is considered. Every veneer perfectly hand-matched for a seamless finish; every system meticulously installed behind the scenes; every millimeter and gram perfectly calculated.

Over 45 years ago, Jet Aviation launched its first completion at the 1977 Paris Airshow. We were pioneers in aviation interiors, working with customers to push the limits of what was possible inside the cabin. We are committed to remaining the partner of choice for our customers,

and we recognize the need for a strong focus on innovation in VVIP completions to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving world.

interiors, exploring new technologies from our own industry and beyond.

At the same time, we are exploring ways to provide additional, more sustainable, choices to our customers. From engineering and project management, to more sustainable materials and processes in Design and Production,

we are committed to enabling our customers to make more sustainable choices at every stage of business aviation ownership.

We also offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel worldwide via our Book & Claim service, offering the benefits of SAF even where there is no physical supply present.
