Meet the Jetline team This months edition we are pleased to another two valued members of our team – Joanne Jordan and Jane Cogan. Below you can find out a little more about them. Name:

Married: Yes to the best looking guy in the travel industry for far too long Kids: Jack 15, Ella 12, Summer 9 plus husband Cruise ships sailed on: 7 Favourite cruise line: Royal Caribbean Hobbies: Kids taxi service. Watching my kids playing sport - no time left for anything else. Hi, my name is Joanne and I am married to Jordan who some of you may know as the best looking guy in the travel industry: Not. Lots of people ask me what it’s like to work so closely with your husband but to be honest we are so busy that we don’t talk to each other and if he is flirting on the phone (as per normal) I have always said “whoever wants him can have him”. I am quite new to the industry and have only been working for Jetline for about

Favourite cruise line: Princess Hobbies: Holidays, going out, keeping fit at the gym Hi. I’m Jane or Jetline Jane as I am know amongst our team. I am the PA to Ian our illustrious Managing Director. My job is to help Ian with the day to day running of the office, keep him organised, arrange exciting information for our members and help the sales team with anything they may need. I organise the membership information for customers to make sure they receive all up to date special offers and the benefits of our cruise club with any bonus money off vouchers and welcome home post cards. I also handle any discount vouchers that you send in to ensure they are applied to bookings. I have

a year. Previously for 17 years I worked as a Beauty Therapist and lecturer where I worked very closely with students and clients, and although the two industries are not closely linked the day to day interaction with customers is one of the main reasons I enjoy this job as much as my previous employment. The reason I love cruising so much is because it offers something for everyone. When you get onboard you are transported to a world that couldn’t be further from everyday life. For me in particular, like thousands of other mothers and wives, not having to make my own bed, cook any meals or tidy up after 3 kids (and of course my husband) is a treat not to be missed. In particular Caribbean cruises are my favourite, the party atmosphere is fantastic and starts as soon as you board the ship and never stops. Finally, I would just like to say a very big THANK YOU to those who have booked with me and for those of you who are yet to book it would by my pleasure to find that perfect cruise experience for you. Happy cruising. Joanne
worked at Jetline now for the last 18 months and can’t wait to experience my first cruise. From the reports I have had and what I have seen – Princess would be ideal for me as they seem to have the best kids facilities and baby sitting services on board – plus the prices are within my family budget. I have always been interested in travel so I feel very lucky to work in the industry I love. I really enjoy working here as the team are a laugh, it’s a very relaxed environment with no red tape and I get the chance to chat with customers about their cruise holidays. Part of my job here is also to organise the team to make sure that the phones are covered at all times . We are open 7 days a week as we like to make sure that the customers can speak to someone when they need to. Thanks for all of the lovely letters you have sent in about your cruises and I look forward to hearing from you in the future. Jetline Jane

Oasis of the Seas first sea trials Oasis of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship, has undergone its first sea trials. The trails took place over a week near the Finnish shipyard where construction of the vessel is being completed. The 5,400-passenger Royal Caribbean International vessel, which enters service in December running cruises from Florida, has been undergoing tests to see how it performs in the ocean. The $1.4 billion ship will dwarf all cruise ships that have come before it when it begins cruising in the Caribbean. Oasis of the Seas is 1,187 feet long, making it 75 feet longer than the company’s Freedom-class ships, such as Independence of the Seas which is now sailing year-round from Southampton. The ship will have 16 passenger decks, 24 elevators and 7,000 works of art on board. Of the 2,706 cabins and suites, almost 2,000 will have balconies. Royal Caribbean president and CEO Richard Fain said in a regular blog about the ship: “Sea trials for a ship are just what they sound like . . . taking the ship out to sea to make sure she operates properly in the ocean. The ship has been afloat for six months, but this is the first time that we will get to test out all the systems in a fully operating environment. “The trial lasts about four days and the ship is tested for many key operating performance factors.”

MSC Cruises to cater more for UK guests MSC Cruises recognises that its UK passengers have specific tastes and requirements that may differ to other international guests on board. That is why on all summer departures from Dover to Northern Europe this year - MSC Cruises have made some special additions to the food and beverage offerings available on MSC Lirica. In direct response to customer demand, guests on board MSC Lirica this summer can request water carafes at lunch and dinner, and brewed coffee or hot tea will be served at the end of the meal – all complimentary. For those who prefer to eat at the buffet, two kinds of coffee - normal and decaffeinated - and cold and hot water in suitable dispensers, as well as almost all the tea blends and tastes of the renowned London brand Twinings, are available at the Beverage Stations. This service will be also complimentary and open 24 hours a day! Local products from the UK have been sourced especially for the MSC Lirica Northern Europe sailings from Dover, along with other international products. There is a wide selection of breakfast dishes on offer
including sausages and English bacon. At the lunch buffet, guests can sample among others shepherd’s pie, cottage pie and roast leg of lamb leg with mint sauce. For those who want to enjoy the English tradition of afternoon tea on board, every day a selection of teas will be served on the pool deck, accompanied by sandwiches, cakes and biscuits which have all been prepared on board. But it doesn’t stop there! As well as offering afternoon tea on the pool deck every day, MSC Lirica will be following in the footsteps of the tradition of Musical Tea started by Queen Victoria in the sitting rooms of Buckingham Palace on her coronation day in 1838. Musical Tea will be served in the lounges, where guests can take high tea while listening to music and songs. In addition, there will be two sessions of wine tasting with international wines – and two culinary demonstrations of special recipes prepared by the onboard Chef. There will also be a cocktail demonstration with one of MSC’s skilled barmen, plus fruit and vegetable carving lessons to embellish your tables - and even an event dedicated to the art of ice carving so you can learn how to impress your friends!
Disney Cruise Line to deploy new ships in Europe Disney Cruise Line is expected to announce European deployment for its fleet after it takes delivery of two new ships, Fantasy and Dream, in 2011 and 2012. The new ships will increase the line’s fleet to four and herald a push to grow a market outside of its core US for the first time. In the UK, Disney cruises will sail out of Dover and Barcelona to the Mediterranean and the Baltic next year. To date, Disney has never had to promote its cruises in the UK because the popularity of the product meant it was guaranteed to sell out in the US. Peter Welch, Disney’s UK vice-president, gave delegates at the UK Cruise Convention in Dover a hint at what the forthcoming announcement might be.
Celebrity Equinox navigates narrow river in milestone event The second of Celebrity Cruises fabulous new Solstice Class ships Celebrity Equinox sailed from Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburgh, Germany in a milestone event known as ‘The Conveyance’. Celebrity Equinox took just over 12 hours to make the 24km journey and in fact had to make the journey backwards as the captain reversed the ship down the River Ems to Eemshaven in the Netherlands. At its tightest point along the course there was as little as four metres clearance – not even adequate room to park a London black cab – between the sides of the 317 metre long, 37 metre wide ship and the riverbank. “The conveyance is an interesting challenge for any Captain,” said Celebrity Equinox’s Captain Apostolos Bouzakis. “The limited space available for navigation,

the nature of sailing in reverse, and the number of locks and bridges to traverse are all factors that cruise ship captains normally do not have to contend with. But a real benefit of this event is the opportunity to test the manoeuvrability of the ship at reduced speeds. With an average channel breadth of 111 metres it is a bit like taking a brand-new sports car down winding country lanes: It’s exhilarating, but not without its share of trepidation.” The 122,000-gross-registered-tonnes Celebrity Equinox is scheduled to enter service on July 31 from Southampton, England, on an eight-night cruise through the majestic Norwegian Fjords, followed by a series of romantic Mediterranean sailings from Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, beginning 8 August.
“In the next few months we will be sharing information about what these two new ships will be doing. Needless to say we are here in Dover so that gives you a clue as to what might be happening.” He said the line would be exploring new opportunities with the UK travel trade. “We constantly look at way to increase and develop our product while looking at new itineraries. When we started our cruise line in the 90s we believed we could give our families a totally different experience.” Welch said he believed quality brands would come to the fore during the current economic crisis. “It’s quality brands that make a difference and make your industry a success. Events like this give us a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourselves in these wonderful brands but for Disney the key for us is to speak to you and to listen to you and what your consumers are telling you about the industry we are in. “We look forward to the potential the UK market can give Disney Cruise Line.”

Interview with Giorgia Cappabianca International Sales Director for Pullmantur Cruises Relatively unknown until being purchased by Royal Caribbean in 2006, Pullmantur Cruises are Spain’s number one cruise line. That said, due to their low pricing and more active marketing they are now seeing more passengers than ever from the UK who are enjoying the excellent choice of itineraries, value for money and Spanish flavor. Here is an interview with Giorgia Cappabianca, International Sales Director for Pullmantur Cruises.
1
Pullmantur Cruises are reasonably unknown in the UK cruise market, would you like to explain what a Pullmantur Cruise is about? Pullmantur Cruises in the past five years have embarked on a strategy for the international cruise market and it can be said that the strategy was successful. We are now at the stage of consolidating the various markets created over the past five years. Pullmantur Cruises have since the start of operations in 2001 acquired and maintained a reputation for value for money ALL INCLUSIVE cruising, whilst maintaining excellent service on board, quality of food and beverages – plus lots of interesting itineraries.
2
You have recently acquired some ships from Royal Caribbean and Celebrity - how will this affect you as a brand? The ship acquisitions have given the brand more flexibility, capacity and new itineraries - it can only affect the brand positively.
3
Being a Spanish cruise line how does this affect the International guests?
The perception of Spain and the Spanish way of life is a positive connotation according to end of cruise questionnaires compiled voluntarily by international guests. Most members of staff on board speak English and due to members of staff coming from a variety of countries, other languages are spoken on board as well.
4
How do you differ from other continental cruise lines such as Costa and MSC Cruises?
Pullmantur Cruises differ from other continental cruise lines: the All Inclusive on board basis, value for money, and the product exceeds expectations.
6
5
Are there any plans in the foreseeable future to actually build a new ship for Pullmantur Cruises? There are no plans that Pullmantur Cruises will build a new ship in the foreseeable future, however the global cruise business is under periodical review and plans are reviewed accordingly.
6
In one sentence - why should people cruise with Pullmantur Cruises?
People should cruise with Pullmantur Cruises for value for money, quality and service with a Spanish heart cruising, and a deeply appreciated All Inclusive system.

The Caribbean Islands explained
1
We have ditched the brochure speak for this feature – where we give our frank and honest opinion of each of the major islands in the Caribbean. Of course - most of the Caribbean islands have lots of history where they have been fought over by the French and the British at some stage – but each island story seems similar to the next. So in this feature we would like to express what is different about each port of call and give practical information to help you get the most out of your visit and save money. Look out for Part 2 in our August edition of Cruise Ahoy. ANTIGUA Antigua is one of our big 3 Caribbean Islands for the British holiday maker – being a great destination in itself. Antigua has 365 beaches - one for every day of the year; the most popular ones being Galley Bay and Hawksbill beaches. Antigua is also extremely popular with the sailing fraternity with many marinas packed with expensive yachts. Nelson’s fleet was hosted in the late 1700’s in a picturesque bay on the other side of the island to the capital and is now one of the best known bays for said sailing fraternity – now aptly named Nelson’s Dockyard. St Johns is the capital of Antigua where the cruise ships moor at the quayside and you are met by a frenzied complex of tourist shops and jewellers specially arranged for the discerning and wealthy cruise passenger! Having travelled across the island we found it pretty uninteresting - but the beaches more than make up for it. ua kyard, Antig Nelsons Doc
ARUBA Aruba is situated just 15 miles off the coast of Venezuela at the Southern end of the Caribbean. This island is 5 Miles wide by 19 Miles long so getting around does not take long and is relatively in expensive. The north side of the island is the exposed rocky jagged coast while the south coast has the soft white sand beaches, great shopping, stunning sea and desert landscape views. All of this can be experienced from the capital Oranjestad with its heavy Dutch influences. The closet beaches to the capital are Surfside beach and Druif beach both with soft white sand. Aruba is a mecca for American tourist and beach holidays. Ships moor at the quayside and it is a short walk into town.

Half Moon C ay,
Bahamas
BAHAMAS This scattered group of islands off the coast of Florida make up the Bahamas marking the gateway to the Caribbean. Nassau is the capital where the cruise ships dock and take you straight in cruise ship shopping central. Grand Bahama is the next biggest and this has some great white sand beaches. Plus there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins. The Bahamas are ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving. Many cruise lines have their own dedicated beach island in the Bahamas which is purely a day for beach BBQ and relaxing on the beach. Islands include Coco Cay (RCI & Celebrity), Half Moon Cay for Holland America and Princess Cays for Princess cruises. These privately owned islands are really an extension of the ship without losing any revenue to the locals !!! But a great day out never the less for sunbathing, putting your toes in the sand and a bit of space.
BARBADOS Probably the most popular island for British holiday makers and another of our big 3. There are two reasons for this - the incredible white sand beaches on the sheltered western side of the island and because it’s the only Caribbean Island to be colonised by one nation – the Brits! You will even find a Trafalgar Square here. Bridgetown is the capital lying in the South Western corner of the island. There is a large cruise dock where shuttle buses take you from the cruise ship to the terminal. The main town centre is approx 10-15 minutes walk from the cruise terminal – this is not so much of a purpose built centre for cruise passengers but the commercial heart of the island which does very well from its land based tourism. The closest beach is Boatyard Beach which is approx 15 minutes walk or a $3 taxi ride from the cruise terminal – not mentioned by the cruise lines in their excursion books! This white sand happening beach is well equipped particularly in its Adventure Beach area with lots of things to do. There is an entrance charge which includes sunbeds and a free shuttle back to your ship. Barbados is famous for its Golf Courses – particularly at Sandy Lane, its cricket and perhaps take time out to visit Sunbury Plantation House over 300 years old. An unusual souvenir can be found at the post office just inside the cruise terminal – their postage stamp sets make inexpensive unique gifts.
BONAIRE Is part of the Netherlands Antilles group situated just 50 miles off the coast of Venezuela. This rural island is flat and rather unremarkable – but also has the benefit of being relatively unspoilt. Its entire coast is a protected marine park prefect for snorkelling, plus the mangrove swamps are the perfect place for an energetic yet tranquil Kayak adventure taking you back to nature. Whilst this may not sound like much it is one of our most endearing memories of the Caribbean. The ships moor at the quayside which is in the heart of the capital Kralendijk meaning ‘Coral Reef’.
COZUMEL This island is just 12 miles long and situated 20 minutes ferry ride from the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Cozumel is really a staging post for cruise passengers to visit mainland Mexico with its Mayan ruins at Tulum. Cozumel town is lively with its many bars and myriad of shops. Explore the Xel Ha aquatic park with its subterranean rivers, natural pools and sacred Mayan Lagoon. We found the scuba diving here to be the best in Caribbean. The best beach is located in the Punta Sur Ecological Park. Cruise ships moor at the purpose built cruise terminal – which has the obligatory array of jewellers and tourist shops.

Letters Dear Jetline Cruise Following the amazing discount you got for us on our recent Royal Caribbean cruise I have whole heartedly recommended you to our fellow cruise loving friends. We had such a great time that the kids are already pestering us to book another for later on in the year, so we might even team up with some friends. A big thank you for all your help and we look forward to speaking to you soon.
We welcome your letters so we can share your cruise holiday experiences with other Cruise Ahoy readers. Letters can be emailed to Jane@jetlinecruise.com
Dear Sir
Have just returned from 2 weeks on an NCL Canada & Alaska cruise and wanted to let you know what a superb time we had. The package you put together for us was excellent, with 3 nights in Toronto included which we really enjoyed. We thought the CN Tower was terrific and the shopping is just like New York! The ship was out of this world and we had a lovely balcony cabin that was spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need. Thanks very much for a great holiday. Kind regards, Phil and Renee Young
Best regards The Cook family, Devon
Dear Jo When we called you on a rainy Monday morning after rashly deciding to book a cruise we couldn’t have known what a wonderful time we had in store. We booked a 13 night cruise on Queen Victoria from Southampton, taking in the Mediterranean and including a stop at our personal favourite Gibraltar. We had a truly memorable cruise and would like to thank you for all your help; we will be calling soon to book another cruise for next year. Many thanks and best regards Mr and Mrs R. Joyce
To Jodie Just writing to say a huge ‘thank you!!’ for the cheap deal you got for us on our cruise to the Caribbean. As you know we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so I really wanted everything to be perfect for my wife – which it was and more so! She was absolutely thrilled with the cabin upgrade as we generally only cruise inside but I decided to splash out as this was a special holiday. The price you offered us was the best I had found and I will definitely be returning to you our next holiday.

Alaska
Staff trip review
Where do I begin! After spending a lifetime telling people of how just unlucky I am, all that changed in December when I was fortunate enough to be informed by Princess Cruises that I had won a holiday of a lifetime to Alaska. I must say it did not disappoint! Of course I was very excited, almost to the point of being childlike, as the ship chosen was the Golden Princess leaving from Seattle and I had booked lots of my loyal customers onboard this vessel .The holiday was for 2 people and I chose to take Joanne my wife – featured in Meet The Team on page 3 of this edition. After lots of thought and research we decided to make this holiday a fact finding mission so that we could come up with a few pointers for those of you who have not yet been! May was our departure date and we were advised to wrap up warm – we believed that at best the weather would be chilly! So with this in mind we packed accordingly. We arrived in Seattle and the weather was 76 degrees with people sunbathing in bikinis. The thought crossed my mind: did they know something we didn’t; but then thought that as we headed north the weather would change. WRONG! It seemed to be getting warmer and yes even more bikinis (always on my mind). At this point I would like to say that the weather we were having was somewhat freakish and the captain informed the ship to just how lucky we were. My advice would be to pack for every eventuality on an Alaskan cruise.
SKAGWAY Well the actual town would not look out of place in one of those old western films as it has retained its charm from the Gold Rush Days of the late 17th century. There were great museums paying tribute to those brave soles looking to find their fortune; many perished through disease and bad weather. The weather again was 75 degrees - very warm for May!
Here is our experience of this wonderful cruise:
JUNEAU Being raised on David Attenborough programmes I had the life changing experience to go whale watching in scenery which only can be described as breathtaking. We decided not to take the excursion on board but to arrange it ourselves once we got there. The company we used are called Orca Eco Tours with a Captain Larry Dupler at the helm - who some say has a sixth sense. The vessel had eighteen people on board and viewing these magnificent creatures was not a problem unlike some other boats on the water. The guides onboard were very informative and were just as excited as the guests, always pleased to answer any questions with a real passion. We saved ourselves around $30 per person booking this way so a great way to feed my wife’s gambling habit. For me this tour was a must - Highly recommended but not cheap at around $120.00 dollars per person! Whales seen: Hump Backs. We also managed to visit the Mendenhall Glacier, again arranging it ourselves once there. Even though the glacier has receded quite a lot in recent years it did not diminish the sheer beauty of these wonderful creations. This was a whistle stop tour as most of our time was spent whale watching.
The highlight of Skagway is the heavily promoted white railway pass that was built for the Gold Rush, it travels through outstanding scenery that follows the journey of the early settlers in their search for wealth and fortune. However we choose a road journey instead that takes you through a higher pass, it was the original pass taken by the very first settlers who actually discovered the gold. The cost of this tour was a lot cheaper than the train journey and had the advantage even better views along the route. Again the guide was very informative. As we crossed the border into Canada on this tour - passports are a must. The tour cost a bargain at $30 dollars per person which was well worth it and an absolute pleasure to experience
Scenic Cruising at Tracy Arm Even though it was an early start I would have stayed up for a week to experience what we see here. The word Awesome (over used by the Americans) does not explain this - the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Like Skagway this area seems to be totally untouched or explored by human kind. I could go on and on but this one is for you to experience in your way - but we were blown away with the views and what’s more it was free seen from the decks of the ship!
KETCHIKAN Ketchikan has 15 feet of rain per year on average and guess what - we had none! We visited the native American village where there was an abundance totem poles, many were works in progress showing on going carvings. There was a tour of the surrounding area where we spotted lots of majestic bald eagles that soar effortless over the inlet in their search for salmon. Unfortunately we didn’t manage the lumberjack showbut heard it was well worth it and also was very near to the ship. There was not particularly a great deal to do here in town - so would recommend a tour of some kind. Top tip: Do the Lumberjack show - everyone I spoke to really enjoyed this one. And don’t forget to take your rain mac.
Victoria (Vancouver Island) Due to maritime law, US cruise ships have to make a stop in a foreign port of call before returning to a US port. This is the reason why Victoria is only a quick visit, so plan ahead for this. As for Joanne and I, we were met dockside by Joe’s auntie and uncle for a tour around their beautiful city. It was a chance to meet them both on their home turf with the added pleasure of them picking up the tab at dinner! A real first (family joke)!!! This was a stunning place with great people, who pride themselves on being more British than the British. The marina is great and is over looked by the impressive government buildings and the Fairmount Hotel. Victoria is a great place to wander around, with some lovely scenic shots across the marina. Top tip: Although a short stop, a magnificent place to visit and Butchart Gardens comes highly recommended. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Princess cruises for their generosity enabling us to experience this holiday of a lifetime. On board the ship the little touches of elegance, with live classical music, fitted the whole ambience of this cruise. We could not fault the information provided to all on board, regarding our positioning at sea and informing us when and where wildlife can be spotted. The food and entertainment was excellent and our overall experience with tentative staff makes Princess a real winner. After having been on this cruise: unlucky – me – not any more! Joanne and Jordan
Top tip: Wrap up warm as the temperature drops dramatically as you near the glacier and make sure you have plenty of space on your camera memory card as there is a stampede for cards at the shop (I managed to buy the last one), so again not so unlucky.
Top tip: Tracey’s King Crab Shack. Located behind the town library for the best crab and crab bisque I have ever tasted!

4-18 night no fly-cruises aboard Independence of the Seas ➤➤ BONUS UP TO $375 per cabin on board credit ➤➤ FREE CAR PARKING in Southampton Royal Caribbean have recently decided to base The Independence of the Seas in the UK throughout the next year and beyond to give us Brits even more opportunity to experience this popular ship. We have reserved some great rates throughout 2010 with additional on board spending money for our customers. Soon to be rivalled by the Oasis of the Seas this is currently the largest ship afloat and one of the most sought after for cruising from the UK without having to fly. This ship has always been marketed primarily to families due to the best children’s facilities afloat including a large fun water park. However – it also makes a great holiday for couples young and old particularly outside of school holidays. One of the best features on this ship is the Royal Promenade; this large indoor ”shopping” thoroughfare is a great place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. You don’t have to be ultra sporty to get the adrenalin pumping on the Rock Climbing wall and the Flowrider (Surfing) is easier than it looks plus incredibly exhilarating. Royal Caribbean International have introduced My Time Dining on board their ships giving passengers the opportunity for flexible dining arrangements. At the time of booking you now have 3 choices: 1st dining, 2nd Dining or My Time dining. Unlike the regular options with My Time dining you simply arrive at the restaurant and ask the Maitre D to be seated at an available table when
16
you are ready to eat your evening meal. There is no extra charge for this but tips must be prepaid at the time of booking and these cost approximately £46pp per week. Also you must stick with your chosen option throughout the duration of the cruise. Of course in addition to the main restaurant you also have the fabulous self service arrangement in the Windjammer which is open virtually all day, the speciality restaurants, Johnny Rockets diner and the Café Promenade. If you book now for next year you only need £150pp deposit to secure the price AND WITH Free Car Parking. Plus these early booking prices for next year are LOWER than the late offers prices for the space not yet sold for this year. Short Break: 4 night cruise: Southampton • Cork overnight) • Southampton. Caribbean Super Offers Best Seller
Sail Back to the UK
Exclusive offers
Caribbean Queen Mary 2 from £999pp 12-23 night cruise ➤➤ BEST SELLER ➤➤ FREE UPGRADE FROM OCEANVIEW TO BALCONY STATEROOM These Caribbean cruises have been selling well throughout June and availability is beginning to dry up. You can’t help but have utter satisfaction and smugness when sailing around the Caribbean on the Queen Mary 2 - when moored next to other ships (due to her size & classic red, black and white colours). The promenade deck towers above those of other cruise ships moored alongside. A cruise on board the Queen Mary 2 can be as formal or as casual as you like. With so many dining options the choice is yours. The great thing about Cunard and the Queen Mary 2 is that the service, quality and choice of food seem to be better compared to other ships. If you like a real home away from home then this ship is the one for you with afternoon tea, tea on tap 24 hours a day, great curries & excellent roasts with all the trimmings. We are particularly impressed with the quality and range of food served in each of the four Kings Court restaurants with food available 24 hours a day. You must also try out the Al fresco Boardwalk café on the top deck for great burgers, hot dogs and salads. Because Cunard was part of a bygone era of ocean travel, there is a lot of history and sense of celebrity behind the name which you are automatically part of when you take a cruise.
