Welcome to the winter issue of Cruise Ahoy in 2009! From myself and everyone at Jetline Cruise, we hope you had a very Happy Christmas and enjoyed all the festivities. The New Year is finally here and I am sure you are all anticipating what it has in store for you. This is the time of year for making plans and sticking to New Year’s resolutions and it is also an exciting time for us as we have recently acquired www.bookmeacruise.co.uk. I would like to say a very warm welcome to our new Book me a cruise customers and we hope you will enjoy many happy years of cruising in our consummate care. I expect we are all hoping for an improvement in the country’s financial situation this year but it’s good to remember that cruise holidays offer one of the best value for money holidays around with so much included in the price and the opportunity to visit a whole host of destinations in the one holiday. Take a look at some of our incredible deals in this issue, I promise they are not to be missed! This issue we are focussing on cruises from the UK, with many of the largest and most spectacular ships being home ported from the UK, such as Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas and P&O Cruise’s newest addition Ventura. Cruising from the UK is a great option for families offering a very convenient start to your holiday and for those who do not enjoy the lengthy queues that airports often involve. Celebrity Cruises newest ship Celebrity Eclipse will be sailing out from Southampton in 2010 with cruises to the Mediterranean and northern Europe. The new flagship of the MSC Cruises fleet is a true Italian masterpiece of style, advanced technology and exclusive services. We are thrilled at Jetline to be able to offer cruises on this totally incredible ship and I am sure you will agree MSC Fantasia is truly stunning. Meet the team
Welcome to our new look Cruise Ahoy As you can see it has grown from a mere 16 pages to a whopping 28 pages now and will be coming to you monthly. The new look mag is packed with more news, reviews and amazing offers which here at Jetline Cruise we are famous for. I have taken a decision to make these brochures more personal so you can actually get to know us. I am therefore introducing a meet the team section so you can know who we are, put a face to the voice and find out a little more about us. So let’s start with me.
M
y name is Ian Gilder and I am 37 years old. I am the alleged brains behind the operation and co-ordinate everything from the offers to the advertising, the web sites to customer services and I am normally the man with the ideas. I am very fortunate to have a great team behind me that can then run with these ideas and implement them.
Name: Ian Gilder Position: Managing Director of Cruise Age: 37 Children: 1 girl aged 6 and 1 horror aged 2 Cruise Ships sailed on: 42 Favourite Cruise Ship: Celebrity Solstice Favourite Cruise Line: Royal Caribbean Cruises Hobbies: I am an avid snowboarder and will take my annual pilgrimage during the winter months to get my adrenaline fix. I am also a keen footballer but I have just retired due to my advancing years and expanding waistline. For my sins I am a Spurs supporter and still follow them through thick and thin.
I
am Martin Tanner or as Ian refers to me as his right hand man. Ian says he is the brains behind the operation – let’s just say he likes to have a laugh !!! It’s my job to fulfill the ideas that Ian has, and I usually act as his sounding board. Quite often reigning things into a sensible and market led perspective. We both have one main drive and that is to find unbeatable cruise holidays and prices. We get great satisfaction when we are first to market with a new cruise offer – which is then copied by our competitors. I left school to work for a Merchant Bank in London. During this time I lived for land based holidays never dreaming of a cruise. It reached the stage where I was taking 3 foreign holidays a year and so decided to leave the bank. Since then I have worked in the travel industry for the last 20 years starting off as an overseas rep for ILG and moving onto Owners Abroad which eventually became First Choice Holidays. My 8 years overseas were spent helping holiday makers to have a great time and were divided between the Greek Islands in the Summer months and mountain ski guiding during the Winter months in France, Austria and Bulgaria.

I have been in the travel industry for only 10 years. I previously worked for Barclays Bank as a Business Manager which has stood me in good stead for running a business successfully. My main travel background started when I became a home-worker for a franchise called the Cruise Specialists. This was in conjunction with a company called Cruise Control who some of you may have heard of. After 4 years of successfully selling cruises from home, my daughter was becoming more vocal and making it
increasingly difficult to give the level of service I like to give to my customers so I moved into a management role at Cruise Control. I was there for nearly 3 years and was utilised in a problem solving capacity. During my time I ran the Teletext and home-worker departments and was sales floor manager in control of the 120 sales staff. I also set up the US office in Orlando with Martin who you will meet below and the VIP Club. For my last year I joined the commercial and product team, working mainly with Martin to get the exclusive deals with the cruise lines. I still love the buzz of selling cruises and try to install this enthusiasm in my team. All staff that work for me are invariably hand picked and will have at least 2 years experience of selling cruises. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your business so far and look forward to being of service to you in the future.
11 years ago I started to sell cruise holidays for an independent travel agency chain who was at the fullfillment end of the BAA flight sales call centre for Gatwick, Stansted and Belfast. Being surrounded by incredible low flight prices it quickly became apparent that much lower prices and flexible cruise holidays could be achieved by repackaging cruise only prices with separately sourced flights. Back then our team was among the first to deliver low unbeatable cruise holiday prices and we quickly rose to be the top selling agent in the country for a number of cruise lines. Now days I love the effortless all inclusive nature of cruising. I also like the formal nights and the camaraderie which is built up with fellow passengers on a cruise ship. It has reached the stage now where the itinerary is not as important as the facilities, quality and service on board ship when choosing my next holiday. This may be the reason why I like the uninterrupted Trans Atlantic cruises on the Queen Mary 2.

Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas ‘floats out’ It was a momentous day for Royal Caribbean Cruises when their newest ship currently under construction at STX Europe in Turku, Finland, reached an important maritime milestone. Oasis of the Seas was floated out to begin the final stages of interior work, which basically means moved from dry dock to wet dock. In December 2009, Oasis of the Seas will make her much anticipated debut. Royal Caribbean Cruises executives Richard Fain, chairman and CEO and Harri Kulovaara, executive vice president, Maritime were joined by Martin Landtman, president, STX Finland Cruise Oy, and Toivo Ilvonen, project director, Oasis-class, at official ceremonies at the shipyard to turn the valve releasing 87 million gallons of water into the wet dock area.
P&O Cruises spice up newest ship Azura There are to be a number of exciting innovations for Britain’s newest superliner, P&O Cruises Azura set to launch in 2010. In light of Britain’s eclectic tastes Azura will combine a classic cruise experience with many modern interpretations. P&O Cruises believe that their rich heritage of providing British cruisers with an exceptional holiday experience perfectly positions them to design a ship that appeals to today’s sophisticated consumers. On board there will be an Indian fine dining restaurant called Sindhu, the creation of Michelin starred celebrity chef Atul Kochbar. Indicative of the meaning of its name (Sindhu means meeting point, amalgamation or fusion) the menu will offer a fusion of fine British and Indian cuisine. Guests will have the chance to try delicious dishes such as pan-fried lobster tail in coconut milk and tamarind sauce. Sindhu will be just one of 11 dining venues on board P&O Cruises Azura. There will also be 18 single staterooms, a first in the P&O Cruises fleet and two large suites that will be ideal for families or groups of friends to share. On top of this, there are a record 900 staterooms with private
balconies as well as a number of spa staterooms that have exclusive access to the Oasis Spa and a number of extra little touches in the stateroom. To further enhance the cruise experience on board Azura, P&O Cruises has enlisted the help of TV wine expert Olly Smith to create a new ‘Select Dining’ restaurant and wine bar concept to be named The Glass House. Wine lovers are sure to love the menu which will feature different wines recommended for each course, all served by the glass.
“This is a historic day for our company. After more than three years of intense planning and collaboration and with 65 percent of the ship already complete, it’s exciting to see Oasis entering its final stages,” said Richard D. Fain, chairman and CEO, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. “Oasis of the Seas truly represents the innovative spirit that our company is known for and to see that come to fruition is wonderful.” Announcements were also made as to who will command Oasis of Seas when she enters service. Captain William S. Wright and Captain Tor Olsen are stepping up to the task of performing these responsible roles, with Wright being a 15 year veteran of Royal Caribbean Cruises and Tor who has served as Captain on five other Royal Caribbean vessels. Oasis of the Seas is set to be a true architectural marvel at sea and will introduce the new neighbourhood concept to the cruising industry, with seven distinct themed areas allowing guests the opportunity to seek out relevant experiences based on their personal style, preference or mood. Spanning 16 decks and encompassing 220,000 tons, Oasis of the Seas is a gigantic floating city, able to carry 5,400 guests at double occupancy. For more information on Oasis of the Seas visit www.jetlinecruise.com or call us on 0870 850 7227.
P&O Cruises understand that modern travellers have diverse needs and their approach to the design of Azura indicates they are taking their customers’ needs very seriously. Azura is sure to include all the qualities inherent in the P&O Cruises experience, such as fine dining, world-class spa, extensive family facilities and specially commissioned works of art throughout the ship. Alongside all these qualities, there will be a whole host of exciting new design highlights. On the top deck by the Aqua Pool there will be an open air cinema as well as a secluded spa area, The Retreat, with private cabanas for al-fresco massages and luxurious sun loungers, all topped off with personal water service. For guests looking to indulge in some spa treatments, what could be better than the treatment rooms within the spa having balconies for open-air pampering? Currently under construction in the Monfalcone shipyard in Italy, Azura will be ready to make her maiden voyage in spring 2010.

C R U I S E L I N E I N T E RVIEW
An interview with Pieter Van Der Schee – UK Director of Princess Cruises What is behind the successful Princess Cruises concept? We have seen very rapid growth in British guests sailing onboard the Princess ships in the last few years; guests new to Princess as well as more guests coming back. We hear from them that they really love the high standards of service, the famous food and the fabulous ships, making Princess a classic luxury cruise experience, while there’s a lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere onboard at the same time. How has Princess changed to meet the ever changing needs of its passengers? Princess is the third biggest cruise line in the world and its success is due to constant innovation to renew our guests experiences. For example, Princess introduced the first ship in the world with all outside rooms and was the first cruise line to introduce round-the-clock restaurants, flexible dinner times, just like in restaurants ashore, weddings at sea by the captain, and balconies on more than half of the rooms. These features are now mostly taken for granted by cruise passengers, and copied by other lines, but we keep introducing new innovations like Movies under the Stars, our 300 square foot poolside screens; The Sanctuary, an adult-only spa retreat outside; and an Italian piazza with live street entertainers; and we’ll keep coming up with new things. Can you please tell us more about the choices onboard? Princess ships are amongst the biggest in the world and we like to say that they offer ‘big ship choice with a small ship feel’. We like to maintain a friendly and warm atmosphere onboard, and rather than using the extra space to create for example a bigger theatre and a bigger dining room, we have, in addition to the main theatre, created more show lounges and bars with a choice of entertainment, and more restaurants to choose from, which are more intimate and stylish. So on a Princess cruise you feel totally free to follow your own schedule and choose what you want to do and when, from a great variety of dazzling entertainment and delicious dining options, and all the other facilities onboard.
028_JetlineTravel_28p_A4.indd 6
How do you cater for Junior cruisers? We know that families have the best time together if they also get a chance to do their own thing and our excellent entertainment and activities for the children allow the parents to relax, spend time as a couple and enjoy the many other attractions onboard, like the Lotus Spa. There are supervised clubs for 3 separate age groups with a full programme from arts and crafts and games to hip-hop nights, film fests and our JuniorCHEF@Sea fun cooking time in the ship’s galley. Our flexible dining options and round-the-clock restaurants are perfect for families (including special kids menus) and when parents are in the mood for a romantic dinner together, our evening childcare comes to the rescue. Having two young children myself, I think the best and quite unique feature on Princess is that supervised child activities also take place on port days so that sometimes on our cruise my wife and I can go off to explore ashore while the children enjoy time with their new friends onboard. Can you tell us about your choice of destinations? Princess visits more than 280 ports of call around the world, more than any other cruise line, and we’re unique by sending our newest and biggest ships to some of the most exotic destinations. In 2009 we have 4 giant superliners sailing in Europe, with Grand Princess and Crown Princes sailing from Southampton to the Mediterranean and Scandinavia, and Ruby Princess offering our popular 12-night fly-cruises in the Med, plus we have two small boutique-style ships in Europe. Next winter, we’ll have Sea Princess sailing two-week cruises around the balmy Caribbean
islands, with convenient flights from 9 different regional airports in the UK. And for those who want a real exotic cruise, there are for example South America, Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, the Far East, Africa, Alaska, and Hawaii. There is no better way to see so many dream destinations than in the luxury of a Princess cruise! You’ve got 17 ships already what are your plans going forward? In November, we’ve just launched our newest, 17th ship in the fleet, Ruby Princess, in a spectacular and very romantic ceremony in Florida, which included a reall wedding. Ruby Princess is the ultimate Princess superliner, with beautiful decor, sumptuous restaurants, dazzling entertainment, a pampering spa and a lively, cosmopolitan atmosphere onboard. Over the next few years, while we’re deciding on further new ships to add to the fleet, we will be investing considerable time and money into upgrading all our other ships to the very latest standards, like introducing Movies under the Stars and The Sanctuary on all our big ships, and continuing to improve the detailed aspects of our guests’ experiences that will make us the consummate hosts. With everything that you have to offer, do you feel that Princess is still offering value for money? At a time when many airlines and other holiday operators are charging more and more ‘extras’, we still include the fabulous food, fantastic entertainment, and many special touches in the price of the holiday that used to be included many years ago. And the enormous growth in the popularity of cruises over the last ten years has meant that the actual prices have come down quite a lot compared to other holiday options. At the same time, Princess has introduced its newest superliners with the latest and best facilities, cuisine and entertainment, so the value for money we offer is better than ever.

Destination Focus Cruising from the UK
For the ultimate stress free start to your holiday you can’t go wrong with cruises from the UK. There is an excellent choice of ports from the UK’s largest Southampton as well as Dover’s brand new terminal. New London ports include Harwich and Tilbury, whilst further north there are some impressive Scottish and Irish ports. Liverpool has a vast port whilst Newcastle offers modern and recently refurbished terminals with comprehensive facilities and covered walkways. Many of today’s cruise lines offer cruises from the UK, with the largest selection from P&O Cruises. Britain’s favourite cruise line, P&O Cruises has over 120 cruises departing from the country’s premier cruise port Southampton departing each year for shores near and far. Southampton offers easy access and connections from across the UK, and P&O Cruises check-in procedure is a stress free experience. You’ll avoid flight delays and baggage restrictions and can simply step on board your waiting ship. Ventura is P&O Cruises stunning new ship that is home ported from Southampton, where a lavish christening took place with Ventura being named by actress and the ship godmother Dame Helen Mirren. The largest ship currently sailing out of the UK is Royal Caribbean Cruises Independence of the Seas. The third ship in the spectacular Freedom Class of ships, it certainly continues to deliver the Royal Caribbean ‘wow!’ factor and residents from the UK have the opportunity to experience everything this incredible ship has to offer with the excellent choice of cruises departing from Southampton. Further enhancing the choice of cruises from the UK, Celebrity Cruises newest ship, Celebrity Eclipse, is to be based in Southampton when it launches in summer 2010. Itineraries for Celebrity Cruises third Solstice-class ship will go on sale the first week of March 2009, with cruises to the Mediterranean and northern Europe. Features of the Solstice-class ships include lawn areas larger than eight tennis courts and with real grass, glass blowing demonstrations, 10 restaurants, and 85% of staterooms having a balcony.
There really is no place like home for an ever-increasing choice of itineraries, the freedom of port parking and no heavy baggage to manoeuver. If airports raise your blood pressure then definitely opt for cruises from the UK, removing all airport and luggage hassles. You can use your cabin as your ever-expanding suitcase and for all you shopaholics out there, you can rest easy knowing there will be space for that lovely Turkish carpet you just couldn’t resist.

MSC Fantasia: The Most Luxurious Cruise Ship
MSC Cruises to provide VIP area and exclusive butler service on board MSC Fantasia. MSC Fantasia will not only be the largest ship in MSC Cruises’ fleet, but will also be the most luxurious, thanks to MSC Yacht Club, a new VIP area which will ensure that every holiday is an unforgettable experience. MSC Yacht Club is comprised of 99 spacious suites (up to 65 sq. metres) and offers guests an exclusive concierge, a private bar, and for those who want to relax, a swimming pool with a sky dome, whirlpool spas and solarium. In a special glass-fronted Observation Lounge, located at the front of the ship, guests can enjoy amazing panoramic views out to sea or towards destination cities throughout the day, whilst in the morning, breakfast can be enjoyed on a honeycoloured onyx marble exhibition table. Whilst at sea, numerous screens in the lounge will keep guests informed of the ship’s route, weather conditions and the visible constellations. A butler service will operate throughout the VIP area, assisting guests at check-in, overseeing the transportation and unpacking of luggage and offering 24 hour room service. This includes advice on choosing wines, champagne and cigars, as well serving a traditional English high tea from 5.00pm. In addition, the butler will pre-book tables in the restaurants, spa treatments in the Aurea Spa and ad hoc excursions as chosen by the guests, and can even arrange a private party in your cabin.
MSC Fantasia will not only be the largest ship in MSC Cruises’ fleet, but will also be the most luxurious, thanks to MSC Yacht Club, a new VIP area which will ensure that every holiday is an unforgettable experience.
To achieve a perfect butler service on board MSC Fantasia and MSC Splendida, Giovanni Mautone, MSC Cruises Dining Services Manager (who is in charge of this service onboard both ships) has attended an eight week course at ’The International Butler Academy’ in Warnsveld, the Netherlands. Utmost care has been paid to every detail to ensure that MSC Fantasia provides VIP guests with an experience usually enjoyed on an elegant yacht. In the daytime, a transparent ceiling allows light to flood the area, while at night, passengers can view the star-studded sky. The tastefully illuminated stairs connecting the deck between the concierge and the VIP area are made from Swarovski crystals and the refined interior of MSC Yacht Club includes a mosaic of black Saint Laurent and yellow Siena marble, oak walls, with parquet flooring in the concierge area and panels decorated in Alcantara. All of these elements come together to add Italian style to MSC Fantasia.

Budget
Busting TIPS
Here at Jetline we are experienced cruise professionals who have been at the forefront of the cruise industry successfully selling our pick of the best priced cruises for the last 10 years. As you can imagine over this time we have built up considerable experience in pin pointing the best cruise offers in an extremely competitive market. Therefore our collection of cruise offers in this January edition of our Cruise Ahoy magazine are what we believe to be the best offers around having stripped away the hype of cruise line brochures and read through the small print to give true value for money. We list below further ways of getting the best value of money to beat your budget at no extra cost.
FINDING THE BEST SAVINGS
Late Offers
In most cases the prices shown in a cruise brochure do not actually reflect the lower prices that are currently on offer. Also many cruises do not actually give a definite price for a cruise – but rather a lowest and a highest price that a cruise may be available at. In this magazine we do not show any savings over the brochure price as we feel this is misleading. Our prices are based on the lowest current prices we can find with our exclusive Jetline Cruise discount on top . Our prices are always lower than those available directly with the cruise lines.
In our experience the best late booking offers are usually brought out by the cruise lines 12 – 4 weeks before departure. In this edition you will find lots of offers for February, March & April great for cruises to the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Canaries or an early Mediterranean cruise. You will also find a number of offers for May as this can be a busy time at the start of Summer when many people want to take advantage of the two Bank holidays in May and more comfortable end of Spring weather in hotter climates.
When ever looking at a cruise price – consider how much the average person would expect to pay for the cruise and think about what you get included in the price ( flights, all food, entertainment, facilities and high quality accommodation). We are sure will agree that the prices advertised are extremely competitive.
Special Offers / Exclusives
Cruise prices are fluctuating constantly dependent upon demand, availability, fuel costs and airline fares. What is available today could have gone up in price tomorrow.
GUARANTEE CABINS To encourage bookings many cruise lines offer special promotional prices based on a non specific grade of cabin. These are referred to as guarantee cabins which will not have a specific cabin number, location or deck at the time of booking. These cabins are usually considerably cheaper than the lowest priced cabins with a specific location on the ship and deck number. You can usually choose either an interior, oceanview or balcony cabin at the time of booking. The cruise line will then allocate a specific cabin number at the time the cruise documents are issued shortly before your cruise. Lots of cruisers usually end up with a higher grade of cabin than they would have otherwise had.
THE BEST TIME TO BOOK Early Booking Offers. When a brochure or new campaign is launched it is usually packed with some great early booking offers – such as free car parking, special discounts and on board credit. These are great if you have specific requirements on your cabin number, cabin grade & cruise itinerary ( if it is an unusual one). If you are looking to book a family of three or four in one cabin during school holidays - book early to avoid disappointment. . Early booking offers are usually for cruises departing 6 months or more in the future . Many cruise lines launched their new campaigns at the start of December ready to sell in January and February. Take a look at some unbeatable Med offers for RCI Independence, P&O Ventura, Cunard Queen Victoria and RCI Splendour with 7 night Med cruises starting from only £499pp.
To book call: 0800 923 1601
028_JetlineTravel_28p_A4.indd 9
Outside of Early booking and Late booking offers we have advertised a range of special offer cruises where we have been given unbeatable / exclusive low cruise prices and have taken advantage of low airfares. These are advertised now as we feel that prices will go up closer to departure or in the case of unique cruise itineraries the availability will disappear . Have a look at our Alaska, Far East, Black Sea, Hawaii, Australia and Queen Mary 2 cruises.
ON BOARD CREDIT OFFERS This January there are lots of offers with upto $550 per cabin credit towards your onboard expenses for things like - drinks, purchases on board and excursions. This helps to cut the cost of you overall holiday and means that you need less spending money. Take at look at the impressive on board credit offers for Royal Caribbean, Cunard Queen Victoria, P&O Ventura, MSC Lirica and the sleek new Celebrity Solstice.
FREE CABIN UPGRADE OFFERS We have sourced some great cabin upgrade offers at no extra charge . We feel that the Cunard Queen Mary 2 free upgrade from Interior staterooms to more spacious balcony cabins is unbeatable. Look out also for free cabin upgrades with MSC, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity.
FLY CRUISES All cruises departing from ports overseas include flights from London. Unfortunately for cruisers who live further away from London it is necessary to pay flight supplements for departures from your local airports. London airports such as Heathrow and Gatwick are the main hub for the international routes of most airlines. As a result airfares from London tend to be much lower than those from regional airports. These can be lower still if flying to your destination in the USA indirectly via the airlines main hub in the USA – such as flying via New York to Florida.
REGIONAL AIRPORTS If you are flexible then big savings can be made – for example using Easyjet from Liverpool instead of a main airline from Manchester. In many cases the lowest priced flight option from a regional airport is usually to fly down to London using Flybe, British Midland, Easyjet or British Airways rather than flying internationally from your local airport.
TAXI RANK v PREBOOKED TRANSFER In many cases our lowest prices are achieved by sourcing airfares and hotels separately from the cruise fare. Savings of hundreds of pounds per person are made over the cost of the full package direct from the cruise line. The only tangible difference being that you have to make your own way in a taxi between the airport, hotel and port. We can pre-book transfers for you but these cost two or three times more than simply hailing a cab from the taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. Pre-booked transfers also take much longer - having to identify where the transfer desk is, waiting for transportation to become available and making a circuitous route if travelling to or from a hotel.
AIRPORT & PORT CAR PARKING Save money by either taking advantage of one of our FREE car parking offers with Royal Caribbean or P&O or pre booking your Car Parking with us. This usually saves from £3-£6 per day instead of simply turning up on the day.
MAKE THE MOST OF IT Cruise & Stay. Add on extra nights at your port of Embarkation to get the most out of your flight and your cruise destination. Barcelona, Rome, Venice, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, Seattle & Vancouver are particularly interesting to spend extra time staying there. Many cruises can’t reach land based big name destinations such as Las Vegas, the Rockies, Toronto and Niagara Falls. Our flight expertise means that we can incorporate these destinations into your cruise holiday at surprisingly low cost. For example add on 3 Nights Las Vegas to your Alaska, Caribbean or Hawaii cruise from only £249pp extra. Alternatively we have some exclusive cruise and stay options such as Toronto, Niagara Falls and Transatlantic cruise on the Queen Mary 2 from only £899pp.
2 cruise Combo’s Combine 2 cruises together to make a longer duration cruise. This is great for fly cruises where you would end up having to pay only one set of flight / Transportation costs for two cruises. Take a look at our RCI Splendour 14 night Med cruises from Venice, RCI Rhapsody Australia Cruises and our Easter Special USA Roundtrip Voyage.

Jetline Cruise News Two Awards Won Here at Jetline Cruise we had a very successful December 2008 with two well received early Christmas presents - winning not one but two very prestigious awards at the Complete Cruise Awards on the 4th December 2008 in the Midlands. We feel extremely honoured to have won the most percentage growth for both Cunard Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Line and these awards are a testament to our continued dedication and commitment to providing the best possible service to our valued customers.
Cruise Ahoy - bumper sized Our Cruise Ahoy magazine has been well received this year and subsequently will become a regular occurrence throughout 2009. It will be a bumper sized 28 pages, packed full with all the hottest cruise news, destination reviews and, of course, all our latest superb offers that Jetline Cruise are famous for. With a more ‘intimate’ feel to the magazine this year you will also get the chance to find out all about the team.
Recommend a Friend and New Mystery Bonus Vouchers Without our valued customers we don’t have a business and so it seems only right that we make our much appreciated customers our focus for 2009. We have already set in place some new initiatives which you will have seen coming through with the Christmas card, pre departure packs including Recommend a Friend Vouchers and the newly introduced Mystery Bonus Voucher. We know you are all desperate to know what it is but you will just have to book with us to find out!
New website design for Jetline Cruise We are also very excited to announce our new look website which will be coming to your computer screen soon. This new fresh website will have an improved design which will not only be easier to navigate but will also have other benefits such as Virtual tours and deck plans, so you can take a good look at all those amazing new ships.

Thanks for the wonderful arrangements The Queen Victoria is a wonderful ship and we couldn’t believe how cheaply we got the cruise to the Crimean coasts!!! Fellow cruisers were telling us how much they paid but we didn’t let on but felt quite smug. At Rome awaiting our taxi there were a few fellow cruisers with your taxi details and we all agreed what great value it was booking through you. We have passed on your details to the Hi Kelvin, Ref Cunard cruise Just a quick note to say how well the arrangements went for our flights, taxi, hotel and Queen Victoria cruise. Jetline’s top tips If you are going to port the of Civitavecchia for Rome, there is an excellent train service into Rome which costs approx 9 Euros return. Please make certain you leave enough time to get back to the ship though. hen in Barcelona you must visit Las Ramblas W and have a coffee and watch the hustle and bustle of this cosmopolitan city. In Gibraltar it is near enough the same price to take the excursion up the rock than get a local taxi. Gibraltar is the cheapest place in the Med to get your duty free bargains such as cigarettes and alcohol. 23
