After doing so, you will see a screen like this:
Log in to your Joffice™, and click either the Members Only or Jtools™ tab, and then click Jcloud™ from the drop-down menu.
Click on your language and navigate the embedded folders until you find the file you wish to download. When you click on a file you want, the file will be offered to you to open or download depending on your browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Jdrive™ Not your normal USB, Jdrive™ is powered by exclusive technology that automatically syncs with Jcloud™ as soon as it’s plugged into a computer. To make things even easier, Jdrive™ can be worn on a wristband or kept on a keychain. Jdrive™ was developed so that Distributors could utilize marketing materials even when they can’t connect to the internet—just follow these simple steps:
PC Installation Start by plugging your Jdrive™ into a PC that has internet access. A prompt should appear on your computer; click on Open this folder to view files and then click on the Setup icon in the next window. The software will ask permission to install the Jdrive™ program into your computer. Click Install and choose your language.
Mac Installation To install Jdrive™ for Mac, go to Joffice™, Members Only, then Downloads. After installation, you should see a screen like this: What you see is Jdrive™ accessing Jcloud’s online server. You may download files from any available language you wish, but keep in mind that the Jdrive™ has a storage capacity of 3.75 GB. You can add or remove any files at any time through the Jdrive™ software.
To download files, click the cloud icon on the right side of the program: Note that if you click the cloud icon next to for example, English US, you will download the entire folder. The folder or file size is noted to the right of the folder name. JEUNESSE® | Page 3
Double-click on a folder name to view the contents of that folder. For example, if you double-click on English US, you will see a screen like this:
Note that folders and files have icons to the left of the names to indicate what they are: FOLDER AUDIO FILE (For example, an MP3) PRESENTATION (POWERPOINT, PPT) PDF (Requires Adobe Reader to view, which can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.) VIDEO Once you download a file, the icon will be replaced with these icons: . These indicate that one or more of the files is on your Jdrive™. You have the option to delete a file by clicking the icon.
You can choose to download any of these folders, or continue double-clicking on folders to view their contents. If there is any folder or file you would like to download, double-click the file name or click the cloud icon. Click the back arrow at the top of each menu to navigate back a folder.
If you navigate back a folder, you will see the folder’s icon has been replaced by a circular arrow icon and an X: . If you click on this icon , it will download the remainder of the files within that folder that you have not yet downloaded. If you click the , it will delete the files within that folder that you have downloaded. If you see the icon on an individual file, this means that there is an updated version of the file on Jcloud™. Clicking on the icon will download the latest version, and replace the old version on your Jdrive™. Now that you’ve set up your Jdrive™, you can present your materials without having to connect to wifi! JEUNESSE® | Page 4
Jmobile™ This tutorial is for Apple iOS devices (iPhones/iPads). Jmobile™ is an app that gives Distributors on-the-go access to all of Jworld™. It’s also available for Android devices. Make sure to connect to wifi on your device before starting this tutorial so that your mobile data usage won’t incur charges. To access Jcloud™ with Jmobile™, open the app, log in with your Back Office credentials, and touch the icon in the top left of the screen. Scroll down to JCLOUD and touch My Files.
You should see a list of folders: Touch a folder to see that folder’s contents, and touch a file to begin downloading it. Each folder and file has an icon beside it indicating the file type. Here are two ways to download a file and view it on your device:
Downloading a PDF Before downloading any PDF files to your device, it is highly recommended that you download the free Adobe Reader app from the App Store. This app will provide the most accurate and functional viewing of PDF files. When you’ve done this, return to Jmobile™ and touch the English US folder, then the Print folder.

Touch Open in Adobe Reader and the apps will switch so you can view the PDF.
You may also touch the Mail app icon to email the PDF to a friend. Now that you’ve set up Jmobile™, you can run your business from anywhere!

Touch Save Video and the file will be placed in your iOS Photos app. Open the Photos app, touch Videos, and your downloaded video will be available and ready to play. NOTE: Jeunesse® is not responsible for any mobile data charges incurred by the downloading of materials through Jmobile™. Any materials downloaded will reside locally and take up storage space on the device.
