Mission

New Leaders Forum The New Leaders Forum is a year long leadership development series for a select group of emerging leaders of the Jewish Community. The program, sponsored by The Jewish Federation of Greater Long Beach and West Orange County, will prepare participants for lay leadership roles in synagogues, agencies, and other Jewish nonprofit organizations. The chosen participants will meet to engage in lively discussions, Past Participant speaks in front of the in-depth dialogue group. and hands on experiences led by influential speakers and facilitators. In each session, participants will gain important knowledge that will empower them to be leaders in our community. Participants will have additional opportunities for social networking, Jewish enrichment, and social action.

To ensure the future of Greater Long Beach’s Jewish Community through leadership skills building, knowledge, understanding, and community interaction.
