The concept of “Our Home” has been a continuous and recurring subject. The Jewish Federation of Greater Naples is a community builder. Through all aspects of Federation life, we are building the Jewish community of Greater Naples.

Some of us have made this our home 12 months a year. Others call Greater Naples home for nine months, six months or for different periods of time. Through it all, the Greater Naples Jewish Community is our home.

Federations are generally seen as the organization that calls people once a year and asks for a donation. The Jewish Federation of Greater Naples does conduct an Annual Community Campaign in order to support and build our Jewish agencies, organizations, programs and individuals. Our Federation does this by providing material support to more than 40 organizations and programs in Greater Naples, in Florida, around the globe and in Israel.

It is through your participation in both the Annual Community Campaign and our programs that we are able to build and strengthen our community. We build our community through engagement, which, in this case, is a fancy word that means that we are finding ways to include our community members in activities.

We are so very thankful for all that the Women’s Cultural Alliance (WCA) and the Men’s Cultural Alliance (MCA) do in terms of keeping our community members connected. Even in this time of COVID-19, they have led the way in virtual programs.

In addition, our Jewish Book Festival continues to bring hundreds of households together for each JBF event.

Our Israel Advocacy Committee, Jewish Community Relations Council, PJ Library and so much more work at helping everybody to feel at home.

This, Greater Naples, is our home! Each of you, through your participation, makes the Jewish Community of Greater Naples more vital and vibrant.

Federation is going to build the Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center. We will have a new home for Federation and for our Jewish community. We will have greater capacity for bringing our community members together. And we are in the midst of our Capital Campaign. We need your help to build our community in this way as well.

Thank you for your help in building and growing our community. Thank you for your support that permits Federation to meet its mission of enhancing and enriching the quality of Jewish life by recognizing and supporting the charitable, educational, humanitarian and social service needs of the Jewish community locally, nationally, overseas and in the State of Israel.
