Stories Survive: “Yesterday Never Sleeps” – In a discussion based on her new book “Yesterday Never Sleeps,” Jacqueline Heller, M.S., M.D., draws upon decades of clinical experience to weave together a powerful narrative that contains neuroscience, memoir of her life as a child of Holocaust survivors, and patient histories involving a range of psychological ills and trauma. Yiddish Alive is for people who are familiar with Yiddish. Attendees range from those who have some understanding of Yiddish to those who speak it fluently.
