GEO makes an ongoing effort to research and anticipate the trajectory of sustainability trends. It is important for us to be mindful of our footprint and do all we can to give back to the Earth.

PURE Earth Collection is a holistic product line focused on wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation. This collection is inspired by ancient wellness tools and the serene colors of nature. Packaging is 100% plastic-free and recycle-friendly. We began including recycling information on the packaging of our boxed crystal collections.

NEW ACCOUNTS

All new accounts must supply GeoCentral with a credit card or signed credit application including a minimum of three trade references and one bank reference, account numbers, address, and telephone numbers. F.O.B. Mason, Ohio.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND SHORTAGES

Any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt of shipment must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier’s inspection and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. GeoCentral is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder. Any damages or shortages must be reported to GeoCentral within five days of receipt. GeoCentral charges a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Additionally, customer is responsible for freight charges on refused merchandise, including any return freight charges from the carrier. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been obtained from GeoCentral. Products must be in original packaging and be in resalable condition. Products that have been customized cannot be returned. Unused credits expire in two years.

RETURNED CHECKS

There is a $25 fee for any check returned by the bank as unpaid.

BACKORDERS

Available on select items only. Terms and pricing of original orders will apply to all backorders.

All backorders less than $50.00 will be canceled.

FREE FREIGHT EVERY DAY

Free freight on orders over $2,000 if invoice is paid within terms. Orders must ship within contiguous U.S. Customers are responsible for lift gate charges.
