GEO’s research efforts over the past several years have led to the creation of mindfully packaged products and shifts in corporate practices. The launch of PURE Earth Collection inspired sustainable changes to many existing products and led our team to new insights in product development. Our facility is now 100% solar-powered, and we continue to partner with vendors to make positive-impact changes to product components, packaging, shipping materials, and logistics. While we are proud of the changes we have made, we acknowledge that this is an ongoing journey.
A. SHIPPING MATERIAL UPGRADES:
We continue to source eco-conscious shipping materials in partnership with our vendors. Conventional plastic and foam shipping materials are replaced with alternatives whenever possible.
B. PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING:
As part of our sustainability initiative, we have developed a portion of products without plastic-based components, stickers, tags, boxes, or bags for all GEO brands: GeoCentral, Shoppe Geo, and PURE Earth Collection.
C. RECYCLING MADE EASY:
Look for recycling information on updated carton markings, tracking labels, and product packaging throughout our entire line. When plastic is used in our packaging, we opt for commonly recycled resins like #1 PET and #4 LDPE.

Burning cleansing wood, incense, or herbs combines air and fire elements with the healing properties of the cleansing tool. NEW ACCOUNTS
All new accounts must supply GeoCentral with a credit card or signed credit application including a minimum of three trade references and one bank reference, account numbers, address, and telephone numbers. F.O.B. Mason, Ohio.
RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND SHORTAGES
Any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt of shipment must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier’s inspection and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. GeoCentral is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder. Any damages or shortages must be reported to GeoCentral within five days of receipt. GeoCentral charges a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Additionally, customer is responsible for freight charges on refused merchandise, including any return freight charges from the carrier. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been obtained from GeoCentral. Products must be in original packaging and be in resalable condition. Products that have been customized cannot be returned. Unused credits expire in two years.
RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $25 fee for any check returned by the bank as unpaid.

Backorders are not available, but please sign up on our website for back-in-stock notifications!
