Just Got 2 Have It! was founded in 2000 by us, but our success has been a collaborative achievement by a collection of remarkable folks: our personable and knowledgeable staff, our innovative manufacturers, and our loyal retailers. Irreplaceable. All of them.

The information shared in the following pages describes how our team works together to build, to share, and to contribute to a common vision. When you meet our team, you will learn more about each individual and how they collectively work on your behalf – but you’ll also learn about the extra services that define and differentiate our sales agency. An example? Our over-the-top VIP Meeting Room (at each showroom) for qualified retailers. Obviously no little book can describe the whole of our work, but this is a good start.

Just Got 2 Have It! made its debut in November 2000. Our team is honest and creative and passionate. And we have a lot of fun too. Much of our growth can be attributed to our great people and our great partners. But it also has a lot to do with our deep commitment to exceeding expectations. Over and over again. The Just Got 2 Have It! family has grown significantly over our 16+ year history. And so has our territory, our showroom space, our retailers, our vendors, and more. But our mission and vision remains the same: to continually bring our clients the latest in fashion and trends, while keeping them in touch with tradition. Searching the world for items that you simply just got 2 have!

Barbara Knight & Michelle Ruby Barbara and Michelle have more than two decades of valuable experience selling to retailers across the country. The two make a perfect pair, with complementary skills and a shared vision for success. Barbara focuses much of her energy on promotion and financial and administrative operations, while Michelle concentrates on sales and sales training.

Lindsey Davies

Christina got her start in the sciences (chemistry!) and brings an analytical approach to our creative team. She has a warm, fun-loving spirit that adds depth to our team.

Lindsey is in charge of all things showroom! She ensures all of our tradeshows – big or small – run smoothly from start to finish. Lindsey can be found doing a host of unique tasks to support our retail and vendor partners. No task is too small – or too big!

Alison Blackmore

Marylou Bassani

Alison is a dynamic manager and a tremendous resource, thanks to her commitment and attention to detail. She has a great ability to build strong relationships with her sales team and vendor partners, who admire and respect her work style.

Marylou heads up our back office and is our longest-standing employee. She has a history working in hospitals. Her patient care skills have transferred well into customer care and support.

Katie works closely with Michelle to manage and support the Southeast Give Division represetatives and their territories. She is a true Southerner, with a can-do attitude and boundless enthusiasm.

Sheri is an award-winning graphic designer and art director that is highly experienced in corporate imaging, product and package development, branding and marketing. She plays an integral role in creating the images and materials that allow us to effectively communicate the fresh, trend-driven personality of Just Got 2 Have It, as well as the various branding styles of our vendors. Â

Tim is a retail industry guru, having spent approximately 10 years with New York & Company before opening his own retail location. Metropolitan Deluxe was located in Virginia Highlands, a neighborhood of Atlanta. It was a lifestyle store that grew to include 11 additional locations. Tim has experience in store operations and visual and buying experience and has been a valued contributor to the Just Got 2 Have It! showroom for years.

Carla has more than 25 years of experience in the gift and home industry. She spent 15 years focusing on key account business, including her most recent stint in National Account Sales for Evergreen Enterprises. Carla has worked regularly with department store sales. She is a top-performer who believes outstanding customer relationships are the key to success.

Tina has 20+ years of experience as a sales and marketing professional. She has worked with several well-known manufacturers in the gift and home industry, including The Flamingo Design Group and Iris Arc Crystal. Most recently, Tina was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Santa Barbara Design Studio.

Lysa is an American University graduate with a degree in International Business. She has more than 25 years of international experience in a wide range of industries, including Spa and Fitness management, Blockbuster Video International, and real estate development. The common goal in each of those industries is to build sales through excellent customer service – that is our Lysa! Lysa is bilingual and understands the various, international factors that influence and build sales.

Our design team works closely with our manufacturers to ensure each of their products are clearly communicated to showroom visitors. Daniel and his team are award-winning creatives who have been recognized by AmericasMart for their displays. Just Got 2 Have It! was awarded “Best of Floor” for outstanding visual display during Atlanta’s International Gift and Home Furnishings Market in 2010.

Retail Rescue a tradeshow workshop

Daniel regularly works with retailers across the nation during his “Retail Rescue” workshops. These complimentary workshops encourage retailers to “refresh, renew, and redo” their stores. He also schedules private consultations with retailers year-round to help them improve their store layout, look, and function. Daniel also writes a monthly design blog.

Design Break with daniel

These monthly online seminars are complimentary and give retailers from coast to coast the opportunity to determine and discuss a variety of display options. Daniel is passionate about coming alongside retailers to help them achieve their sales goals. It’s an added benefit not offered by many sales agencies.

Vendor-Generated Leads Our vendors work diligently to promote their brands via social media, trade show activity, direct mail ads, etc., to generate leads. As the leads flow in, they are passed on to your JG2HI territory reps. They will personally call, or schedule a visit to close the lead. The Human Touch -- Collaborate to Close!

Additional Retailer Offerings Ask a Rep! In between shows and visits from reps retailers will likely need to order or reorder. They are encouraged to contact their rep, set an appointment and work with them on the JG2HI website to preview and then place an order. Ordering made easy! Order 24/7. Savvy retailers can order solo all day, any day, if they are comfortable navigating websites and placing their own online orders.
