Jessica Hewett
Jessica Elizabeth Hewett was mainly raised on gator meat, New Orleans funk, and southern hospitality. Before her intellectual endeavors at the University of Georgia, Jessica had a more humble beginning in the backwoods of Louisiana. She spent most of her childhood in Mandeville, a small city only thirty miles from the heart of New Orleans. Growing up, Jessica experienced more of a white bread, soccer mom, kind of childhood with the backwoods part referring more to the back woods where she played. Despite her suburbanite existence, the salty humidity of Louisiana was good to Jessica. She spent many happy hours climbing trees, riding her bike, and studying AP calculus. After twelve years in the swamps, Jessica was accepted to the University of Georgia. Jessica had a few false starts, but she eventually decided to major in Landscape Architecture and has never looked back.
