Here we are in December. This year has gone by so fast. When I think of this last year, and reflect on everything that has happened in my life and those around me, I can’t help but smile. You realize how truly blessed you are to have family and friends who support you no matter what. Family

and friends are hidden treasures. There are friends, there is family, and there are friends who become family. Take time this holiday season to reflect on your life and remember those who have come into our lives. Cherish every moment because, like I said in the first line, “time goes by so fast”. Now that the holidays are upon us, there are some guidelines that need to be followed regarding holiday lights and decorations. On Page 18, #8.3 of the ARC guidelines, it states the following: • Fall decorations may be displayed from October 1 to

November 30.

• Winter decorations may be displayed from

November 15 to January 31. • All holiday decorations may be displayed no more than 15 days prior to the holiday and removed within 15 days after the holiday. Leann Blue, General Manager Update on projects:

• Bocce Ball turf replacement: Waiting on vendor to provide proposal. • Retile of Courtyard fountains: Waiting on vendor to provide proposal. • Fitness center new cardio equipment: Bid approved by the

Board of Directors. We will be replacing the equipment as soon as installation of new carpet and painting have been completed. • New carpet in the fitness center. Bid received, presented to the Board for approval in November. • Fitness center flex center wood floor resurface.

• Tennis courts resurface: Approved. This project is scheduled for the 3rd week of December. The courts will be closed during the resurface. • New Visitors Management System: Approved. This project is in the works and we hope to have it started mid-December. • New front and back community gates: This project was presented to the board in November. • New sliding door at the Fitness Center: This is with Buildings and Grounds committee for their recommendation to the

Board of Directors.

• The 2022 budget has been approved and mailed to all owners as of November 4th.
