Valley View Food Bank – Debbie Evans, Carol Courter, Jesse (Valley View), and Carla Smith.

Our group had several successful fundraising events in December. SOuL is now in the process of distributing those funds based on membership-approved support projects. SOuL appreciates each and every resident who in some fashion contributed to our treasury. Your donations will truly help those in need in the West Valley. Salvation Army West Valley Corps – Captain Kathy Merritt (Salvation Army), Carla Smith, Debbie Evans, and Carol Courter. The photo above shows JoAnn Shaw of Ryan’s Case for Smiles receiving a recent donation of $1,000.00 from SOuL to support their work with childhood cancer patients. SOuL also contributed $500.00 to the CB Vets Annual Charity Golf Tournament for a tee sponsorship in support of that group’s fundraising event. Soul will be presenting donations in March to the Phoenix Dream Center, Saint Mary’s Food Bank, the Salvation Army West Valley Corps (to fully fund sending 20 children to summer camp), Streetlight USA, and Valley View Food Bank. In addition, SOuL supported students and educators at Thompson Ranch Elementary School.

These various donations will see $15,000 being given out

from SOuL, so far in 2022. Because of you, the residents of Corte Bella, SOuL is making a difference in our side of the Valley of the Sun. Thank you.
