I always look forward to March as Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. Management is still working on and scheduling new projects and upgrades to Corte Bella.

1. Fitness Center’s new cardio equipment will be installed this month.
2. Fitness Center new carpet has been installed.

3. New paint in the Spa rooms, Management offices, and Fitness Center has been completed. 4. Fitness Center Movement Studio wood floor resurface has been completed. 5. New Visitors Management System (VMS) is being installed. 6. New entrance and exit gates will be installed once the VMS system is completed.
The Pickleball (left) and Tennis (right) courts resurfacing projects are complete. The courts look fabulous. If you haven’t had a chance to see them for yourself, here are a few photos below.
The Association’s annual membership meeting process has begun. The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 6:00PM in the Bella Stanza room. We will have a presentation from your current Board of Directors, an update from FSR Management on all the progress over the last year as well as a raffle prize to be awarded at the end of the meeting. You must be present to win. I hope that you will attend this very important event. Those who wish to volunteer to count election ballots will be asked to put their name in a hat. Names will be drawn at random. If you are interested in helping with the ballot count, make sure to put your name in. We will need 18 counters. I would like to thank all Corte Bella volunteers for your hard work and dedication to the community during the last year. It’s you who make a difference in the community and keep Corte Bella the most desirable community in the West Valley. A big thank you to all those homeowners who have welcomed me and helped me get through my first 8 months of being your community manager. I can’t tell you how much each one of you has done for me. This community would not be the great community it is without your kindness, compassion, and general passion for your community and neighbors. This community is the Best is the West.
