Corte Bella’s Independence Day Dinner/ Dance with Faded Jeans Band

Celebrate the United States of America’s 246th birthday in style right here in your community. There will be wonderful traditional offerings in the dinner buffet and great specialty drinks for purchase to enjoy with your meal. Enjoy BBQ Rids, Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Potato Salad and much more. Faded Jeans Band, a Corte Bella favorite, will be present to help with your celebration of our great country. TAD Presents “Rock the Boat” Concert
This show brings the best of Yacht Rock – the smooth, soft rock of the 1970’s and 1980’s. Come listen to the songs of Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Hall & Oats, Ambrosia, Doobie Brothers, and many more. This musical group includes some of the finest talent around and you will love what they bring to a concert. Tickets for

This annual event is a way to show how the HOA appreciates its full-time residents who stick it out through the Arizona summer months. Prescott Fine Art and Wine Festival
Date: Saturday, August 6 Prescott Courthouse Circle Time: Depart from the Anacapa at 7:30 am. Return to Corte Bella at 5:00 PM Cost: $28 per person (includes bus transportation only)
The Mountain Artist Guild Summer Show will have more than 150 artists from throughout the state and will also feature a number of Arizona Vineyards and Wineries. There will be live entertainment and food booths plus a featured wine garden. This promises to be a great get-away-from-the-heat day in this charming city. Tickets

Tour of Cerreta Candy Company with Lunch at Gimaldi’s
Date: Tuesday, August 9 Cerreta Candy Factory in Glendale 5345 W. Glendale Avenue, Glendale Time: Depart the Anacapa at 9:00 AM; return at 3:00 PM Cost: $48 per person (includes bus transportation, factory tour, and lunch.)
This family-owned chocolate factory, located in downtown Glendale, has been operating for more than 50 years. Arizona Diamondback vs. St. Louis Cardinals Baseball at Chase Field
Date: Saturday, August 20 Chase Field Time: Depart 3:15 PM Cost: $70 (includes bus transportation, entry ticket)
Let’s all go out the ball game! You can get some peanuts and Cracker Jacks to enjoy while you watch major league baseball at its best. Leave the driving to the bus driver and don’t worry about parking. Chase Field is climate controlled and it’s the perfect way to enjoy baseball. It’s the end of summer celebration. Come celebrate the resilience and importance of the American worker and our economy. You’ll love the live music of the ever-popular Faded Jeans Band. Randy Linder’s tribute to the voice of John Fogarty is said to be the best in the business. Private Tour to Apple Annie’s
Date: Monday, September 26 Bus Trip to Wilcox, AZ Time: Depart the Anacapa Parking Lot at 7:00 AM. Return at 6:00 PM Cost: $125 per person (includes R/T bus transportation, pick-your-own fruit, lunch, apple pie, and guided visit to the Farm.)
Come spend the day at this fully operational working orchard and farm. There’ll be rows full of apple trees to pick from to take home along with other pick-your-own pears, peaches, pumpkins and more. The Country Store has a great selection of butters, jams, jellies and other great gift items. You’ll enjoy lunch from the Bakery. The pumpkin bread, pie, and homemade cider donuts are legendary. Be sure to wear sensible shoes and farm-ready clothing as it can get dusty. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended too.
