outheast Missouri’s North Student Rec Center is the home for the Redhawk’s indoor track meets. All events are held in the east gym of the facility. The Student Recreation Center is the headquarters of the Recreation Services Department and is the primary facility for recreation activity. The indoor track is a four lane, 170 meter running/walking track (9 laps per mile). A work out “pit” is the main attraction of the buliding, containing 4252 square feet of free weight, plate loaded and cable system equipment. The facility also contains multiple levels of cardio machines, with one overlooking the track and basketball courts in the east gymnasium. The east gym also features a rock climbing wall, raquetball courts and secluded dumbell room. The facility contains five

basketball courts in total and plays host to both men’s and women’s basketball practices throughout the year.
