DEAR WATCHMEN (the 1st half of this year)
Warm greetings from the City of the Great King. began with Covid-19 in Israel as one of the worst in the 2021 world. Kate and I and our community spent more time together than ever and God protected us, praise God! In January, we convened our Apostolic Multiplication Leadership meeting with most attendees online due to the lockdown, but we praise God that even with Covid-19 about 45 new congregations began in Israel this last year. In January-February, we convened 5 pastors’ meetings in the 5 regions of Israel online with an average of about 30-40 pastors in each meeting. We thank God for the unity of the Body in the cities of Judah in the South, Gush Dan - the western coastal cities, greater Haifa, western Galilee, greater Nazareth, eastern Galilee. The unity of the Body is growing, and especially smaller congregations are multiplying with now between 600-700 congregations. We celebrated entering my Jubilee 50th year in the ministry. Time to receive the double portion of His grace and anointing for all that lies ahead! In March, we held our 29th Isaiah 19 Highway Convocation online for the first time. It was strongly attended, and we had more from the Isaiah 19 Highway nations than ever, as God is bringing greater multiplication than ever through the shakings and salvation in the 33 nations of the Isaiah 19 Highway. On May 13th, we convened Great Commission Ascension – Glorification - Coronation Day of the King. 12,000 groups joined us globally from the 12 Gateways of the nations to pray for the fulfillment of the Great Commission in the 24/7 watches for 12 days from May 13th-24th. The anointing was the strongest ever. We believe for a great breakthrough of the harvest in Israel and all nations during 2021-22. This was during the 11 days war with Gaza, but still 35 pastors joined us in Jerusalem from all over Israel with another 85 online. We even had a pastor from Gaza and 3 from Ashkelon, the closest Jewish city to Gaza, and praise God, calm has been restored. God moved in a powerful way. We ended the 12 days with a powerful global Pentecost Sunday service from the City of Pentecost, with Heidi Baker, Boris Grisenko, Afeef Halasah, Charles Abraham, Pastor Rong (China) and pastors Tom and Kate Hess. We also participated in the Pentecost service of Empowered 21. We believe Israel and the nations will never be the same!
leaders, where the Israelis went through Lions Gate raising an Israeli flag and reunifying the city as capital of Israel in 1967. We are supporting Laborers for the Harvest in Israel and the Isaiah 19 Highway nations. We need $180,000 before the end of June 2021 for this fund. We also need $300,000 for our Aliyah Fund by the end of August 2021 to help the Joshua Generation – 18-25 year olds – to make Aliyah and absorption through the Kibbutz Ulpan Program for 5 months and to support our 24/7 Aliyah House of Prayer in Brooklyn, New York. Your contribution for these needs would be appreciated as there are challenges faced by the Jewish communities that have been hit hard in the nations by corona. Your sacrificial gift at this Kairos time for the good news, multiplication of disciples, and Aliyah would be a great blessing for Israel. We thank God, due to your prayers, and now 85% of Israel has been vaccinated, corona has disappeared in Israel with no new cases in Israel daily, going from one of the highest rates to the lowest nations in the world. Israel is allowing delegates from these 14 nations so far for those who are vaccinated (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson): from US, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Iceland, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong and we pray more nations will be able to bring delegates as well. We believe God to raise up a Gideon’s Army of 300 Government Leaders from 100 nations for this with diplomatic passports. We did many powerful prayer zooms with leaders globally and an awesome convocation with Boris’ Congregation in Ukraine where more than 22,000 people joined, and also with one of the largest churches in Korea. We thank God, our four 24/7 communities keeping day and night prayer in Jerusalem, the Golan Heights in the north of Israel, Eilat in the south of Israel, and Brooklyn, New York, USA with the largest Jewish population in the world.

It can only survive by daily miracles and prayer. Only if he is walking in the fear and favor of God, will he be able to succeed. May God’s will be done in Israel as it is in Heaven and may Israel be healed and saved.

We praise God for being able to gather with 20 key Jewish & Arab Joshua Generation Leaders on the ground at the House of Prayer on December 9th, 2020 in the midst of Covid-19 for our Isaiah 19 Youth Convocation. We also had about 30 different leaders that shared with us powerful testimonies on Zoom. It was the day before the first night of Hanukkah when the young leaders assembled to be reminded of being the light in the midst of darkness. A number of teenagers shared anointed stories of how God is touching their lives and reaching out to the young Jewish & Arab communities.

T
his Annual Isaiah 19 Highway Convocation for the whole Middle East took place on Zoom this year from JHOPFAN on March 24th – 26th. We had all the 33 nations represented in the Middle East, including Israel, and heard powerful and touching testimonies of how God moves among the Muslims today. We could testify of the harvest today and more to come in the following years. Praise God for faithful servants that labor, day and night, laying down their lives for the Kingdom of God to come on earth as it is in heaven. Please pray with us and stand in the gap for more breakthrough to come this year in the Isaiah 19 Highway Nations. We thank God for all the wonderful things He is doing in the Middle East & Israel today!

Joshua Generation Convocation at Jerusalem House of Prayer For All Nations April 29th, 2021
T
his time we had the grace of God to allow us to meet with 50 young Joshua generation leaders, both Jews & Arabs. We heard amazing testimonies of how new congregations starting among the youth leaders and quite a few young people coming to the Lord both among the Jewish Orthodox community, as well as in the Muslim sector. Praise God for burning hearts to serve the King in this land. We ask you to continue to stand with us in prayer for more fruit to come this year for His Kingdom.
National Leadership Convocation & The Great Commission Ascension Day at Jerusalem House of Prayer For All Nations

e had 35 Jewish and Arab leaders in person from JHOPFAN and almost 85 people online for our 29th annual Great Commission Ascension Day. We gave out new pastors directories for all congregations; 45 new congregations were formed in Israel in the year of corona. At 6am in the morning, we also held a global Zoom meeting to kick off the Global Last Days Upper Room 24/7 hosted in 12,000 places in the 12 Gateways, as we celebrated the Ascension of Yeshua into Heaven, His glorification and coronation as King in Heaven. This was 40 days after His resurrection, and 10 days before the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We praise God and believe we will see a great harvest of souls as the fruit of our prayers, and the great outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the end times on all flesh.

2 0 2 1:Aliyah ALIYAH KIBBUTZ ULPAN Program
W
e warmly welcomed 50 of our 250 new olim (Jewish immigrants), ages 18-25 on May 31, 2021 in conjunction with the Jewish Agency. For 5 months, these young people are absorbed into a kibbutz where they learn Hebrew intensively and start to integrate into Israeli society. At the end of the program, they are able to begin their new life as Israeli citizens. We thank everyone who continues to contribute towards our Aliyah Fund which goes to benefit these young ones making their journey HOME after many millennia. You can share in this harvest of righteousness for all eternity by sowing into their lives. They are always very touched when they discover that Christians from the nations have supported them in this tremendous journey HOME. Every time, we welcome the new olim, we experience such great joy of seeing God’s words fulfilled: “And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” Isaiah 35:10 8

E vents & Convocat ions PASTOR TOM HESS JUBILEE YEAR OF MINISTRY BEGINS

O
n February 26th, 2021 we celebrated the beginning of Pastor Tom Hess’ Jubilee Year of Ministry since being Ordained in 1972 in the Jesus Movement Fellowship. We praise God for bringing forth 30-fold, 60-fold, and 100-fold fruit throughout his years, beginning in the Jesus Movement Festivals 1972 – 1978. Some highlights from over the years since then include his 10 years spent in Washington D.C. during Ronald Reagan’s Presidency, holding unity prayer meetings, and praying and fasting for a breakthrough in the pro-life movement. After his 40 day fast, a pro-life Supreme Court Chief Justice Rehnquist was suddenly confirmed on the court, and also Scalia. Praise God! In 1987, the Jerusalem House of Prayer for All Nations was birthed, with 24/7 prayer held on the Mount of Olives for 34 years now, and marrying his beloved wife Kate in 2006. We believe these years in Israel have brought forth 100-fold harvest, as Watchmen have been established on the walls of Jerusalem 24/7, who never hold their peace day or night, and as the Word of the Lord is published from Jerusalem, and every nation in the world has prayed in JHOPFAN. Also, we have seen great reconcilation between Jews & Arabs along the Isaiah 19 Highway! We believe for the fullness of a Jubilee Breakthrough in his Jubilee Year of service to the King! "And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.” Leviticus 25:10
Esther Fast & 50 Days of Fasting :

undown, February 26 – March 1, 2021, the Lord led us to call a global Esther Fast during the days of Purim, and our first ever Esther Fast where participants could join on zoom. We had individuals and groups join from around the world; 3 larger groups joined from Malawi, Malaysia, and Mozambique. We prayed for the global situation regarding the Jewish people (anti-Semitism, the need for Aliyah, the elections, protection over Israel, the opening of the borders, etc.) We continued for 50 days of Daniel fasting, as we continued to pray and believe God for a breakthrough all over the world with covid-19, for Israel’s elections, for God’s face and identity to be revealed during the holy days of Palm Sunday, Passover and Resurrection Sunday and during the Muslim feast of Ramadan. We believe this is the year of Jubilee – the year of the greatest breakthroughs yet!!! As we continue through many seasons of prayer and fasting, may God strengthen you to not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you WILL reap the Harvest. Our Redeemer lives and is coming soon…look up as you are praying!!!

he All Nations European Convocation April 30 – May 1, 2021 was a powerful time together, T with more than 22,000 attendees from 85 nations attending online over the 2 days, the majority attending from Russia, Ukraine, and Brazil. Pastor Tom Hess shared a revelatory message on the Eternal Gospel, revealing how the Lamb of God was slain from the foundation of the world. We see the application of the blood of Yeshua from Genesis to Revelation, from Melchizedek to Cain and Abel, from Egypt into the Promised Land, and from King David’s intimacy with the Messiah, unto the fulfillment of blood sacrifice completed in Yeshua. We also note the application of Yeshua’s blood for us today, from the time of Jesus’ resurrection, ascension, and Great Commission. We were inspired by God as the Alpha and Omega, beginning and End. We also heard a moving message from Heidi Baker, and from Boris Grisenko speaking on being saturated in the love of God. It was also a blessing to hear from Ana Paula Valadao, Asher Intrater, and Sid Roth as we came together to bless our King. Praise God for the breakthrough over Ukraine, Europe, and the world during this blessed convocation!

n May(27th-28th), the first BMI (Bridge Mission for Israel) conference on Israel and the Holy Spirit, was held at Full Gospel Gangnam Church located in Seoul, Korea. Pastor Tom Hess was invited to speak as a main speaker and delivered two messages on the theme of "Israel & the Holy Spirit", and "the Eternal Gospel". The Holy Spirit worked in a powerful way. People who attended the conference were greatly encouraged and inspired to watch the Word, 700 scriptures about the return of the Jewish people. We believe that the Holy Spirit, who brought the nation Korea up from the grave, will use Korea to be His witness to the "dry bones" to arise as an exceedingly great army. Korean watchmen will proclaim, pray and praise the 700 scriptures until Jerusalem is established as a praise in the midst of the earth! THE WATCHMEN'S Journal

PALM SUNDAY, PASSOVER, RESURRECTION SUNDAY W
e rejoice that this year, unlike last year, we were able to gather with friends (outside of our immediate community) for Palm Sunday, Passover, and Resurrection Sunday. This is always a very special time to be in the Holy Land, walking in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Palm Sunday was the first official large scale event opened up to the Israeli population in 2021. It was amazing to see the local people flood to the Mount of Olives to commemorate this day when Jesus was declared King over the nation, while riding on a donkey according to Zechariah 9:9. This year, we walked in procession from JHOPFAN to the Golden Gate where we heralded the coming of King once again to His City. We celebrated the Passover with 40 people from our community and other local families, recognizing and worshipping the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of this world. On Resurrection Sunday, we journeyed to our personal home where we read the scriptures about the resurrection of our Lord and shared testimonies of what the resurrection means to each of us. It was a powerful morning of proclamation and thanksgiving! We are so thankful that we have been able to freely gather again to praise, pray and proclaim together, preparing the way for the coming of the King of Glory!

Shavuot/Pentecost; Pentecost Sunday Shavuot
May 17th, 2021 his year we celebrated Shavuot according to the Jewish calendar, falling on May 17th, 2021. We were pleased to have Pastor Afeef Halasah and his beloved wife Majeda, from Jordan, joined us as we read through the book of Ruth. In Jewish tradition – the book of Ruth is associated with the Feast of Weeks, as the book of Ruth took place during the barley harvest and is often read in honor of this season. We were blessed by a Shavuot teaching by Batya Segal, sharing the significance of our Kinsman Redeemer, and how this Jewish feast culminates in a revelation of Yeshua as our Kinsman Redeemer today.

Pentecost Sunday GLOBAL FROM THE CITY OF PENTECOST, JERUSALEM
May 23rd, 2021 n Pentecost Sunday, we held a Global Zoom prayer meeting with the nations, joined by Heidi Baker, Ps. Tom and Kate Hess, Afeef Halasah, Boris Grisenko, Ps. Charles Abraham and Pastor Rong from China, each one sharing a moving message on the significance of Pentecost Sunday from Jerusalem, the City of the Great King, and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We were refreshed and refired by this powerful time of prayer with the nations, followed by joining Empowered21, praying for the Great Commission to be fulfilled in our day, from the ends of the earth back to Jerusalem.

We experienced the fire and the anointing of 24/7 were released from Jerusalem to the nations (South Asian nations and the Pacific Islands countries). From HK church 611, it was reported that 126 people joined from different places joined the prayers, and that the Gospel is being preached to all the unreached people in HK, China and the Golden Gate nations. From the ends of the earth; at the Pacific Islands prayer meeting, we were joined by individuals, churches, houses of prayer and families from Samoa, Fiji, American Samoa, New Caledonia, and Palau, New Zealand and Australia. Many people joined the 24 hour prayer meeting for the first time, and many received a fresh understanding as why it's important to pray for Israel and Jerusalem, as well as a fresh revelation of the Great Commission. Many in attendance also received fresh revelation and understanding about the great Commission, from the ends of Earth back to Jerusalem.
Bethlehem gate (May 14th - 15th; 6AM - 6AM)
We thank God for the nations in Bethlehem gate for standing in the gap in a great number for Israel and for their nations and all the nations in the Bethlehem Gate. This year the response for 24hrs prayer was good as many congregations joined. Bethlehem gate prayed on 14th May-15th 2021. Praise God for such powerful prayers! Participating nations: Botswana, Central Africa, DRC, Gabon, Lesotho, S. Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Ein Kerem gate (May 15th - 16th; 6AM - 6AM)
Glory to God for Ein Kerem Gate for the wonderful prayer sessions during 24hr prayer on 15th-16th May 2021. We thank God for all He mobilized to understand the importance of praying through the fulfillment of the Great Commission in the entire region! Participating nations: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, and Togo.
Bethel gate (May 16th - 17th; 6AM - 6AM)
The people of the Bethel Gate are not numerous, but blessed in their love for Israel and the Jewish people. In addition to Russia, which is located in a large part of the Bethel Gate, the rest of the countries are predominantly Muslim. And it is all the more joyful to see with what faithful hearts the intercessors of these nations respond and are included in prayers for God's chosen people! We believe that God is opening the doors for all people in the Bethel Gate to glorify the Lord at the 2021 All Nations Convocation Jerusalem, in the City of the Great King.
Samuel’s Mountain gate (May 17th - 18th; 6AM - 6AM) Over 200 places in Russia, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, and Belarus joined the 24/7 prayer day for Samuels Mt. Gate. Also Ukraine, Sweden and Norway reported their participation in the last days upper room prayer call. Worship and prayers for Israel and for their own nations were offered up according to the prayer points given, also according to the book “House of Prayer for All Nations“ and however the Holy Spirit was leading them.

Jaffa gate (May 18th - 19th; 6AM - 6AM)
A team from Canada described seeing the Father extending out His rod and separating the sheep from the goats, wrapping up His children in a cloak of humility. Scrolls were released, and that of destiny, being imprinted on the innmost being, and a great network of vines were seen, connecting the remnant of His people. Participating nations: Canada, France, Portugal, Spain, and USA.
New gate (May 19th - 20th; 6AM - 6AM)
Groups from 13 different Nations, in 17 locations joined the 24/7 prayer day between Ascension Day and Pentecost. Altogether approximately 350-400 people were involved. The main topics of prayer according to the reports I received were repentance for each nation and the cry for people to turn back to God's ways according to 2 Chronicles 7:14. More than before, people prayed for their governments and proclaimed scriptures. Other impressions were that it`s time to trust in God alone, to honor God, for people to wake up and stand for truth, to allow pruning/ correction and sanctification.
Damascus gate (May 20th - 21st; 6AM - 6AM)
From 20 to 21 May, the watchmen and intercessors in this gate stood in prayers for Israel and all the nations. This time more than 300 locations united in prayer and proclamation of the truth of God. We have received many testimonies of how the Lord touched the intercessors in prayer at this time. And we joyfully watch God's work in the hearts of believers who accept the revelation of Israel as the firstborn of our Lord. We praise the Lord, bless Israel and pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Bethany Gate (May 21st - May 22nd; 6AM - 6AM)
The upper room prayer was a big blessing for the nations of the Bethany gate. More than 40 countries joined this prayer and felt the Ark of His Presence. Most of these countries are Islamic nations like Lebanon, Syria, Algeria, Sudan, Mauritania, but they still joined this upper room prayer and were showered in His presence. Some were seen crying and repenting for the families and nations, and some were giving testimonies of how this prayer was useful in receiving revelation from the Holy Spirit. Overall the experience was beyond imagination!
Mevasseret gate (May 22nd - May 23rd; 6AM - 6AM)
We had a number of nations take place from the Mevasseret Gate, primarily from Brazil and Mexico. However, in Colombia, a pastor described that when they prayed, they experienced the skies opened and they were in front of the Throne of God. They understood the preciousness of the moment. Also, God gave them assignments for the world and for their nation.
Mount Zion gate (May 23rd -May 24th ; 6AM - 6AM)
We thank God for the nations in Mt. Zion Gate which started their 24hr prayer on 23rd-24th, which was a very strategic time for Mt. Zion, as we began on the very morning day of Pentecost. It is so significant that where the Holy Spirit filled the disciples in the upper room is on Mt. Zion! Participating nations: Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania,. Praise God for all who stood in the gap for Israel and for all their nations in Mt. Zion Gate!
Lions Gate (May 24th - MAy 25th ; 6AM - 6AM)
Many Christians and nations joined together to hold the 24/7 in their local places and also joined together online from different cities and nations. We believe those prayers will bring a big breakthrough for salvation, like a blazing torch, shining upon the unreached people groups in the Lions gate nations [China, Korea (South and North), Japan, Mongolia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan). Harps, Hospitals,Humanitarian Aid Harps In this season of great challenge, we have been greatly encouraged by the expansion of the harp program within Israel. In December, during Hanukkah, we hosted a 3-day harp training for 18 local children. We also traveled to significant biblical and historical sites connected to the Hanukkah and the harp, where we learned and played the harp. God is truly raising up and releasing the next generation of Jewish & Arab worshippers in Spirit and in Truth!
Hospitals Last year, we were asked by Hadassah Ein Kerem, one of the largest hospitals in Israel, to initiate a harp program in the children’s wards, where trained music therapists would use the harps to minister to the sick children. We were blessed with this opportunity to expand the harp program in Israel. We were able to give 5 harps initially. Since then, we’ve seen tremendous fruit and healing come forth in the lives of these children. So much so that we opened a new program in Hadassah’s hospital on Mount Scopus (near the Mount of Olives) this May. The directors and music therapists shared how the children hold the harps in their beds and play them and how this ministers to them. The music therapists also play for them and over them and testify how their vital signs improve 100% while playing the harp. We will continue to give harps to the hospitals in Jerusalem, as the Lord provides. For $2500 each, we are able to purchase more harps, with a plaque of the donor’s name on it, and we will provide you with info about where your harp is placed for prayer purposes. Please prayerfully consider giving towards the Hospital Harp Program!
Humanitarian Aid We were also asked to be the patron of harps for a youth music conservatory in Jerusalem. We recently donated 3 harps (and hoping to give more as soon as we are able) to their program. The children and youth played a special concert for us on the harps and expressed their gratitude! Please prayerfully consider sponsoring a harp for this program as well! God is raising up a worshipping army in the land of Israel!

New Moon Harp Symphonies Jerusalem Children’s Fund has been supporting the ongoing monthly training for local children to learn to play harp! We do this every month at the beginning of the month. Over the last year, we have been inviting people to participate every month of Zoom. Please join us! Thank you for your support for this fund so we can continue with all harp related activities, including the monthly trainings, harp camps, hospital programs (in children’s wards), youth music conservatories, and all other facets of humanitarian aid! As you give, may these children live!
Jesus' Birthday Party In December 2020, with the current corona restrictions, we asked Abba for creative solutions. He showed us to do an outdoor live drama and invite, not only the neighborhood children, but also the neighborhood camel and donkey. In fact, since March, this was their first outing, as there have been no tourists. The children and animals alike, were so happy to join this joyful celebration of our King’s birth into the world He created. Over 100 children during the course of 4 hours came to hear the good news and to ride on the camel and donkey. We rejoice in our King and Savior and in the creativity He freely gives to all who ask! Continue to pray for all the seeds that have been sown to be watered and eventually harvested!

Christian Leaders from around the world stood with Jerusalem Day of Prayer and published their support of the united Jerusalem, with Jews and Arabs living in peace, on the front page of the Jerusalem Post newspaper on the historic day in 1967 when Jerusalem was reunited under Israeli sovereignty. We praise God for a special and anointed gathering with about 60 Jewish & Arab Leaders, including some international leaders at Tom & Kate’s house, overlooking the Temple Mount and Golden Gate. We experienced God’s strong presence during the harp worship, praying according to the scriptures, and proclaiming God’s Word about Jerusalem! There was a powerful unity and spirit of God’s freedom to come in one accord and stand in the gap for the breakthrough in the City of the great King, preparing the way for His return! There was a wonderful sense of brotherhood between the Jewish & Arab pastors who prayed and proclaimed together God’s Word in their own language, in Hebrew & Arabic. Many beautiful songs were sung in Hebrew, Arabic & English, including “Jerusalem of Gold”! At the end we shared the communion that was served by a local Jewish & Arab pastor. We prayed for protection and salvation of the cities of Judah and Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
