the THIRD RESERVE | Singapore PennDesign | Co-Lead Project Designer/Landscape Designer *1st Place, Vertical Cities Asia Design Competition (Rhino/V-Ray/Photoshop/Illustrator) The THIRD RESERVE is a new urban typology that bundles development, infrastructure and open space, optimized. The site is a decommissioned airbase and is wrapped in industrial land use. The concept is to break it and open the site to the existing neighborhoods. As the urbanized edge develops, it frames the productive landscape core, creating a cultivated icon for Singapore.

Shifting Points | Malpe, India Studio Critic: Anuradha Mathur (Rhino/V-Ray/Photoshop/Illustrator) The project is a suite of coastal resilience designs for the port town of Malpe. With monsoon season and lunar cycles that shift in time. A Calendar of Events device is created to map out these interrelationships, producing points in times for design implementation.

The corridors host a range of conditions that hinder realization of a trail system. From narrow widths and rail crossings to swaths of vacant lots and abandoned warehouses. Creating a catalog of these to understand and address their conditions opens an opportunistic approach to not only make the trail viable, but introduces economic development to local neighborhoods to integrate blighted communities to a larger network of Philadelphia.
