As the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort celebrates it’s 50th anniversary, change is afoot in Teton Village. Construction for the resort’s new high-speed quad, the Teton Lift, is underway, along with several new development and renovation projects at the mountain’s base. In June 2015, local real estate developer and Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker, Rob DesLauriers, sold his share of the Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Companies to Seattle-based Noble House Hotels and Resorts. “These two resorts, known for their upscale, rugged luxury, are a perfect complement to our portfolio of true-to-place lifestyle hotels,” said Pat Colee, Noble House Founder and Chairman of the Board. “In addition to being perennially ranked as a No. 1 ski destination, Jackson Hole is a yearround adventure destination and naturally appeals to the Noble House Hotels & Resorts guest.” With a philosophy that emphasizes “location, distinction and soul,” the Noble House recognizes the authenticity and charm that makes both hotels the success that they are today and has no significant plans to change the legacy DesLauriers leaves behind. “This transition positions both hotels for a new
