Visitors to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort during the last two years have, no doubt, noticed the giant construction site next to the iconic aerial tram in the heart of Teton Village. Locals and visitors alike are eagerly awaiting the anticipated completion of Caldera House this summer 2016. Caldera House, informally know as the “The House” is a project that everyone can get excited about. The private, luxury condo-hotel will offer high-end condos and memberships, with access to a state of the art locker room, valet parking, concierge services, highend spa facilities, and a members’ lounge. Caldera House will also include a coffee shop, restaurant and a retail shop for visitors and locals to enjoy. Caldera House will have eight units available for short term rental; there will be no private ownership. Half of the condominiums will have four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms at approximately 5,000 square feet. The remaining units will

feature two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms at approximately 1,500 square feet. Renowned local firm, Carney Logan Burke, is the architectural team behind the property, while Los Angeles-based Commune Design is heading up the interior design. Each of the eight condos will be unique and personalized. “The intention is for the property to feel very residential— warm, inviting and interesting,” says Pamela Lenci, Caldera House General Manager.

“The House” is currently taking reservations for Premier Memberships and plans to offer Full and Social Memberships in the future. Caldera House has a temporary office located at 3300 W.
