REALTRENDS RECOGNIZES THE TOP LOCAL REAL ESTATE AGENTS

State and national sales rankings highlight industry-leading professionals.

Every summer, real estate industry analysts RealTrends releases the definitive ranking of real estate professionals throughout the United States. For years, this independently-verified, state-bystate ranking was known as America’s Best and recognized the top individuals and sales teams in the industry based on the prior year’s sales volume or number of transaction sides represented. New for 2024, the state-by-state ranking now reflects the integrity of its process with an updated title— RealTrends Verified—and includes a broader data set than ever before.

The esteemed national ranking, The Thousand, is now released simultaneously with RealTrends Verified and continues to rank America’s top1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on prior year sales volume and transaction sides. The Thousand comprises a collection of four distinct categories: the top-250 agents by sides, top-250 agents by sales volume, top250 teams by sides, and top-250 teams by sales volume.

For the coveted 2024 national rankings, Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty proudly supported two of the top-250 sales teams featured within the sales volume category of the RealTrends Thousand. Huff | Vaughn | Sassi ascended the list to rank eighth in the nation for sales volume among medium teams—up from 41 in 2023, and 18 in 2022.
