JHTA Customer Care & Product Support (Lodging a Service Request) Step

Action to take

When

Log into the JHTA online portal to lodge your service request: http://jhta.com.au/service/ Select either Commercial or Consumer support and complete all fields before submitting your request. If unsure of how to proceed simply click on the help option on the service page.

As soon as an issue has been identified.

A web reference number will be issued to the email address you’ve supplied to confirm your request.

Immediately after online service request lodgement.

You will receive a second email with your Job Reference Number which indicates your job is being processed by one of our support team members. If you have not received your Job Reference Number within 2 working days please email: service@jhta.com.au and quote your Web Reference Number

Within 24 hours of receiving the web request during business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

Our friendly professional service technicians will arrive to perform all the necessary repairs, maintenance or modifications required.

Technicians will arrive no later than 48 business hours after receipt of your Job Reference Number for Commercial requests and 4 business days for Consumer requests.
