Robin Tuesday 14th May 2019 Hard hat and hi-vis at the ready, Robin headed to the Manchester Central Convention Complex to set up ahead of the busy week ahead at the BIBA Conference. Transportation of many kinds were used to make way into Manchester, with Mark Searcy choosing aeroplane, Richard Burgess selecting Virgin rail, and Ben & Barry Brook no doubt car pool karaoke-ing their way to Manchester. We were delighted to host so many of you for a fine meal on Tuesday night at the superb, family-run Gios Ristorante in the middle of Manchester. It is so rare to find an entire menu open to over 40 guests, all freshly cooked on the night, and all exquisite.

Wednesday 15th May 2019 Wednesday is somewhat harder to piece together, as there was a lot more movement on the night. I shared a drink with a few after a late night on the Tuesday with the ABACUS meet.
