As a designer, I am constantly seeking inspiration, drawing mostly from humans` interaction with their environments on a fundamental level. This has developed into a deep respect for the environment, both built and natural, and I am constantly seeking bridges to build between these assumed dichotomies.

This is a student studio project. Site is located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in China. The building was required designed as the headquarter for Central Railway Co. in Wuhan, which works for the business in Central China.

Architecture part and interior part were both thought and designed as complete as possible Wuhan in the most populous city in Central China, located at the intersection of the middle reaches of Yangtze and Han rivers. It is a major transportation hub, with dozens of railways, roads and expressways passing through the city and connecting to major cities in Mainland China. Because of its key role in domestic transportation .Wuhan was sometimes referred to as the “ Chicago of China�.

After analysis the site, the railway is at the north side of the site, Zhongshan Road is at the south side of the site, so the main entrance was designed at the south side. Considering the large volume of circulation might happen in this site, automobile path was separated with the walking path for people, and designed as a loop..

The way in which we shop has changed dramatically over the past few years. Yet as High Street shopping is replaced with the convenience of the online store, the experience of touching, trying, and smelling an object will never be replaced. Whilst some of the larger chains are struggling to implement web based change, we would like to build a new concept store taking it to another level.

The first of many to be rolled out, we hope our concept store is at the cusp of this retail revolution. It is an online store you can walk in to; there is no stock, no cash, no till, and no product to take home All that is needed to make a purchase in the store is a smart phone, (or one of the in-store ďźŒIpads ) . The rest of the available space is dedicated to the range of clothes, shoes, bags and any other things need sell, which means the Slide Concept Store can boast a larger range of stock on a much smaller footprint. .

The original site was an old parking construction, with ramps in the building connecting floors. To make use of the original structure, and keep the function of parking , we hope to construct a store people could do driving and shopping at the same time. So we construct more ramps and stores with stairs, which make people and cars move in Store.

At the same time, ramps might help to stimulate customers active in the space.

More comunication would happen in this fluid space.

Conception: This project is a small size environment law firm, for almost twenty people to work together.

Attempt has been done to make people working together or using the space can feel natural and relaxed.

To design a better dynamic, walls are designed in stagger ways and different materials. Thus, when lawyer and employees are in the public spaces can keep optical communication with each other for the glass walls, when they are in their office they can concentrate their works for the wood walls depart the noise.

Interior Design of Hotel in Wuxi, China Jiacong Lu work sample 4 Design in 2013 The hotel is located in the “Jiang Nan� area. The stone bridge cross the water in river, with the local residential building in background, composing the normal picture in the area. Thus, elements from the local architecture and furniture are selected and designed in the hotel. The two kinds main color in this hotel are the white, black, gray, and blue, which refers from the stone bridge, local architecture and water in river. While to make visitors in this hotel feel not boring, modern materials have been used in the interior design.

Clients in this bedroom might feel they are sleeping in the clouds and dreaming in the sly. The color in the bedroom is soft and warm with blue, which may assist visitors feel the sky. Colorful carpet in shape of cloud are used to make the bedroom more interesting
