- Scale - Drawing numbers - Title - Date Why might this information be important? It is important to acknowledge the working team and respect their efforts. All the other detail information is used to make the viewers clear about what they are looking at and the designers easy to work with by referring to different pieces of drawings. 2

Yes, there is a grid on the drawing. Number 1 to 16 and letter A to E are labeled horizontally and vertically to identify the grid lines. This makes it easier for viewers to locate certain points in different scales - Why is some information found in General Notes? General Notes provides targets for certain professionals to search to disciplinary parts of the working drawings.

- Is there a grid? What system is used for identifying the grid lines?

- What is the purpose of the legend? Referable. It explains the abbreviations used in the pictures or the maps. Therefore it does not look messy in the drawings and provides information at the same time. - Why are some parts of the drawing annotated? Illustrate how the annotations are associated with the relevant part of the drawing. Annotations in the drawing provide more specific details on particular design which is not referable to general legend. They also help professionals to be conscious about some small details - Illustrate how the locations of sections are identified on the plan. What do these symbols mean? Locations of sections are identified on the plan by the dash line’s call-outs. The symbols are used to refer to another drawings that the details for the section are provided
