N-COM is the line of communication systems that have been produced by the Nolan Group, specifically for Nolan helmets. Thanks to the modular design of the line, the rider can choose the configuration that best meets their needs: talk wirelessly with the passenger or with another motorcycle, receive and make phone calls, listen to music and connect to a satellite navigation device or to other multimedia devices via cable or Bluetooth.

The N-COM kits integrate perfectly in the Nolan helmets, ensuring an unchanged comfort and minimum aerodynamic impact. The conversation is clear and precise even at high speed and the audio quality is excellent.

Configuration N-COM Mobile The “N-Com Mobile” configuration allows you to connect your Nolan helmet, equipped with Basic Kit 2, to a mobile phone (through the Mobile Wire accessory, specific for each mobile phone model), or to connect the helmet (through the Multimedia Wire accessory) to multimedia sources such as MP3 (equipped with 3.5 mm stereo outlet), satellite navigators or radios for motorcycle-motorcycle communication.

Bluetooth Kit X-Series fits perfectly inside compatible helmets, maintaining comfort. The aerodynamic impact is minimised thanks to a control keyboard, perfectly integrated in the shell of the helmet.

The sound is excellent even at high speeds, thanks to an effective external noise reduction microphone and high sensitivity speakers. Multiple functions, via cable or Bluetooth include conversation with the passenger, receiving and making phone calls, listening to music and connection to the satellite navigator or to other multimedia devices. To make motorcyclists life easier, Kappa has created the “Tanky” soft luggage fitting system. It is a practical fixing system which allows owners of motorcycles with non-metalic tanks to have a quick and easy attachment / detachment operation.

The solution is provided by the soft Tanky base, produced in a non-scratch and non-slip material it adheres with precision to the tank. Two adjustable belts fix it firmly to the steering dinghy and to the frame. This base has an opening for the tank fillercap, the bag is laid and fixed by using clips on both the base and bag.

As a result there is no need for the never ending sequence of belts and elastics. Along with the bike specific Tanky bases, kappa has also created a universal solution: TKB00 which is adaptable to non-metallic tanks, recommended for naked and sports motorcycles. The base allows the mounting of all Kappa tanks with a capacity higher than 10 ltrs.

Sizing Chart

Sizing Chart Shown right is the correct way to measure the circumference of your head, in order to determine the best size of your new helmet. Check the circumference across the forehead, above the ear and at the back of the head as illustrated.

Allow some tolerance in case of very long or thick hair and be sure to try on both smaller and larger helmets to confirm size: the helmet should be a secure and snug fit and allow for a small amount of “bedding in� from new.
