Department of Value Education Institutions of higher education are the cradle where the human and humane values are nurtured, inculcated and imbibed. Today there is a greater need to impart value education to the young adults to counter the culture of fragmentation and extreme individualism leading to the erosion of the basic value system. Aligning with the guidelines with the regulatory, statutory and religious educational society to which Salesian College is affiliated, the College felt the need to start the Department of Value Education from the Session 2013 – 2014.
