All you have to do is the following: • Order at least $40 in product (not including shipping and tax) every month for the 6 month duration of the club In return you will: • Receive your order each month of the products your choose • Earn at least the first level of Party Rewards when it's your turn to host • Collect all of the great hostess benefits for your host month • If you are the hostess and there are unused specials from other members of the group, you have first dibs on purchasing them • Be able to take advantage of the great customer specials each month • Find out about upcoming specials, holiday items, new catalog before non-members! Hostess of the Month Club FAQS: Why spend $40 a month? Each hostess agrees to purchase at least $40 in product every month. By spending $40(before shipping and tax), you guarantee that each monthly Hostess has a party volume of AT LEAST $240 (based on 6 members). Though it usually ends up being more. It also gives you the opportunity to qualify for the Monthly Customer Special most months. We all love the monthly specials and this is a great way to make sure we get them! Can someone else make a purchase for me? Yes! Your best friend or cousin or neighbor or sister...anyone can buy something wonderful! Or you can use it to buy a special birthday or holiday gift for someone you love. You are only agreeing that a purchase is made on your behalf each month, but you don't have to be the one making it. What is the duration of the club? Six Months! That's 6 ladies participating for 6 months. How will the orders be collected? However you'd like! You can order right from my website by going to the My Parties tab and selecting that month's hostess, or you can contact me via email, Facebook, call, or text and tell me what you want! Orders and
payment must be in by 8PM on the 20th of each month. The hostess will then be sent a link where she can fill out a survey for her order. *December is the exception. Orders and payment must be in by Dec 5th in order to be delivered in time for the holidays. Can anyone join?
Sure! As long as you live in Alberta you are able to join. You are NOT required to live all in the same place. Products will be shipped directly to
you if you’re out of the Edmonton area. If you are not in Edmonton, there will be an additional direct shipping fee of $6.50. Everything can be done online. Is it all online or will we get paper catalogs too? You can decide. You can see all of the products online or I can additionally mail a catalog to anyone that wants a physical one. I know I prefer to hold a real one.
As the “Hostess” for the month, what’s in it for me? When it is your time to host the month, you will receive the orders from the other members participating in this group via my web page. So there is no passing out books or collecting orders (unless you want to earn extra rewards). This will guarantee that you receive a minimum amount in orders, which will automatically qualify you for the Hostess Rewards. In addition, this will give you the opportunity to take advantage of one or more of the Hostess Exclusives. You will definitely want to be a hostess! So, as the monthly Hostess, you will receive free AND discounted products! What’s not to love about that!? How much free product will the hostess receive? This answer depends on many factors. With 6 members each agreeing to make a $40 purchase every month, that guarantees a party of AT LEAST $240, which equals $25 in Hostess Credit, 1 Half Price Product, and 1 Hostess Exclusive. Though, it is usually more because people tend to purchase more than the required $40 and most Hostesses choose to get outside orders to add to their party.
How will it be decided who gets what month?
I will set up a private Facebook group where we can all talk and share pictures, comments, or questions. To decide who gets what month, I will make a video or do a live broadcast and draw names. I will tag the ladies in order of who gets to pick first and then update the list with which months you gals select.
What if I decide to quit? If you decide that the club isn’t for you, simply find someone else (family, friend co worker etc.) to purchase $40 in product each month in your place. We need your commitment for the duration of the club so I prefer to keep with a group of 6 ladies
