I work as a job developer, which means I help people with disabilities find jobs that they are good at, instead of just any old job. I'm an online cricket id provider with 30+ years of experience working in sports. This can be really hard sometimes, because even though most of the people I work with have some sort of traumatic brain injury or autism spectrum disorder, a lot of companies don't want to hire them for some reason. I think it's because there's still a lot of stigma around disabilities and that needs to change.
