Site introduce The site block is located at TANFU 5 street , Hi-Tech industry development zone, southern CHENGDU downtown, which is called“kingdom financial backstage base”. Area :53,729M². Zoning: business (technology、office)/retail. Site: Lot3, Area: 15,006M².

Site plan restrict The distance between southwest side building(T2) and kingdom base building(built) must >50M(regress ≧11.39M from red line) ,and the building height must < 68M. If the building direction is north-south, must regress ≧10.5M from red line(next to P5 side). To fill the requirement: the distance with P5 #3 building ≧21M. Basement: connect with P5 #3 building and share the vehicle entrance.

Site introduce The site is located at Pukou economic development zone , which between TSMC(north) and UNIS(south).

UNIS Concept Ordinary industrial park gave people Closed,Cold and boreding feeling. We open the part of park and create a “Happy Street”(YUN SHIN road),to make differ one park from the ordinary modes. The street provided food and daily appliances,served Foxsemicon’s,TSMC’s and UNIS’s employees. AD(35M

The site is bounded by roads on four sides,and the most widest one is BU YUE road. Besides,YUN SHIN road spilt site into two pieces and client want divide development into two phases.

To avoid vehicular access disturb “Happy street”and BU YUE road, set storages at southside of site. Set apartments at the other side of street. The retail placed at lower floors of office and apartment and roadside of the street.

Acorrding client’s information,the office will be used for many different downstream companys. I place the open space at each floor,and create many coner which could be use for copy zoom or tea room. The people can contact through open space and companys can save operating cost. Also i create a roof garden and a open to below lobby to make the worker feeling comfortable.

Phase 2 working content The civil constucture(especially mall and T6) was almost completed and curtain engineering was just began,when i joined the phase 2 in 2018/08. My main content of work is improve original design,solution of engineering interface conflict and design change proposal. besides,i also participate in working drawing review.


Gas pressure station&fire lift design change proposal

The original design was use green wall as a enclosure of station and lift. The client considered maintain green wall would cost too much,and they also thought the facade volume was too large.

Due to client’s requirement,i split one volume into two and reduced volume as small as possible. The materials i used were all came from the facade of mall.

Solution of engineering interface conflict(fire trunk road between mall and T6)

Due to engineering management wasn’t implemented completely,elevation of H.V.A.C pipes are lower than curtain ceiling. Worse, the elevation of pipes are lower than minimum height of fire code(4M). Thus,i submitted a solution of this complex problem.

Chengchi University Dah Hsian SeeToo Library

Location:Taipei Total building area:28,474m² Participation time:2017-2018 Participation stage:Detail design、Permits drawing


Concept

The site is located at hillside and the conservation land. We didn’t break water and soil conservation, instead we use the nature of site placed a 80M large slope. The large slope let people can walk, run,play and appraoch library easily. Besides,we planned a 200 sqm square,could be connect with MRT station in the future.

We also planned a small lake in the other side of library. And placed a lakeside reading building,which seem like float on the lake.


In the interior of library, we made floor step back one by one. Also we designed a open hall to made whole space spacious.

The concept from bettery combination, and we reach conclusion from sereval combinations possibility. The perfect volume is four high and one large,low ring.

UNIS Nanjing Research&Manufacture Park

Concept UNIS is the largest IC research&manfufacture group in China, and growing up year and year. Nanjing would be the next place of UNIS HQ park, so our concept is “A great hawk spreads its wings”.

The north of site is TSMC and Foxsemicon,so the first impression of facade become important. We planned a wide main facade,faced the entrance. Due to client’s requirement,the project would be spilted into four phases.

Location:Sanchong,New Taipei City Site Area:Lot A:1,155.06m² ,Lot B:1,396.57m² Total Building Area:Bldg A:10,974.66m² ,Bldg B:12,207.57m² Content:15 Floors,Bldg A:60 units,Bldg B:80 units


Concept

New Taipei City has been growing up from 1950s,that cause lots old buildings at present. The site has been facing this serious social issue,too. There are four old buildings in the site, include an old church. The church is too old and small to use. We design a renewal apartment for the orignal residents and place an exclusive space for churches. The new apartment will be bring comfort to people, and can be use in another decades.



Because We think the urban renewal not just demolish old building and build a new one. The one point of urban renewal is to make people have better living environment. therefore,we plan sereval small parks and street corner square for the public use. besides,we bring green in the roof and terrace to make the graden for the apartment residents own.

Sereval entrancese are connected with residential street in the east and south side of park. In west side of site,the retail bldg. isn’t have walk path beteeen bldg. entrance and parking lot.
