I married the love of my life, Kate, on March 31, 2007. After our honeymoon in the Outer Banks in North Carolina, we moved to the Shenandoah Valley, first to Edinburg, then to Ruckersville, Orange and we're now living in Virginia Beach. After stints at The Shenandoah Valley-Herald in Woodstock, The News Virginian in Waynesboro, and covering schools and sports for The Central Virginian in Louisa, I'm now a freelance reporter and photographer based in Virginia Beach.
