JNDO This mini crane is one of the best products we have. It can be installed on a pick-up truck, a van or a platform by 4 high-tensile bolts, to lift heavy load.
The capacity of the crane is 500kg for single line pulling and 800kg for double line pulling. Here are some details: 1) The crane can be folded when not in use. It weights 55kg with all accessories on, easy to carry by 1 or 2 people.
2) The beam can be adjusted in 3 different lengths by using a pin. Different length leads to different lifting weight.
3) There is a pulley block at the end of the beam. It is machined from round steel bar and quenched, very hard and strong.
4) The hook we use is made of forged steel, for 1 ton lifting. It can rotate 360 degrees. When you hook it in the ring below the beam and use the smaller hook to pull, the capacity is 800kg.
5) The pulling power is supplied by our 12V DC 3000lbs(1350kg) electric winch. The steel cable is 6.5m anti-rotation cable and there’s a cable pressure spring plate to keep the cable regular. Another spare steel cable is added.
6) The winch is controlled by a switch handle. The battery cable and switch cable are all 4.2m long, with a 12V DC 68 A circuit breaker to protect the winch motor.
7) We designed this small handle holder specially for the switch handle. It’s very convenient to use. This is an optional configuration(for $5). Other optional configurations include: 0.7mm PVC weatherproof crane cover, quick connector.
8) The lengthened knurled pin is used to fix the beam in different angles, and it can also control the rotation of the crane. Better than a long back handle used in other companies. Made of forged steel, stable and unique.
9) There is a bend handle which is used as a clutch. When you turn it clockwise, the beam cannot rotate any more. There is a threaded hole in both sides, for people of different habit.
10) The beam is made of seamless steel tube, which is 5mm thick. The dust will be all removed during machining.
11) We use 2 high-quality sealed bearings to make sure the crane rotates smoothly.
