Projects include: Project Green: partnering with various recycling companies.

promoting healthy lifestyles; YMCA, physical therapy, nursing, dietary instruction, safety, self-esteem.

Project Art: delving into the creative aspects of our customers, partnering with local talents.

volunteering in the community; helping non-profit companies meet their goals.

PROJECT PARTI CI PANTS ••• Must be at least 19 years of age Must have a developmental disability Must have Medicaid or private funding

HOW IT WORKS ••• Operating from our three HUBs, each team coordinates with their local community developing various PROJECTSwhich meet the needs of our customers and the community.

Operating from each customer's person centered plan, projects are identified (or created) which will meet the needs and wants of the individual. To encourage team work, the support team will work with the individual in identifying other customers who might be interested in thpse projects and wi II support the individual in coordinating a team.

Within the framework of the projects, on-going training will occur in "real time".
