What is diversity?
Understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along. the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.
Uniting around common goals, to assimilating into norms. A movement from melting pot, to vegetable soup, or a salad. A movement from burning away identity, to emphasizing, owning, celebrating, and engaging our differences.
How did you come to know Jesus? 1st Corinthians 3 Are you called to discredit your testimony in order to rally around a status quo Christianity?
So what do we do?
If we're challenged to dialogue in this realm of diversity, who will be doing the talking? People of the same experience? What will they learn?

If we burn libraries, we don't learn anything.
We become static, void, dead.
We can start by:
