I am the owner of  Pioneer Counseling, founder of Client “X” Initiative, and a Performance Improvement Specialist with Brightli Health. I am a firm believer in the concept of hard work. I know that a positive attitude and effective communication skills go a long way in the workplace and life. I seek to always utilize my interpersonal skills and work with efficiency in mind. When working with a client, there exists a focus on their personhood and ideologies. After truly knowing their desires, burdens, and comforts, we work together in finding effective and beneficial treatment. This includes time discussing positive narratives, and offering space to find stories within their reality, in hopes of reaching a positive state of awareness, acceptance and identity.
