SQUURVE CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse offers a variety of activ gatherings, and dining areas. It adheres to the principle that form fo easy functionality, ensuring no direct and incorporating natural light, cross v shafts for toilets and services.
Combining squarish and curved eleme named "Squurve."
It is designed with a perfect and simpl beams.
The zoning is both plan and section-based, accommodating different floor-to-ceiling heights as required by the spaces.
Designed with a theme of arches and exposed bricks, the clubhouse utilizes double-glazed low-e glass.

SANTUL SCHOOL
The primary school is designed with a focus on safety, functionality, and accessibility for children.
It follows a simple grid design while incorporating aesthetic elements.
Every space benefits from outdoor and cross ventilation, facilitated by clerestory windows.
The design maximizes the use of diffuse sunlight, minimizing heat gain and glare on chalkboards. 4.
The layout features a clear hierarchy to differentiate spaces, reduce distances between them, and allow for future construction. 5.
Achieving a balance in design, planning, and symmetry, the structure is aptly named "Santul," derived from the Hindi word "Santulan," meaning balance. 6.
