The mouse was on the way to find a friend. ‘Acorns are falling like rain!’
The mouse looked up a tree. “Hey, Squirrel! You shouldn’t do that! You can’t throw acorns like that! You could hurt somebody. It also makes the forest messy. AND, you never should throw food!”
“Who is talking?”
“Why not?”
“It’s because... it hurts like this.”
Oh, A cute duck family was going on a picnic.
“Hey, baby Duckling! You shouldn’t do that! Follow your mom carefully. Don’t dawdle. You might lose your mom!”
“Could you help me? Could you lift me up? I want to see the butterfly a little closer. I promise I’m going to keep up with my mommy after I see it.”
Hesitating for a second, the mouse decided to help the baby duckling quickly.
“Where is my little baby?”

Two,
Three,
Four,
The mommy duck was very angry. The mouse just wanted to help.
The mouse kept going to find a friend.
‘Ants are moving! They always work very hard.’
The mouse found an ant who was not working!
“Hey, Ant! You shouldn’t do that! Other ants are working hard! You should help them, Don’t be lazy!”
“Keeping the hecklers away from my friends is my job! So you had better just go on your way!�
The mouse arrived at a red mushroom forest.
‘Who is that running so fast?’
“Hey, Rabbit! You shouldn’t do that! Don’t run so fast. If you fall, it will hurt a lot!”
“Don’t worry, little Mouse! I never fall down!”
The rabbit didn’t listen to the mouse. ‘There is singing! I’m sure I can be a freind with someone who likes to sing!’
“Hey, Bear! Your singing is amazing! But, it’s too loud. This is our forest not yours. You shouldn’t do that!”
The bear started dancing, too.
The mouse couldn’t make any friends.
‘I ‘I just just wanted wanted aa friend. friend.’’
Suddenly, a rock that the mouse was sitting on started to wiggle.
“Hey, little Mouse! You can’t sit on me without asking! I was napping under the sunshine. You can’t sit on others! You shouldn’t do that!”
“Sorry, Turtle. I thought you were a rock...”
‘Why does no one want to be my friend?’
