Peaches!
Dear Readers, What is the most disgusting food you have ever eaten? I've eaten cicadas, livers, kidneys, hearts, and intestines! A couple of years ago I was in a science class and we were doing an experiement on liver. Soon, everyone was talking about the disgusting food we've eaten. I heard some pretty disgusting stuff...
In this issue of JJ Express Magazine, we take a look at the world of food; a wonderful place with cake, pizza, and of course - roasted grasshoppers and baked owls, too. Best, Jack Chen Senior Art Director & Co-Founder

Junk Food
We all know that too many French fries and cookies can do a number on our bodies – but what’s a kid to do when snack time rolls around? Don’t fear, it’s time to give your junk food a makeover! RECIPE Cut long carrots into french fry shape. Put on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss carrots so they are covered in oil. Add a little bit of black pepper. Put in the oven at 375 degrees and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until soft, turning them once or twice during that time. Let cool, and munch.

RECIPE Take a clean ice cube tray and fruit juice. Stick a popsicle stick in each tray and put in the freezer until solid. You can mix fruit juices to get different flavors. If you want, you can drop in pieces of fruit for a crunch.
