JJ Resnick | Do You Have The habits of a Leader? Effectively leading an organization, is not something one is born to do, nor does it occur, without effort, training, patience, learning, development, discipline, and becoming the best one might possibly become! True leadership occurs when one transforms well - developed skills and assets, to genuine expertise, judgment, and relevant wisdom! One becomes a leader, first by training and learning, then by gaining relevant experience and learning from it, and then by consistently practicing, using the acquired skills, and developing quality HABITS, which enhance one's abilities, and position himself, in the best possible position, to become the greatest leader!
Only through repetition of the best way to do something, does it become a worthwhile habit! Great leaders start with developing great habits.
Learn how to develop supportive habits that reinforce your goal of becoming a successful leader by JJ Resnick. 1. Head/ heart; healing/ humane; however: Whatever it takes to get the best results, a leader must be able to have the skills to implement them! This means, however it occurs, a true leader is ready, willing and able, to get things done properly and effectively! One must be able to properly use both his logical and emotional assets, in a head/ heart balance. A true leader is not adversarial, but rather focuses on healing, and being humane! 2. Attitude; attention; assets: What will you do, to assure you possess the qualities and assets, which might make you a better leader? Will you commit to paying attention to details, and priorities? Proceed with a positive, can-do attitude, and you will instill both confidence and a sense of positivism, amongst your constituents!
3. Benefits - based; beliefs: Great leaders are benefits - based, prioritizing service to their stakeholders and organization! They
motivate others to buy - into, their quality beliefs, and everyone will benefit, from their meaningful leadership! 4. Ideology; ideas; imagination; integrity: Differentiate between having a helpful, beneficial imagination, and an irrelevant one! A true leader habitually focuses on his vital, vibrant, relevant vision! What type of ideas someone possesses if often based on how well he transforms his experiences, into expertise, and makes them his habits! Know, understand, and dedication to a relevant ideology, combined with absolute integrity, and do so, on a continuous, regular basis! 5. Timely: It's not merely about taking action, but by doing so, in a wellconsidered, timely manner! Commit to this, and do it, on a regular basis!
