Edward Sectional The Edward Sectional is an expansion of the successful Edward collection. Keeping to the language of the Edward sofa, the large scale Sectional has an impressive presence while retaining the visual lightness and elegance of the Edward sofas. The single-arm section is available in two different lengths, while the chaise is available in one size resulting in equally beautiful proportions for each configuration. The combination of a steel under-frame with European webbing, CNC cut foam, hand-buttoned seats, down back cushions, and expertly tailored covers result in a timeless design of outstanding quality.

Technical Information The Edward frame is constructed with a durable steel frame featuring an elastic webbing suspension system adapted from the automotive industry. CNC precision cut foam is used for the arms and back to give superior comfort and a tailored appearance. The imported European seat and down back cushions have been carefully selected for durability, firmness and comfort. Seat cushions are made of CFC-free polyurethane, softened by a continuous Dacron wrap. Back cushions are baffled for even distribution of feathers and batting and to prevent shifting, thereby providing better lumbar support. Legs are finished with a dark bronzatto finish, and are removable. All covers are attached by Velcro and are removable for easy cleaning or replacement. Note, buttons should only be removed and replaced by an experienced upholsterer. The number of cushions included is indicated in our line drawings. Additional cushions can be ordered separately. The Edward sectional is available with either a left or right facing chaise, and two different lengths of matching single arm seats. A specialized steel hanger-bracket allows the two sections to be tightly connected. Edward can be made in either fabric or leather, or in fabric with a leather seat. Note, the combination leather and fabric version comes with the front edge “apron” of the frame in leather also, but can be specified in fabric if desired.

Edward The name Edward is a reference to American mid century designer Edward Wormley. Edward is a contemporary reinterpretation of the mid century archetype Wormley established. The sofa utilizes a number of new production techniques for improved comfort and a more refined profile. The Edward sofa combines the use of several down-filled back cushions with a single seat cushion giving it an informal and relaxed appearance. The buttoned seat cushion alludes to the Edwardâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s mid century roots, yet its proportions and comfort are distinctly contemporary. The backrest and arms are appropriately scaled to give excellent back support without appearing oversized and heavy, while the down-filled back cushions conform to give superb comfort.

Morgan The Morgan sofa was designed with a single purpose in mind: uncompromised comfort. The design subtly combines elements of formal high back sofas with a casual modern attitude to create a sofa that is superbly comfortable and suitable for a broad range of interiors. Morgan is characterized by its distinct high back, cut-away arm profile, and sumptuous down cushions. The high back profile provides full head and shoulder support, and extends part way around the sides to form comfortable corner nooks. Chunky wood legs raise the sofa to a more comfortable seat height and balance the proportions.

Technical Information The Park chair is produced using advanced injection molding techniques adopted from the auto industry. This production method is not only a very efficient way to accurately produce a sculptural form, but results in superior comfort and durability. A strong but lightweight steel frame with elastic suspension is suspended in a custom mold. Liquid foam is then injected and allowed to set around the frame resulting in a chair that is both supportive yet flexible. Ultra soft foam padding is then glued to select areas for added engineered comfort. The steel base is expertly welded using laser-cut steel parts and available in either satin nickel or a beautiful matte black paint finishes. Discreet non-marking glides are fitted to each leg. Park is made with removable slip-covered upholstery which allows for easy removal. Covers are fitted with concealed zippers and are positioned to be almost completely non-visable. Torii is the Japanese name for the characteristic wood entrance arches to Shinto shrines in Japan, and translates directly into English as â&#x20AC;&#x153;bird perchâ&#x20AC;?. This motif perfectly describes the chairs distinct proportions and traditional joinery, and the sense of harmony and calm inherent in design that is beautifully resolved.

Technical Information Torii is constructed using traditional exposed mortise-and-tenon joinery for the legs which is sufficiently strong and expresses the honest intent of the chair. The rails of the chairs under-structure are connected using concealed wood dowels, and the seat is secured with guiding dowels and screws. The arched back rest is cleverly joined to each back leg with two long steel dowels and epoxy glue. This ensures this critical joint will not fail or crack, while keeping the material thin and light. The finish is an advanced low build water-based polyurethane that gives the wood a natural open-grain appearance, which is smooth to the touch and highly durable. Available in Black stained Ash, White Oak, and Walnut with leather or fabric upholstered seats. Black stained Ash version is also available with a wood seat. Made in Italy

Radius Bench The Radius benches are an addition to the Radius dining table collection, intended as bench seating to match the tables. Together they create the most essential and simple of dining settings, although they are equally appropriate for use in a hallway, waiting room, gallery, bedroom, or even as coffee tables. The benches feature the same signature detail as the tables; a thin bevelled edge that cleverly flows through radius cuts to blend with the graceful legs. This sculptural detail gives visual lightness to the top while emphasizing the mass and durability of the bench. The beauty and substantial feel of the thick solid wood material further add to the sense of luxury the benches simplicity impart.

Technical Information The Radius benches are made from the same 1½” thick solid Walnut material as the Radius tables and feature the same beautiful grain selection and color tones. The legs are cut directly from the ends of the top boards on all but the largest size of bench, so that the grain flows continuously over the seat and legs. The benches come assembled, having been carefully glued along mitered end joints which are reinforced with concealed steel pins. Lengthwise bars inset in the underside of the top ensure the seat remains perfectly flat over time. Available in solid White Oak and American Walnut. Made in Italy

The cast aluminum base features an internal return mechanism that centers the chair after sitting and additional vertical springing. The base is available in either a mirror polish or matte black paint finish.

Everest Everest is a modern upholstered bed with concealed storage, defined by its distinct headboard. A sleek tubular steel frame supports any Queen size mattress without the need for a box spring and lifts up to reveal a large storage compartment. The headboard is intentionally tall to provide full head support while sitting up in bed, while the gentle wedge shape of the lower half offers welcome lumbar support and imparts its appearance with a modern attitude. This unique design allows for an angled headboard while maintaining a small footprint suitable for use in small spaces.

Reflect Reminiscent of the work of artist Donald Judd, Reflect is elegant mirrored coffee table that plays with the optical effects of different reflective materials and simple geometry. The combination of glass and mirrored surfaces creates interesting double reflections and extended perspectives. Objects can be placed on the top surface or arranged directly on the mirrored bottom panel for interesting sculptural and visual effect. Full reflections appear in the mirror, while subtle semi-translucent reflections appear on the glass surfaces. Raising the table off the ground on casters and use of ultra-clear glass exaggerates the visual effects. In use, the table can be moved easily on its high quality casters, and has significant storage capacity for books and magazines under the main top surface. The tempered glass materials are highly durable and easy to clean.

Technical Information A thin mirrored bottom panel is UV glued to the inside bottom of a clear glass box. Two sides of the box are open allowing objects to be placed on top of the mirrored surface for storage or display. The wide top surface is strong enough to support heavy objects. The table is raised off the ground by high quality casters that attach via aluminum disks UV glued to the bottom of the table. The casters have enough friction so the table can be moved with ease, but will also stay where placed and not roll away. The glass parts are permanently fused along their 45° mitered edges through a UV gluing process that gives the structure strength and a clean connection. All exposed edges are flat-polished producing a table that is precision made and smooth to the touch.

Technical Information Concealed metal plates provide a seamless and ridged connection between the top and legs, while a lengthwise tensioning bar inset in the underside of the top can be used to ensure it remains perfectly flat over time. Lateral steel bars also eliminate any potential for wood movement and cracking. The table is finished with an advanced low build water-based polyurethane that gives the wood a natural open-grain appearance, while providing maximum durability and longevity. Available in solid White Oak and American Walnut. Made in Italy

Format Format is a sophisticated open bookcase featuring an innovative system of adjustable dividers. Dividers can be placed in any pattern to create unique sculptural and functional configurations, ideal for a wide range of applications and environments. The use of premium materials and carefully chosen proportions create a bookcase that is refined and visually intriguing, while its deceptively simple construction hides its adaptability and strength. Solid aluminum bars reinforce each shelf and contain a series of holes to secure the dividers wherever desired.

Technical Information Format is assembled from the bottom up, with each successive layer of shelves and dividers supporting the next. Each shelf is supported by a solid aluminum bar and features a series of holes where dividers can be secured by inserting a single steel pin. Dividers can be repositioned easily during assembly by removing the pin and replacing it in a new location. The thin panels give visual lightness to the design, while the thick bottom panel acts as a solid base with 8 concealed levellers to ensure stability. Shelves and dividers are available in White Oak and American Walnut veneers, and White and Charcoal matt lacquer finishes. Dividers are sold separately in packs of 4 allowing users to mix or match different finishes within a single bookcase. A minimum of three dividers per shelf is recommended for wider units, and at least one per shelf for narrower units.

Brix is made from high-density wood composite panels painted with a premium high gloss lacquer. The pieces are easily combined through a series of pins and cams to create a rigid drawer unit that can be stacked to any height. The intentional spacing and reveals between parts ensure consistent alignment. Drawers are opened using sophisticated push-latch drawer slides that are concealed and move silently. The drawer boxes themselves are made with Bensenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s standard European Birch plywood, but with taped top edges for a more finished look. The two base options provide different advantages. The steel fin legs provide a way to lock ganged units together, and create the appearance of a single continuous unit. Panel bases allow units to sit low on the ground and are equipped with hidden levellers for adjustment on uneven floors. Both options ensure a tight fit when units are placed side by side. Order one Top box, and one Base for each freestanding cabinet, plus the quantity of additional Mid box drawers required.
