You will pay only as per your requirement. Like serviced offices, Managed offices are also leased on short terms.

This gives you flexibility to move out don’t feel like continuing in the office. This is the first choice of new entrepreneurs who want to initiate business but do not have initial capital. This set up helps a lot as it does not ask for hefty signing amount. This signing amount varies but in tier 1 cities like Bangalore and New Delhi, they are highest.
