Shiva

The Shiva™ is an original Al Mar design and is the first tactical fixed blade we’ve ever made with a laminated VG-10 stainless steel blade. Laminating the VG-10 between two layers of 400 series stainless steel increases the lateral strength of the blade by upwards of 30% and does so without increasing the weight or bulk.

The Shiva™ has a beautiful tapered tang, contoured and polished black Micarta scales, satin stainless guard and a full grain traditional black leather sheath. It is the finest quality tactical fixed blade we’ve ever made.

ZDP-189

One of our hardest working models – the Eagle Heavy Duty with Earth/brown scales has the Talon blade in laminated ZDP-189 steel. ZDP-189 is a powdered metal; with a carbon content of 3% which we heat treat to 64Rc. This makes it one of the hardest, toughest, high performance steels on the market today. Its edge retention is absolutely amazing!

The Eagle Heavy Duty is built for the individual that carries the Eagle Ultralight for their “EDC” and wants a tougher version with the same features as our SERE 2000. Well here it is, the all new Eagle “HD” Heavy Duty. The “HD” weighs in at only one ounce more than the Ultralight™ version, it has skeleton-ized heat treated 400 series stainless steel liners , G-10 scales, adjustable action, dual thumstuds and our reversible/removable pocket clip system which attaches through the lanyard hole.

SERE Operator

™

Our Classic SERE™ design in a fixed blade version – the SERE Operator™ (SRO-V) and Mini SERE Operator™ (MSRO-V) both feature a blade made of VG-10 Cobalt stainless steel with a full length, full perimeter exposed tang for maximum strength. The SERE Operator™ and Mini SERE Operator™ each have matte finished, bead blasted Micarta scales for a comfortable grip that is both non slip and comfortable. In addition to the standard lanyard hole, each Operator™ has three stainless steel lined lashing holes in the handle which in addition to their use for securing for use as a spear, can be used for additional security and customization.

Both Operators™ are supplied with a black nylon sheath system designed for ambidextrous carry. It can be attached to virtually any belt, pack or load-bearing equipment or just about anywhere else you can think of…

Each sheath has an accessory pouch and multiple tie downs.

OUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*

All new, “Al Mar” models manufactured since January 1998 carry our limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers materials and workmanship for the life of the knife. This warranty is to the original owner of the knife only. Al Mar Knives will, at our option, repair or replace any knife covered by this warranty that we have determined to be defective. The owner must return the knife with a copy of the original bill of sale or other satisfactory proof of purchase that includes the date of purchase. This limited lifetime warranty specifically does not cover abuse, neglect, misuse or lack of maintenance. Broken blade tips are specifically not covered by our warranty. A broken tip is the most common form of abuse. Any modifications and/or disassembly will void this warranty. Only authorized Al Mar Knives personnel can make warranty determinations on our products.
