Charles Hilton Architects Project Manager on two high-end residential projects, from the programming to construction administration phases. Greenwich Colonial - Renovations to a Colonial home located in Greenwich, Ct. The exterior was designed with appropriate mouldings to fit the size and scale of the home. A large dormer was added to the Attic to create a Sapele Mohogany Study. NYC Apartment - Renovations to a 2 bedroom apartment off Broadway with views of Central Park. A Chinese based transitional architecture was the bases for this project with Sapele Mahogany living spaces, soft designer bedrooms, and stone slab bathrooms.

Design, shop drawing production, and construction of custom cabinetry for 2 residential kitchens. Modern Shaker Style - This kitchen was designed and built for myself. A simple shaker style with a modern flare, Bold colors and clean lines with brass accents create an open concept great for entertainment. Traditional Shaker Style - This traditional shaker style Kitchen creates a warm and inviting space with cool gray tones and a built-in breakfast banquette under a row of windows completing the space.
